He was really so masterful in helping me find what I needed, get a great deal, have a custom hitch located and put on my Subaru (by his very conscientious shop guy who took extra care to route my wires so it wouldn't be a hassle for me), and taught me how to properly connect and manage my new trailer. The reason for 4 stars is there were some discrepancies with delivery, paperwork, and accessories but they made right on all of those things and Shalamar even sent a personal letter to apologize and thank me. So overall I would purchase from Voyager again and I do recommend their business to my friends looking for a pretty awesome off road trailer.

Disappointed and Misled - Would Not Recommend…read more Called ahead and was told twice they could remove and reinstall my fifth wheel hitch on a new Bradford bed. Dropped off the truck, paid nearly $9,000, and came back a week later to find the hitch untouched. Only after following up was I told they don't do that type of install. They cold call people like bill collectors, you can drive any direction and the price changes with the wind Colorado to Texas to Utah the prices are all over the place and the ones in Utah/Idaho didnt want to make a deal, and 2/3 employees you talk to have an attitude problem. I think my next steps are to file a negative BBB complaint so that my concerns are formalized beyond Yelp, then take to google reviews and elsewhere. I didn't buy my motorhome from Blue Compass in Ogden. I bought it from Blue Compass in Texas and both branches really were amazing. I have 3 people in Ogden Utah that need to be recognized and a company as a whole. Megan (BEST EVER) who ALWAYS ALWAYS kept me in the loop on what is going on. I never once felt like I wasn't heard or she wasn't kicking A#@ and taking names getting everything taken care of. When she said come by and it will be done....It was... Chase who went above and beyond making sure the warranty company kept their word. I know both Chase and Megan were on the phone forever ensuring we got what was ours and I want to thank them for saving us a TON of money. And what can I say about Sage who honestly was also so amazing I can't say how much I appreciate this guy. Long story short many people had tried to resolve an on demand water heater problem in our shower. We have a 2023 Dynamax Isata 3 and we had been told just take your shower as it is there is nothing we can do. It was just a lukewarm and awful. It was the one thing we would change on our MH. Sage would NOT GIVE UP. He just kept going when everyone else including Truma the water heater company said "it is what it is". He thought outside of the box and now there is nothing we would change. No joke....We now have an amazing shower that makes us feel like we are in a spa every time we use it. I was an admin for a very large finance company and if I wasn't retired I'd poach them in a second. These 3 employees completely changed not just our opinion of Blue Compass but our opinion about our Dynamax motorhome. Thank you all for everything you have done for us. It does not go unnoticed!! This Utah location collect my money for the Nevada registration back on January 02, 2026. As of May…read more21st my RV is still not registered with my state and my state DMV does not show any money or record for this registration to date. The rep at blue compass told me that the dmv was backed up (5 months??) and I know this is a total lie. Also, they over charged me $2,900.00 for my registration. I have reason to believe they are deceitful and that they ripped me off almost $3000. Just beware when doing business with Blue compass RV, especially in Ogden Utah. I will never bring my RV to a blue compass for service.
