I made an appointment with Kenji on Facebook and he was able to get my bike into his shop the day the parts arrived. After the parts were installed he let me go for a spin around the block and see how it felt. I let him know what I was feeling and he was able to adjust the rearsets so they fit me perfectly. If you have a job you are worried about doing, I highly recommend Kenji. He doesn't take shortcuts and his price is very fair, I also learned a ton from him.

More hopeful, actually! :) I know Sam, so I knew he would be honest, but hadn't used his service yet so I had it towed to S&E performance to see if my Jeep was done for. He addressed my Jeep as soon as he could and gave it his full attention. He quickly gave me an analysis and price quote, and told me that it was definitely worth fixing as my Jeep was still in good condition for how many miles were on it. I needed something from my Jeep and was impressed to find him under the hood, engine running and everything running smoother than the day I bought it, and he was saying it was almost ready to pick up. I finally went in to check on my bike and he claimed he was too busy to answer the phone, which when I walked in, his phone was about 1 foot from his hand on the desk! I called admotor customer service and was told all warranty had to be handled through Charged Ecycles. When I went to ask him why he wouldn't help he said it was up to Admotor . Admotor sent me back to him! When I went to pick up my trike i was told he didn't like me and not to come back! I am handicapped and he even refused to help me load the bike! I had ask for help from people walking by to load it up and take my worthless bike back home! Of course he doesn't like me.
