I picked up my unit and there was damaged to my motorhome. It was apparent that the damage was caused by moving without checking clearances. I asked about the damage and was told it was like that when I brought it in. However, they did not let me know before or after receiving the motorhome about the damage until confronted. All and all it took less than an hour and he had us back on the road! He was so friendly and flexible as we asked if he had time to look at a slide out problem as well. He happily did! Like the disappearing running boards would go up & down while driving down the highway or my side mirrors were loose and come to find out were never replaced. And wires hanging from underneath that were never secured to the frame.. on and on!! Any questions you have, go in person! Don't call because no one gives a straight answer.
