After I purchased it, I was at my RV trying to figure out how to connect it. The plug wasn't in a convenient place, but under the sink behind the water heater. So the guys at Tip' came right out and had a solution. An hour later I had a new cord, with a power box in the cord storage area. During the time of repair, I was inside relaxing on the couch with a complementary bottle of cold water with my two dogs. Everyone was super friendly. Full transparency, this is a modified review as I left a review a while back giving five stars…read more Since that review, however, I have found that things are not always as they seem. We have purchased three vehicles from Wasatch front Kia. Our experience with purchasing has been excellent. I would still give five stars for purchase experience alone. However, if you get a lemon, you are on your own, thus this re-review. I have taken my car a 2025 Kia K4 purchased this year brand new back to the shop five times at this point. In fairness, they do tell me that I can keep bringing it back, but after five trips, l am hanging it up and I will just tolerate the issues I guess. My key fob does not always open my doors, and the proximity sensor rarely works. Apparently, Kia will not fix an electronic problem that does not have a specific code from diagnostics. I personally was with the manager when he had all the same issues I did with opening the trunk, and even went and tested another one on the lot that worked perfectly. I'm told after I left the trunk started working better and so there's nothing they can do, but I can bring it back. That was the last time I went, and I can't keep dropping my car off only for them to tell me the problem is not consistently reproducible. On top of that every time I drive over 40 miles my tires give off a warning saying they're flat and my air conditioner doesn't like to stay on high very long and tends to waiver up and down. Heat seems to work fine, though. Again, without a diagnostic code, you're just left waiting for something to break further as it can't be fixed. Congratulations wasatch front Kia you have won. Even with the very expensive upgraded warranty I have lost this battle. I think you'll love this place. If all you need to do is buy the car. Just know, if something goes wrong, you're likely going to be put through the wringer trying to get it fixed.

They offered us 4000 for our trade in, we just spent $15000 on only 6 months prior. They wanted 6.6% interest, even though the kia sales event on their own website, and on all kia dealer sites, offers 3.99%. The salesmen was nice enough, but we new this deal was bad. On top of it all, the dealership itself gave us bad vibes. The selection of the vehicles was a lot less than others. About 1/3rd as much. The lot was dirty, a lot of cobwebs, debris on the vehicle that had caked up dust around them, etc. I'm used to new car dealers cleaning there vehicles basically every morning. To be fair it had been dusty/windy that day, but the caked dust and cobwebs suggested it had been a minute. During negotiating we said from the beginning we were just shopping and would like their best offer. They started at about $660 per month for 72 months. Offered 650, 620, i think 560 was the final offer. The manager came out to try and strong arm us "this is the best we can do" and when we still said no, they weren't rude, but were very cold about it. Boy are we sure glad we shopped around. We ended up closing at Jerry Seiner kia, for an identical vehicle, same price. Got the 3.99%, Got $9000 for the trade in Got the payment down to $450 per month. x72 months. SIGNIFICANT! To be fair, we had to negotiate at jerry as well. But while there texted the Wasatch salesmen asking if he could price match. The best they could do was $497. Still a difference of $47 mo, 3384 total. I hate that dealing with the "greasy car salesmen" is so true, and it's such a game. You really have to shop around, and negotiate. Honestly best advice, walk away, never say yes on the spot! You can always come back, they will welcome you with open arms. If you say yes on the spot, it's likely you got taken for a ride. I don't know how these people sleep at night having such a wide cushion to play with, but always trying to get every penny they can, for the exact same product...

Called HWH and lady suggested bleeding one of the valves, made a mess but jacks retracted. She also said issue was the shuttle valve, so for about $100 had one shipped to the in-laws. Wanted a pro to help install but not a mobile pro available in SoCal. Weeks out. Bought more ATF due to spillage when bleeding the valve and managed to stay another couple weeks, making an oily mess. So, back in Sandy, UT called Mobile RV Pro. Tech Colby came out in a couple days and had the valve replaced. No leaks. Next went to test and jacks didn't act right. Found that I had left the valve flippers in wrong position when bleeding. Colby figured it out and I'm happy now with jacks working, no mess, and can now extend the big slide safely.
