We loaded our Razor onto a trailer, drove 1 hour and 30 minutes, and even received a call confirming we were on our way. After arriving and sitting down, we were told the machine we were trading for was not even there. That is unacceptable!!!! You knew we were coming. We live over an hour away. Loading and hauling a Razor is not a small task. We rearranged family plans and missed events because we were prepared to move forward.
