It's my fault, really, the thing was making awful screeching metal-on-metal noises for a long time now. I didn't want to know what was going on so I had ignored it. Well, one night it imploded and bled out. Poor Jeep :( man I was nervous to how much it would cost, but I was not nervous to who to bring it to. More hopeful, actually! :) I know Sam, so I knew he would be honest, but hadn't used his service yet so I had it towed to S&E performance to see if my Jeep was done for. He addressed my Jeep as soon as he could and gave it his full attention. He quickly gave me an analysis and price quote, and told me that it was definitely worth fixing as my Jeep was still in good condition for how many miles were on it. I needed something from my Jeep and was impressed to find him under the hood, engine running and everything running smoother than the day I bought it, and he was saying it was almost ready to pick up. I will never use another mechanic! The experience was honest, efficient and effective. Sam knows what he is doing and won't beat around the bush with his services. Thanks, S&E!

From start to finish, everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Renting jet skis from them was an absolute blast -- the process was smooth, the equipment was in great condition, and the staff made everything simple and fun. I needed to get new tires, and Dave (who is the absolute GOAT by the way), did the best tire change I have ever witnessed. So my bike being 30+ years old has had a fair amount of corrosion on the aluminum wheel. Not only did I get a fairly priced deal on the tires themselves, but my wheels got a full spa day as well! Dave did a great job resurfacing and polishing the rim, and got it to have a much cleaner look. He wasn't stingy with the sealant whatsoever so it would remain a good as possible for as long as possible. I've ridden 150 miles and everything feels well balanced. He even gave me all of the official torques so when I remounted my tires back on to my bike everything was perfect! Utah Moto Shop has a really nifty lounge upstairs accompanied by snacks and little sodas, but I hungout on the floor and chatted with Dave who is SUPER knowledgeable about whatever comes his way (shoutout to Dale for being there too, also a really cool dude). He got me in and out of there pretty quickly for having to refurbish both rims on my bike! 10/10, I would highly recommend.

I've had positive experiences at Joyride Bicycles in the past, and one thing they do better than…read moreother shops in the area is stocking quality bike apparel. That's actually why I stopped in during their winter sale to grab some new socks. On top of the sock rack, there was a sign that clearly said "socks 50% off" with no fine print or conditions. But when I got to the counter, the employee told me the socks weren't part of the sale. I pointed out the sign, and instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of apology, he just dismissed it and didn't seem to care at all. It felt unprofessional and honestly pretty disrespectful. I ended up pity-buying one pair instead of the two I planned on, but I'm now planning to return them. I left the store feeling misled and frustrated. If you're going in hoping for a sale, don't trust the signs without double, or triple-checking. This really should be a one-star review, but I'm giving it two stars only because of my previously good experiences here.
