He was incredibly thorough, inspecting every part of the fridge and taking the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He showed me what needed to be fixed, why it needed attention, and answered all of my questions. He even went above and beyond by cleaning the back of the refrigerator at no extra charge. Shane is friendly, professional, and clearly knows appliances inside and out. On top of that, his pricing was shockingly reasonable. I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. Hotels have some services, but they always want to return it to you after 6pm the next day, which never works because you typically need laundry the second to last or last day, long before 6pm. That's on top of being way more expensive and a bigger hassle than you ever get with Foam! The owner reached out to me and ensured that I had a spectacular experience. On a random weeknight, someone came and picked up my bags of laundry at 8pm, and I had it back and was wearing it 4 hours later. I'm a Foam-er for life now!

I was not aware before trying their service that they fold the laundry when giving it back, which was a pleasant surprise! When you factor in cost of detergent, energy usage, water usage, and opportunity cost, the price point is very reasonable, especially with a busy schedule. I also want to note that I don't work for them. Truly just a grateful customer!
