The worker would not take it back and then said that he would give me a 50% refund on the $117.00 battery and that is not acceptable. as I reflect on my purchases from Interstate I have had to buy a new battery for my wheeler every year, if they only last one year does that mean they are designed to fail after a year weather they have had acid in them or not. They verified that I had ordered the correct battery. Unbeknown to me, my husband ordered the same battery from Amazon, which we received within 5 days. When the battery from days later, we received the battery. It took 20 days for the battery from BS to arrive. I did not open the package and I immediately sent an email to BS, in accordance with their website, to get permission to return the battery. Their website says: "All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the date shipped". To date, I have called them three times, emailed three times, and texted. No response at all. It has been five days - nothing. Given the efforts that they made to ensure I was ordering the correct product, I expected better. I'm so very disappointed.
