Even though there are better places I keep coming here hoping things have improved and because there's usually never a line here... for obvious reasons. This morning was my last straw. The bays were all filthy covered in mud and dry-wall residue. I tried the high pressure wash but barely any soap or water pressure came through the gun so I was left with my only option to rinse it off and go somewhere else. Next question very friendly with my best Sunday smile. Sir lets make a deal. I buy your thermocoupler and if it is not that, I give it back and buy the board. I got a smile but no reply. OK. So I took the part out and did show it to the guy. He that is the burner and that looks good. He did show me where it is. I did try to take it out, had to borrow tools. Did not work so I needed a nose zange. The other guy had one but that was from snap on and only he touches it. So guy one says to guy 2, go out and have a look. This look did turn in changing my old thermocoupler out. So my big big thanks to Shawn for all his help and knowledge and Kendall for getting the job done. At the and it was $ 85 for the part. Shawn did refuse my small tipp and Kendell I had to push him to take it. We need more people like that. It did save about $ 60 in groceries. Space was limited so I had to get a 1/0 AWG cable exactly 4.5" center to center with 5/16" lug holes, and the lug holes have to be offset by 90°. Austin (service manager) handled the request. In a few minutes he returned with a perfectly crafted wire. Perfect length center to center, geometry, etc. So many shops struggle with these kinds of wiring requests. I only had to describe it once and he hit it out of the park! I highly recommend this place, they are expert craftsmen.

If a repair proceeded, that $175 would be fully applied to the repair cost. I paid the deposit and scheduled the visit in good faith. At the appointment, the mechanic -- Tyler, who also identified himself as the co-owner and said his father Jeff was his partner -- showed up clearly inexperienced. Per his own words, he had been fired on the spot from his previous mechanic job. He had no idea how to diagnose the issue. Instead, he fumbled around, calling friends and his dad, and flipping through the manual. This, after I was assured over the phone that they were qualified for this exact issue. When I asked what was going on, Tyler admitted: "I can't figure it out. I'll refund you the $75 because I can't fix it." But he didn't just fail -- he left my boat in worse condition than when he arrived, with tampered and potentially damaged electrical systems. I'm now considering legal action for financial loss and emotional stress. Then came the final insult: they sent me a $750 invoice -- despite Tyler's clear promise not to charge me and to refund the deposit. I followed up and spoke with him again. He told me he'd "have accounting reach out to fix it," but no one ever followed up. I took my motorcoach to Charlie's Service Center for a roof reseal and leak repair, and other…read moreservices. Before bringing it in, I sent them a video showing a minor leak (clear water dripping about once every 5-7 seconds). I was told the entire roof was resealed and the leak was fixed. After pickup, the leak became significantly worse and caused interior damage. I made a second trip (230 miles each way) to have it corrected. During that visit, I was told they identified the issue near the A/C, fixed it, and water tested it with no leaks. When picking up after the second visit, Justin, the manager, went over the coach. I observed brown water dripping from a vent, and more water came out when touched. I was told it was "residual from testing." After that visit, a storm came through and within hours gallons of water entered the coach. The condition became significantly worse following both service visits. An inspection by an insurance adjuster specializing in RVs identified multiple areas that were not sealed, and in other areas, old sealant was not removed before new sealant was applied. During the second visit, the automatic roof vent was sealed to the roof, which caused the mechanism to bind and fail. I documented the condition after the first visit and, despite clear concerns with the initial workmanship, made a second trip after being assured a senior technician would address the issues. I returned the coach to allow the work to be corrected, but the condition was not remedied and instead worsened. To date, Charlie's Service Center and its insurer, Auto-Owners, have denied liability on all issues, issuing standard written claim denials. I strongly recommend, if you must use Charlies, documenting your coach with photos and video before service--even small details like interior components--and thoroughly inspecting all work before leaving.
