So I called and asked for the same equipment assuming it was the same price, nothing was said otherwise. After the rental, they charged my credit card $300 more than the initial rental. Their excuse was a new guy gave me the wrong price on the first rental. Even though the owners son was right there overlooking the whole transaction. When I told him I was disputing the amount they were charging with the credit card company, the owner went off on me. Throwing the F bomb every which way. Even physically threatening me (over the phone). He also threatened to "take it out on my property". No customer service at this place and lots of anger issues!!

When I had the trailer in my posession I had to replace 6 of the tires, and when I took it for the initial inspection before putting it to work it failed miserabley. The inspector said, "There is no way this trailer could pass any legitimate DOT inspection." When I called Mr. Ramsey and offered to bring back the trailer, at my cost, he could keep the new tires and all I wanted back was what I spent on the trailer. He said no way and now is forcing me to take him to court over the incident. Not a honest guy or business.
