Highly, highly recommend. Manager Jack and tech Ron were wonderful. We were on a camping trip and a rock/piece of gravel hit our windshield which very quickly cracked. Both of these men were very kind and comforting while I was a little freaky/nervous about the whole situation. They were able to get a replacement windshield the next day, squeezed me in for an appointment and we were good to go! Thanks! read more

I called my local Safelite auto glass to get a quote on windshield replacement. Instead of being connected to my local store, I first had to go through an AI assistant. This system is seriously flawed as the assistant didn't understand any of the prompts. She was finally able to gather all of my information, including my name, my phone number, and my car make and model. Next, I was connected to a service center. The woman at the service center, and then proceeded to collect ALL of the same information from me. She proceeded to give me my quote and told me they recommended getting my windshield wipers replaced and it would be $380 for the premium package. She said she would go ahead and get me scheduled for that. I told her I just wanted a windshield, nothing extra, just a windshield. That brought the price down to $255. They are charging over $100 for windshield wiper replacement! That is ridiculous! I could see someone like my mother calling in and just paying $380 without thinking about it ,because service center didn't say there was an option without this and made it seem like that was the price. it has been about 40 minutes now on the phone and she transfers me to my local shop, which was where I was trying to call in the first place. The local shop then proceeds to gather ALL of the same information from me. None of this information is transferred on from one phone call to the next. An hour later, and I finally have my appointment! Such a hassle! I have half of mind to just go with another company because they make this so difficult. How many people are you paying to do the job that the local shop did in less than 5 minutes!! read more

They finished replacing my windshield faster than I was initially told and they helped me get a big discount so my windshield was quite a bit cheaper than I was originally priced. The people at the counter were so friendly. I really enjoyed my experience here. read more

My elderly in-laws had Safelite replace the glass on their passenger min-van door. Upon completion, they noticed that their van door would not close properly. They called Safelite and they said they would fix it and to get an estimate. After, they seen that the part was $800, they refused. They claimed it was broken before the technician took it apart... which is wasn't. They now have refused their calls. read more

I've had good success with these guys and dealt with them twice now. 1st time: Last year my windshield was damaged by a projectile as I was driving through a construction zone on Highway 91 near Smithfield. I contacted the State of Utah, was eventually directed to Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Liberty cut me a check for my new windshield. I took it to SafeLite and the service was excellent. It was professionalism from the git-go. 2nd time: Yesterday while driving northbound on Interstate 15 toward Pocatello my windshield was hit by another flying object. A rock chip the size of a quarter was the outcome. I took it to Satellite this morning and they fixed it for free. It was fixed so well you couldn't even tell there was ever a rock chip in the first place. read more

I get rock chips repaired here a lot and they are always so kind and helpful and wash my windows.

Stellar service! They drove me to work. How's that for customer service! I will use them for all my future windshield needs.

Very good, showed up about 15 min early they took the truck right in. The counter folks were very nice too.

I've been to Logan's Safelite location twice. The first time, my window was smashed during a road trip. The shop was able to get my window replaced as soon as I got home, relieving a lot of stress and anxiety about trying to schedule a repair from the road. This summer I needed my windshield replaced (thank you, Utah road construction). I had a few issues scheduling an appointment through my insurance carrier so I ended up scheduling directly through Safelite- everyone we talked to at the shop was professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got an appointment that fit my schedule and that I knew exactly what I would end up paying for. They helped resolve a frustrating situation quickly and positively. The technician, Adam, was professional and friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend these guys and come back next time if (or when, honestly) I need another window repaired on my car. read more

Can't even call these yahoos anymore and their automated system doesn't list the right glass to quote/schedule me for. Used to think this was a good company! read more

They were able to replace my windshield the next day. The work was quick and efficient. Plus they washed ALL my windows upon completion.

Got a big crack in my windshield and looked online for replacement quotes in Logan. Safelite was the cheapest quote and I even found a $20 off coupon online so I went with them. The two technicians I interacted with were fantastic, knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. I feel very comfortable leaving them a five star review. Others may be able to match this level of service (maybe) but it's basically impossible to beat. Definitely recommend. read more

Safelite was great to work with, they were fast, efficient, great at communicating, and went the extra mile in fixing my vehicle in a timely manner. Their staff was personable, friendly, helpful, and profressional. I would highly recommend their business and feel like you'll be in good hands with this company. read more

I'm going to change my rating from 1 to two stars since they do have good customer service as far as the repair guy being nice sand everyone I've talked to seemed to try to be helpful (though in the end maybe only use this service if you are paying out of pocket as they won't fix a botched repair if your insurance covers it even though all their repairs are under "warrenty") If you have a larger chip, don't trust that they can fix it, even if they say they can unless you're paying out of pocket. read more

During a time of such consternation in our world, being able to still function safely for their employees and customers was great. I do appreciate the conditions and care for my health and vehicle. Thank you read more

Amazing customer service. Lobby was so nice with comfortable chairs and even smelled good. The guy working on my car was SOO NICE and worked extra quick and prioritized my car because I was waiting in the lobby. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back if I have another crack in my windshield. read more

$99.99 for single rock chip repair. Rude customer service reps. No way to contact customer service on the phone.

we had some side windows put our 1951 gmc, with channeling and seals! jack the manager was very helpful, the guy how done the actual work on the truck, broke both of the vent window rails takeing them off, requireing us to get them welded, he lied about any wrong doing! overall the installation was very sloppy and poorly done! we would not advise anyone with a old priceless truck to have anything done at logan safelite! read more

Brandon was perfect. He relieved any and all anxiety I had about this process. Couldn't have asked for a more skilled or better professional to work with. read more

Safelite AutoGlass - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Logan, Utah

This national company lacks customer service! The automated phone system and website are very general and have no options for simple things. The automated phone had no options for a simple rock chip repair and it didn't understand when I selected "other" and said "rock chip." This is a normal service! How hard does it have to be! KISS! read more

Would have loved to leave a 5-star review. BUT... The guy I talked to on the phone told me windshield price would be x and if I needed a certain feature it would still be x. Nope. Guys in the shop said it would be more money, almost 10% more. The guy in the shop blamed the guy on the phone for wrong information. "Corporate does that..." they said. Now it feels like I have the same thing I had a few days ago, no crack in my windshield. But... I did gain the knowledge that I'll call someone local next time. Great price, good install, bad communication. read more

I set up an appointment to use my insurance and the bill was going to be $500 (exactly my deductible for comprehensive). I then set up a second appointment for the same car, and the cash price was $314 after two online coupons brought it down $40. Novus glass nearby gave me a price of $235 before tax. Guess where I'm getting service! Safelite will scam you if given the chance. Lord only knows how much they planned to charge my insurance! Always check the cash price first and shop around. FYI, all replacement windshields are made in the same factory, so there is no difference in quality. read more

The technician was on time and he did a perfect job fixing the crack on my car's windshield. I can't even tell where the crack was. The technician was polite and patiently explained how the machine work which was interesting. read more

My experience was outstanding. Not only was Safelite easy to schedule with, prompt with their service, and highly qualified, but they went out of their way to give me exceptional service at least twice. First, right after I scheduled, I was contacted by my local technicians directly to ensure I was getting the best deal. Second, I had other glass services I've been needing for some time, and although they weren't auto related, Keegan was able to assist me in some down time. Way above what I expected, and they left my whole car spotless! I could not be happier. I'd say better than it should even be. read more

I needed my windshield fixed and Enrique did it so fast! Thanks for the help Enrique. Definitely recommend Safelite.

We received great service. Quick and efficient and very pleasant. Would return again.

Best autoglass company in town, both for product quality and the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The tech showed up promptly, finished his work in a very short amount of time, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards as well. I was very grateful to receive the can of window cleaner following the appointment as well. I would definitely refer them to any of my family and friends! read more

My experience with them was fantastic. They got the job done much more quickly than expected and without a hitch. They were also really great to work with our car insurance and it came off waaaay less expensive than was expected. read more

They were very nice the first time I went there and replaced my windshield at the beginning of Nov 2016. When winter came and it was in the negatives, my car got a huge crack and spread fast. I went in to see about a warranty since I just got it done. The best they could do was say oh that will be another 150.00 dollar. Not much less than what I paid the first time. Just because it's the cheapest in town, doesn't mean the quality is good! Or the customer satisfaction service is either. I will not be going back there. I would rather pay more. I'm very upset and dissatisfied!! read more

Awesome service. I usually have my windshield replaced here but this last time I went to Techna glass instead to save $15. Big mistake. They didn't glue the molding and it fell off. I took it to safe lit and they glued it on for free. Best option for auto glass replacement read more
