They really take pride in their work and want to make sure things are done right to make the customer happy. I had a lot of needs and requests and they took them in stride and made sure to help make my bike perfect. We had a couple of set backs with faulty parts but they did a great job of keeping me in the loop and helping make sure we had the parts needed to progress the bike. I didn't even know how to ride my motorcycle when it was finished. Rusty personally took me to the park around the corner and gave me a couple of quick lessons. This is completely above and beyond their responsibility as the mechanics but they wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. I would recommend Rusty's Customs Motorsport's to anyone looking for quality work with mechanics that treat your bike as if it was their own. I'll go back when i'm ready to build another bike.

They are an EGO dealer and supplier and that's why I was here, to get a replacement part. I previously ordered a part for my EGO snowblower online and got it for cheap and it came in a timely manner. This time I went directly to the store because I needed the part today. Was pleasantly surprised to see how complete their inventory is. The service was friendly. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
