Good people who work with you, explain things, and go the extra mile for customer service. When I drop off my CanAm, even Wednesday night just as they were leaving for Thanksgiving, they helped me unload it and push it in their garage (belt broke). I told him I'd want to bring whatever I purchased in for them to service. He assured me they work most major brands, including BMW. Well, I purchased said BMW and called Rusty's to make an appointment and was told, "We don't work on anything older than 2000." What? Really? Yup, really. Now, I'm not inferring that Lincoln told me what kind of bike to buy--that was purely my choice--but he surely had ample opportunity to tell me they don't service older bikes. Very poor form.

I used to recommend this place to everyone I know. Unfortunately, after my last visit, that's over. While I was there, one of the employees -- I didn't catch his name, but he has a Harley logo with wings tattooed on his hand and a tattoo on the side of his head -- made extremely inappropriate and racially offensive comments right in front of me. I was stunned. If an employee feels comfortable saying something like that in front of a customer, I can only imagine what's being said when customers aren't around. That's not just unprofessional -- it's unacceptable. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but after this, I can't continue supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior to happen on the floor. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately, because situations like this damage customer trust and the store's reputation.
