I called this dealer about a horse trailer they had for sale. It's a 2 hour drive from where I live to the dealer and I was pulling a big triple axle 45'toy hauler down there. Mike assured me that the trailer was available and I told him I'd be there the next day to trade in my toy hauler. When I got there the next morning I was told by a salesman that 1. They don't take toy haulers in on trade and 2. The horse trailer was already sold. I was beyond pissed and the dealership couldn't care less. I took a whole day off work and spent well over $200 in fuel to trade in my trailer for a trailer I was guaranteed was available. The least they could have done to make it right would've been to offer to pay for some fuel for wasting my time. Absolutely NOT a good way to do business. I have a lot of friends and family in Springville that I'll ensure steer clear of buying from this dealer. Their Facebook page also states they buy all trailers but they told me in person they don't buy toy haulers because "Parris RV is down the road, take it to them."
