I purchased a battery for my 4 wheeler in November 2025, I gave the 4 wheeler to my son and he would not take the battery said he did not want or need it, I live 25 miles from the interstate battery store so I was not able to return it during the three days they give it was almost a month the new battery did not have the acid in and was not activated the acid is still in the package it came in nothing had been taken out of the box. The worker would not take it back and then said that he would give me a 50% refund on the $117.00 battery and that is not acceptable. as I reflect on my purchases from Interstate I have had to buy a new battery for my wheeler every year, if they only last one year does that mean they are designed to fail after a year weather they have had acid in them or not. I would not recommend Interstate Batteries ever again and will go elsewhere in the future. read more

Very helpful, tested my old battery and showed me the results of the test. It was determined that I needed a new battery and they provided a few in stock options. Once I selected the new battery they had it installed quickly on a cold morning while I waited in the warm store. read more

Very poor customer service. I tried to return a battery under a year old and they would not honor the warranty. Apparently there only concern is making money. Not taking care of the customer. They can't see the big picture. I own 12 hot rods, two trucks, 4 trailers with dual batteries, a boat, a tractor, 2 lawn tractors, and a leaf vac. That's a lot of battery sales they will never see. Think twice before you purchase an Interstate battery, especially from these people. read more

Immediately after walking into the store and Logan Utah I was greeted very warmly with by young lady that beamed with a great big smile. She answered my question and the big boss came out and he also welcomed me with a big smile. She helped a different customer and a third person came out a young lady and like the other two welcome to me very warmly and between the two young women they worked on my problem. They knew what they were doing they were knowledgeable about what their product was and which battery I needed specifically for my motorcycle. I cannot tell you the quality the battery yet I'll have to get back to you in 5 years but as far as service alone I would definitely come back next time I need a battery! Very good customer service. I purchased 2 battery's 3 years ago from here 1 for a 2000 chevy tracker and 1 for a 2000 Ford ranger and today I took both back because they would crank real slow and not hold a charge for 1 week. The battery is pro ratted for 5 years and what is the chance I bought 2 battery's in 9/16 and they both went bad at the same time ? I have never owned an Interstate battery before just got them because I hear they are great. what is the chance they got purchased 2 days apart and went bad at the same time. They are great to work with but it cost me $ 175.00 to prorate out and get new battery's today, Im not sure Interstate is all its cracked up to be . service was great at the store and they took care of me until l I was complete I just don" t want to spend $ 175 every 3 years pro rating a new battery out. read more

Interstate Battery is my go to place when I need juice. The staff is always accomodating and if they don't have what I need in stock, they will order it and have it within a few short days. Their products are good and I've only been fooled once by their competition who uses the same color scheme in their logo. read more
