Dealers only keep instock a few items, which you may have to order, while Autozone has almost everything you need..It may not be OEM on everything, but you will save 20%-50% less. Find the mechanic in every store, everyone else is just a sales associate with little to no auto experience. And Rent the tools, don't buy anything.. if you do Harbor Freights is 50% less than AutoZone. Unless you prefer Snap-on! Ordered a replacement rear differential after the first one died in only 6 weeks. I tried to pay cash for it till I got the old one out to return. Tried to make sure my refund would come back in cash and Was yelled at for trying to pay cash and told we no longer live in a society dependent on cash and that they could not guarantee when they could refund me. The customer service was horrible, was void of any compassion and was demeaning. O'reily will get my business for now on. read more

I walked into the store, looked around, found what I needed, walked towards a cash register with an employee, who immediately asked for help (maybe new?) He was kind n polite. I gave him my phone number which brought up my info and just as he is abt to scan the object to be purchased, a customer walks up n starts talking. It did not go well n I left. I went in today to get screws for my license plate. Instead of just selling me some screws and being done with it, the staff tried multiple different screws to install my license plate in the rain. Unable to find one, they gave me a referral to a dealership, and didn't even charge me for the three separate kinds of screws they opened to try. Amazing staff who went the extra mile! read more

Absolutely amazing. Everyone who helped me was so nice. They helped me figure out my alternator was bad, and then they charged my battery overnight so that when I came back to replace the alternator it was ready to go. They were always willing to answer questions, and if they didn't have answers they helped me go through repair manuals to find what I needed. Each of the 5 people who helped me were so great and willing to go the extra mile! read more

Absolute terrible customer service. Not feeling appreciated as a customer and getting gripped at for needing help "because she has 4 other customers" is terribly rude. Every customer should be treated with respect and care. Rude tone, no respect or helpfulness, and was hung up on as well. Will definitely use other parts stores in the valley. read more

I went to auto zone because my old truck wouldn't start. The staff knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I went in a bad mood but left with the biggest smile on my face. GO HERE! This autozone is really great. I usually get my batteries here and they are great about replacing them for me and have fantastic warranties with all my info in the computer (I'm not that great at keeping receipts). They also change my wiper blades when I replace them there too. I've never had a complaint. read more

It's a nice place to get car parts. Quality of service really varies from store to store due to different managers running the show. This one happens to be well run. Four stars only because sometimes Autozone will sell you poor quality car parts. And the labor costs more; every time you have to R&R. Their fuel pumps for instance. That is one difficult unit to R&R and they have been known to sell "duds". read more
