Great Company to rent from and work with. I rented a tiller. Unfortunately I underestimated the job and the 4 horse didn't cut it. I took it back and told them I wanted the 6 horse. They recommended the 8 I took it. They started my time over and only charged me the difference between the two. They also hooked me up with a trailer and hitch to move it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The guy was initially friendly when i rented a car dolly. We told him that we would not be able to return the dolly until after 6pm. The guy assured us that it was no problem, and that he would only charge for a day. At 5:08, we called to confirm that we would not be able to return until 6pm, in which the guy flips out and yells for keeping him there 8 minutes past close. He charges us a second day, despite his original promise. Talked to the manager (Nate) on Monday, and he was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I recommend that you avoid this place. They may seem nice, but they will not follow through with their promises. read more

I have rented from these folks many times. Usually tractors or cement mixers. They are great and honest. Their prices are usually lower than anyone else. I highly recommend them. read more

Randy Jarman, owner, of Universal Rent-All is a Con-Artist who enjoys eluding his customers with a creative enthusiasm interpretation of the facts. We had a project that required a quick turn-around and needed to rent a Case backhoe. We called Universal Rent-A-Shady Company for price quote. Both Randy Jarman and the office Manager confirmed during (2) separate phone to me and my business partner that the daily fee for a backhoe rental was $360 per day. He even proceeded to exude his deceitful business practices by emphasizing that if we pick it up Saturday night then we will be getting a half-a day for free. Once again emphasizing a "DAILY" charge. During all conversations with this fraudulent rodent of a business owner, Randy Jarman, not once mentioned that his definition of a "DAY" is 8-hours. After that you are charged by the hour. Because I am not personally skilled in using a backhoe, I paid for the rental over the phone with my credit card and someone else picked it up. Randy Jarman was more than happy to take my card over the phone and bamboozle me into paying extra for insurance then failed to point out that on the receipt it states the price is only for 8-hours. Perhaps Randy Jarman has no morals, or he gets a sick twisted thrill out of taking advantage of his customers. It is a possibility that he is a flat out misogynist. I'm not quite sure what exactly is wrong with him...what I do know is... if his mouth is moving he is plotting something unscrupulous. I am very regretful that I supported such an unethical businessman who seem to delight in manipulating his customers to satisfy his greed. Enjoy the extra $100 you stole from me, Randy. read more
