However, when I went to get the equipment, they had upgraded me to a larger tool (without telling me) because they couldn't find the smaller one I had initially ordered. Unfortunately this tool required two men to operate and I only had one. So I ended up returning the tool well before my return time and they still charged me full price. When I had the trailer in my posession I had to replace 6 of the tires, and when I took it for the initial inspection before putting it to work it failed miserabley. The inspector said, "There is no way this trailer could pass any legitimate DOT inspection." When I called Mr. Ramsey and offered to bring back the trailer, at my cost, he could keep the new tires and all I wanted back was what I spent on the trailer. He said no way and now is forcing me to take him to court over the incident. Not a honest guy or business.
