He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. Once the winter weather came upon us, a light went on regarding the tire pressure monitoring system. Since Island Girl was in shock with the cold weather, maybe Tessy was too LOL Through the Tesla App, it was easy enough to schedule an appointment. We also took a picture of the warning message about the tire pressure monitoring system and uploaded it to the service request. It was very easy to pick the date and time that we were available to bring Tessy in for service. Wouldn't you know it, the App let us know the estimate to fix the tire pressure monitoring system, was absolutely FREE! This Pleasant Grove Service Center is spacious and clean. Once we arrived for our appointment, the Service Center team greeted us warmly and it was so comforting at check in. We were able to have healthy conversation with employees that genuinely cared for us and our vehicle. The Service Representative explained to us that a small part needed to be replaced. We could either enjoy the comforts in their waiting area or they could offer us Uber credits to get wherever we needed to be. We accepted the Uber voucher and he was patient enough to verify that the Uber credit was available and we were able to schedule a ride. Maybe an hour went by when the Tesla App notified us that the service was complete and we could retrieve our vehicle. As easy as it was to get an Uber ride, we headed back to the Service Center. The degree of professionalism at the Pleasant Grove Service Center, surely matches the location name, so pleasant from check in to check out. I chose Zach as my service advisor as I saw some positive feedback on Google about him. On the day of service I had to wait a couple of minutes as Zach was serving a customer in front of me. In the meantime and since others were around another service advisor asked me whether anyone has helped me out and I mentioned no, but said that I was waiting for Zach. Zach was friendly and properly set expectations. He showed me a couple of options (e.g. buy a pre-paid service package) but didn't try sell me into it at all. The service with multipoint inspection, oil, filter and air cabin filter change took the estimated 45-60 minutes. In the meantime I could use their waiting area and free WiFi to do some work and join a business call. I didn't need any coffee or refreshments but you could use it for free, too. At the end the bill was lower than the previously estimated $130. Just for curiosity I checked the price for the air cabin filter on Amazon afterwards. Of course it was 40% cheaper there, but I did expect that this would be the case and is in my mind ok for a $20-30 item. So bottom line and compared to my previous experience with other dealers I would return to Ken Garff and Zach. I hope this review is helpful for others who think about where to do service during the warranty period.

After looking at it they said the wheel bearing needed to be replaced and quoted us over $1000 for the job. We wanted a second opinion so we took it to another local shop. They put it up on the hoist and found that it was just an engine cover rubbing on the axle. They repositioned the cover and only charged us for one hour of labor (less than $200). I'll never take my vehicle to Ken Garff again.

It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
