Just want to give a shout out to Ray Citte's service advisor Bri and tech Colin. I called her to see if they could do a de-winterization on my trailer, and they actually got me in that same day. Other places I called said they were about a week out. The drive for me is about 45 minutes, but it's well worth the drive for the prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced service they provide. They tout that they are Utah"s oldest family owned RV dealership and I sincerely believe that the reason is because they absolutely treat their customers like family. Hidden costs kept pulling up. My roof needed replacing on my trade in. I need the new rv asap. The estimate for the new roof was 13,000. I paid it so I could get the trailer right away. They waited to see what the insurance would pay which was 5900 and never refunded my money and it's telling me they won't so I paid $13,000 for a roof that they only paid 6000 to fix.. nobody ever would return my calls. This went on for months. I will never do business with this company again. read more

Bought a used unit from them in October and it was already winterized. So I asked what happens if I find some things not working in the next year, salesman of course said they would work with us. When I went to use it in the next year, grey water pipe was cracked and roof membrane ballooned up when I drove. I asked them if they could help me on these items. They said they would just need to take a look before deciding anything. I scheduled and appointment, didn't hear back for a week, so I had to initiate contact. They had no answers for me. Contacted a week later, and still no answers. I needed my trailer back for a camping trip and they were aware of it. Not until the day of my trip did they start talking to me and said they could not cover the costs of everything. They said the roof was just cosmetic. In the end I found out that sales team decided to sell the unit without repairing the roof the proper way and I had to split the cost with them for it. They don't check the grey and black water lines because they don't want to deal with someone's leftover sewer if they left it. Overall the sales team is very shady and service does not tell you everything. The whole team hid necessary information. I would not recommend anyone to buy or service a unit there. read more

We purchased our Durango Gold December of 2021. We took it for a 3 day trip & made a list of warranty items. They had us bring it in and they made a list of items to order. They said they'd call us when parts came in. Never heard from them. We finally called them, took it up there, left it. They still have it. It's been almost a year. They said they needed measurements for a blind. If this is how they handle warranty work, I'm very disappointed. When we bought the $100,000.00 trailer we were told it came with a back up camera, but it only came with a hook up. Did they throw in a camera? Nope we paid full price for that & a generator. We bought a Sunseeker beginning of the year, went to pick it up, nobody had any clue where the unit was. Nobody to step us through the use/operation of the unit and said to come back. Nobody was ever available. A few months have passed and we wanted to make it ready for use now that it is summer. They again told us nobody would be available to help us with learning the various gadget's and features and that we would have to pay them now to bring someone in to do so. Total BS. We had them ready the unit for use. This was supposed to be a part of the purchase package and they presented us with a $111.00 bill. The service and support has been horrible. They were fast to take our money for a nearly $90k unit, but have been absolutely horrible with any kind of support at any level. We will never again go back to them for anything. Ever. read more

I am very happy to have both purchased my RV and worked closely with Ray Citte RV for 4 years now on perhaps dozens of appointments for not just regular service but also improving my RV with new features. There's literally nobody else I trust in the whole United States more than Ray Citte when it comes to my RV. If I am within five states of Utah, maybe more, I'm willing to make the drive to get service done there, and I am annoyed when I am too far away and have to use somewhere much worse, like Camping World. Ray Citte technicians know the equipment on your RV from top to bottom, which means they can get the job done accurately and quickly. Other places charge almost double by adding a "diagnostic fee" because they don't know what the problem is and charge you while they spend hours inside trying to figure it out. Ray Citte already knows the answer because they've seen it all, and they know the best fix for it right away. They just charge for parts and labor. It's great! The service staff Sherrie and Kelly are very courteous and knowledgeable, and always answer the phones quickly even when it's a busy day. They do their best to accommodate your special needs even when they are swamped, like getting you in quickly if it's something urgent like a broken furnace in the winter or AC in the summer. My technician I've been using for years is Kevin. I trust his judgment 100% without any doubt. I have not had one single reason to complain about the work that he has done. One time my dog was afraid of the beeps my battery would make when it was near empty. I wasn't in state so Kevin sat on the phone with me and told me which panel to pull up to find a specific red wire to cut to stop the beeping. Seriously, who else knows an RV this well? It is also a smart idea to purchase your RV from Ray Citte. I knew they had given me a good price, but I didn't find out how good until 4 years later when I got an appraisal on my RV and found it was worth even more than I had paid. I sincerely feel bad that they gave me a price that I might not have fully appreciated at the time. If you get a chance, the person I purchased from is named Clint. He'll figure out exactly what you are looking for, won't try and upsell you, and he'll really try and make the price work for you any way he can. I bought a Sunseeker and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, and I am grateful for Clint for figuring out what I wanted and getting me a better price than I even knew at the time. It goes without saying that I highly recommend partnering with Ray Citte on both your RV and then your regular maintenance and additions to your RV for years to follow. When Aframe finally arrived - adult daughter & I went to see it as I bought it sight unseen. Only thing missing was the dinning table & rack wasn't there in RV or put on yet. I asked Brent to make sure they got there for pick-up. Arvol is excellent with customer service. We noted a door key was missing & were told they would order. Huge THANK YOU! He was so fun and patient with us when we did our walk-thru for our Aframe. He had us all make sure we could put up the Aframe ourselves. We appreciated his sincerity and kindness. 5 Star employee right here. We also want to give a huge THANK YOU to Brent our sales rep. He was also very patient and kind. Sadly we had asked for another Aframe and it got sold because the other party had cash. But Brent & GM found us another (diffent) Aframe. Yesterday 7th August- Friday night - we opened Aframe to plug-in for trip Sunday. NO mattress heater plug-in attached to mattress like I had attached it during walk-thru. We looked everywhere. Even un-did compartments that were screwed closed. No heater cord. Just left dealer & NO heater cord to be found. SO what happened to mine ?? No one knows. And oh - "Service Department NOT opened on weekends, so call them Monday". We won't be in town. Our reservations are paid for a Canadian boarder. Where it's cold at night now heading into fall. No cell service where we are going! SO I guess we wait. Key they ordered took 35 minutes to locate. That was weird! I had a v/m from Sherry to come get key. Two positives -- my license plate was at front desk even though I called yesterday & was told it wasn't so I don't have to make two trips for that!! Recently I purchased new trailer from another dealer (Ray Citte didn't carry what I found at an RV show). I brought my new trailer in for some additional parts and to have an electric brake installed on my Porsche. They had to basically re-wire the connection. Although this process took hours the service department stood 100% behind their work and didn't charge me any extra for what was WAY out of the original quote. I have picked up some parts for my new trailer and found the prices in the parts department to be the best I have found and they openly say they will beat any published prices and they mean it! read more

Purchased a Durango Gold Fifth Wheel from Ray Citte in January of 2021. Happy with the purchase, love the unit. Service has had it's issues with parts availability and items that should be covered under the 2-year "hitch to bumper warranty", that weren't. My biggest issue is that in March I took the unit in for repairs and the addition of several items. In the basement of the unit, I left my three equipment totes (one for electrical, one for sewer, and one for water). They were large, 20-gallon totes so not something easily missed. They had to remove them from the basement to allow access to items behind the separation wall that needed attention. The totes failed to make it back into the unit. Granted, I did sign their waiver at the time I dropped the unit off in which I acknowledge and understand that they are not responsible for any theft or loss associated with the unit while in their care so it is ultimately on me. But to lose or misplace 3 large totes that weighed 30 to 50 pounds each is disheartening to the point of unbelievable. The only person willing to communicate with me about this issue was Kelly Cartwright, the service writer. I do not fault her. However, to not receive any contact from Josh the service manager or Trent the general manager is sad. The total cost to replace the items in the totes equalled roughly $1,000. You would think someone in management would at least have the heart to call and express empathy while explaining the conditions of the waiver. No such call or communication. It pains me to think that I may have to find another source for my RV repairs. read more

We purchased a trailer from Ray Citte a couple years ago and I'll admit they made us feel like it was a great deal all the way around. Customer service was good on the sales floor. Kelly the service manager has always been very helpful. The only problem I have with them relates to a recent experience with some "Cost/Quote transparency". We needed some warranty work done and during the course of that I added an electric fan to one of the ceiling vents and purchased a sun shade for the door. I was also picking up a center cover for one of the wheels. I didn't ask them to install the sun shade or the center cover for the wheel. When I picked the trailer up I was happily surprised that they had installed both I knew it was maybe 5 minutes total to do both so I thought that was a nice customer service jester. Not so much, I later noticed they charged me labor or do that and I'm not talking a couple bucks. I tried to reach out to clarify and they have never responded. I purchased a Forest River Sunseeker motorhome from Ray Citte in June 2019. It is actually a fantastic unit and we have loved it. As far as value, I thought I was getting a great price with a $12,000 trade in credit. Someone answered an ad for my used motorhome and offered $20,000 cash. Called Ray Citte and told them I was selling the vehicle myself. Their response was that I has already signed my contract and my old motorhome belonged to them, even though it was still in my possession and I had not picked up the new unit. Be prepared when you shop for dramatic discounts and high pressure. After all this, I found Internet listing for the same unit at about $5,000 than he price I got after my trade in. I took my first overnight trip to Mirror Lake about two weeks later. Everything went well until we tried to leave and the automatic levelers wouldn't retract. There was no way to move the vehicle. We called Ray Citte and we we're told they don't do service calls. We would need to pay to have a mechanic retract the levelers and/or tow it to them. They had no suggestions as to who to call or what to do. After getting a ride home and renting extra days at the campsite, I called the company that made the levelers during their business hours. I was told it was a common problem as the fluid in the levelers must have leaked out. I could make a temporary fix by crawling underneath the vehicle and adding fluid. Once I added the fluid, I was able to take the Sunseeker to Ray Citte to have them fix the problem. We were told it was their busy season but they would get on it as soon as possible. I asked them to fix a broken step at the driver's door and to adjust the gasket on one of the slides that was hanging loose. After numerous calls in July, August, and September, I received a call from Ray Citte in October saying I would have to pay for them to winterize the motorhome. Finally, I received a call in November that they had finished the repair and I could pick it up. When I arrived, I was told that the repair was a loose clamp on one of the hydraulic hoses that they had to tighten. The repair was covered by the warranty but I had to pay for the winterization. Then I find they had not read the work order and had not made the other small repairs. Luckily they did these while I waited. Both of those repairs took less than 30 minutes. They weld weld on the driver's step broke again the third time I climbed in the door. No way I was going back. My biggest frustration was that they had it for 4 1/2 months and I missed having a motorhome for my entire summer vacation, as they had taken my trade in and I had no access to another motorhome. I have had excellent service from an unnamed dealer in Salt Lake since then. (I don't want to say who so no one will think I am writing this to advertise for another business.) The other dealer would give me a scheduled appointment and fix it while I wait or at least order any needed parts and fix it quickly when the parts arrive. read more

We bought a trailer they hooked it up wrong. We were taking it home and it came unhooked on I-15, doing freeway speed. Took it back and they acted like they didn't want to fix anything. I then talk to the manager Josh and he told me there is no damage to the brakes or anything was wrong with it. I told him to please put new ones on. Went back to pick it up after about 2 to 3 weeks and the hooks on the chains were all bent out of shape still..... I asked him if I could get a cover for our inconvenience and he didn't give us one. I had a very bad experience with ray citte. If you are on the fence about purchasing walk away. Don't do it. Find another dealer. I regret ever bringing my business to them. It's to the point I have lost sleep and get a sick feeling when I drive by their place. They were dishonest and hard to work with. It's very disappointing there are people and businesses who do this to other people and they should be ashamed. I bought a trailer from them. Paid full price, no negotiation, financed through them, brought my truck in to make modifications, bought the Anderson hitch through them and they were terrible. They told me the generator needed a small tuneup. I asked them to go through out for me they would not do it. I replaced the carb myself and it wasn't the issue I'm still chasing the problem. They lied to me. During financing they mixed up our paperwork with someone else. Called me by the wrong name 3 times. When I got home from purchasing the trailer I noticed there was no license plate. I called them back they forgot to do it and had me under a different name. I had to go back 3 days later to pick up the temp. They had to completely redo my registration and I still don't have my plates. When I arrived to pick up my trailer I bought the Anderson hitch, they wouldn't put it in my truck for me. I had to have my wife turn around come all the way back pick me up go all the way home grab all my tools, drive all the way back for 2 mins of tightening bolts in my truck. It was bad. Like really bad. I'm a firm believer in karma. Honesty and customer service. Seems like the right thing to do. read more

Customer service is horrible at Ray Citte RV off of Riverdale road in Utah. Sherry behind the desk is very rude and has been since day one. Josh the so called sales manager has pointed the finger at other issues or problems other than what they should have or could have fixed themselves. I would give Ray Citte 0 stars if it would allow me to do so. Do not buy your RV at Ray Citte in Utah off of Riverdale road. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I have had to deal straight with the manufacturer several times and have had much more success doing so. The cost of things that were fixed on the RV were ridiculous high. I would love to share the invoice if it would help. I have purchased several new RV's in the past and Ray Citte has been by far the worst to work with. The service department definitely needs to work on how to treat customers that have spent a lot of money on there RV's. We have been very disappointed with the service we have received from Ray Citte. We purchased a new RV there off the lot. When we went to pick it up they had obviously not done the walk through to check everything they told us they would do. Nor had they done the repairs we had pointed out to them. They did not even have the 5th wheel hitch on site to install in our truck even though we had an appointment so we were delayed a day in our departure. One of the awnings had a hole which the technician even pointed out to us before we saw it and said he would note it to be repaired when we returned. But now they don't have a record of it, so it is up to us to pay for it. How convenient for them! I could not recommend them. They have been one disappointment after another. read more

SHAME ON RAY CITTI! We have purchased 2 new trailers at Ray Citte. NEVER AGAIN will they get our business! On June 10, 2019 we took our trailer in for minor repair. We had installed 2 new batteries before we took it in for service. When we picked our trailer up THE BATTERIES HAD BEEN STOLEN. Ray Citti told us that recently batteries have been stolen off the lot but we were NOT warned of this before hand. I find it very ironic that the Ray Citti repairman/service knew we had two new batteries. So right, someone just happens to steel them off the lot? Buyers beware!!! When we picked our camper we picked a 2020. The paperwork we signed was for a 2020. However when we went to trade it in at a different dealership we learned we were actually sold a 2019 based off of the VIN number. We were charged for a 2020 camper and only received a 2019. We then had to pay extra out of pocket for the trade in. So we then paid even more for the camper. After reaching out to Ray Citte we learned that they actually knew the paperwork was wrong. Once speaking to a manager he said the person who told us that information would be punished. I have since attempted to remedy this situation many times. I would like the dealership to make this right. They falsified documentation and we ended up paying more money in the end. The manager has accused us of being liars and being "opportunists". All we want is for the wrong to be made right. But this business will not do that. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your camper needs. We went in to buy a trailer we could tow with our smaller SUV we were very upfront with them from the beginning on size and how much we can tow. We were showed 3 trailers 2 of them out of our weight to be able to tow safely. We were not aware of this at the moment and was told by McKenzie we could double check our tow capacity on our vehicle before we finalize anything. We wanted to know what financing looked like and if we could get approved. We were told many times that was not the final paperwork and we could still double check our tow capacity. We were on a tight time frame and had to get going we were told it would just be a few minutes they need a signature to get us the financing information. Gary the assistant manager explained this was not the final contract and we could still check on the weight. We called the next morning at 0830 and told Gary we talked with our mechanic and that we could not tow the trailer safely with our vehicle. Gary then informed us we signed a contact and he could not do anything for us. After going back in forth with him for a few minutes he explained we could exchange into a different trailer. The trailer they said we could switch to was lighter weight and was SOLD the previous day! If it was available we would of went with that one to begin with and they both knew this! It was cheaper and lighter. So now Gary is trying to sell us a trailer that was sold the previous day! When asking Gary how we could buy the trailer when it was sold the previous day Gary told me it wasn't and he cannot comment on what we were told. We were also told that trailer was listed for 18,900 and when Gary gave me numbers he quoted it for 26,900. 7,000 price difference is what we were told by the sales lady McKenzie and the assistant manager Gary. Talking with Gary I was getting no helpful information so we decided to go into ray citte to see if talking in person we could get contact information for someone that could actually help us. No instead we were met with screaming and insults by Gary! He was in our face pointing his fingers at us. (We have everything on video) Gary refused to give us ANY contact information to anyone above him! The only advice he gave us was to "lawyer up". Lastly Gary threatened if we didn't get out of the building he was going to call the police on us. He added His own little touch of cuss words in there. Walking out we were able to get a email And contact information from the front desk. After emailing Clint the general sales manager with the horrific experience we have had thus far he responded with the same wording Gary used and that was we signed the contract and could not get out of it but they could exchange into the other trailer that was sold on Monday when we went in. Needless to say save yourself the hassle and money cause we have now hired an attorney. read more

Then he gave me some space. That night, my wife mentioned that she really liked the storage in the Wildwood trailers. I talked to TR and then went back to see him. I told him I had not seen any trailers that had a battery bank and solar package like what I wanted and he sent me back to Parts. Austin and Brennan immediately figured out what I wanted and came up with a design remarkably close to what I had semi-engineered on my own, but they suggested a better inverter and then talked me through several other options. They designed a system that is future-proofed for scalability and capacity. TR gave me some time to consider these options. When I was ready to make a deal, we ran a couple of rounds, got to a price, and put things in motion. Through some good fortune, Parts was able to get the batteries I wanted in time to install before delivery. At some point, we realized there was a minor issue with the trade and TR called me. I had a chat with the GM to resolve. Clint is a class act. We sorted things out in about two minutes. When I saw the work that Kelly's service team had done, I was thrilled. Their solution and craftsmanship was elegant, functional, and optimized for performance. The controller, battery, inverter, and input/output devices were all placed where I can get at them with ease. The Ray Citte team are enthusiasts with the technical skill to get things right. Other places tend to sell packages they want to sell. I recently brought my trailer in for service. I was very satisfied with the technician Kevin and his work. Everything was done just as I asked and in some cases better. For a specific issue I was having the service management helped me out a lot and seemed to be very understanding to my unique situation. I have never had issues that could not be resolved with their entire staff. The ladies that work in the service office were also helpful. I had to have a quick turnaround on my unit and they did great getting it back to me as soon as they could. When I purchased my unit from Ray Citte, I had a great experience from the nice lady when walking in, my salesman and especially the guy in the back that helped with the paperwork and finances. I will continue to use this location for all of my RV/Trailer services. read more

Ray Citte RV is NOT the company you want to buy from and then depend on for making repairs to your RV. Sherry in the service department had always been pleasant until my last visit and she was down right nasty from the moment I walked in. The service manager was condescending and down right rude! I had waited until the end of camping season to get the repairs done. Three repairs were supposed to be made. Two on warranty and one I paid for and they were kind enough to do them while I waited. I took the camper out this weekend for the first time since the repairs and they did not repair any of the items! Two of the items were electrical. I will find another place to take it in the future. They can not be trusted to do what they say they are going to do. Unfortunately I share the same sediment as the other bad reviews on Ray Citte RV. Our sales person was a really nice guy, but the management staff, including the General Manager Clint Easling made our purchase of a brand new class C pretty awful. We purchased our new coach and had to take it in for some warranty items to be fixed shortly after we made our purchase. Our RV sat on their lot for more than 3 weeks, included in that time, our first HUGE payment had become due. The issue I have is that utter lack of respect for my time and my money. They made VERY LITTLE attempt to communicate updates on our trailer or help out when I began to get very upset. They paid little to no attention to my requests for help, updates and compensation for time and money lost. I sent the GM and the owner of the company Neil Citte an email noting my extreme disappointment. I was really hoping the owner would have reached out, but it has been made very clear that they couldn't care less about a customer once they have made their purchase. I live in Utah and owned several trailers, and our experience with Ray Citte has given me a lot of clarity of WHAT NOT to do in the future and that is to ever buy anything from them again. Most everyone I know owns some sort of trailer, and I am telling everyone never to buy from this dealership. The funny thing is, when I bring up our situation everyone says they have already heard how horrible Ray Citte RV is to work with, so they wouldn't have went there anyway. You can only stay in business for so long once word starts to spread like wildfire how terrible you treat your customers. Super helpful service in the parts department! We just bought an older motorhome, and of course there lots of issues (we expected them). Spent our first night on Antelope Island for a shake down that is still close to civilization. Looked for a nearby RV place and Ray Citte came up on yelp. I had lots of questions, and the guy in the parts department was super helpful. He patiently answered my questions and pointed out appropriate parts.
