Customer service here is a ZERO. The young girl cashier made no eye contact, mumbled all of her words, was annoyed that we told her there was a dog house transaction in the system for us and she had to look it up. Then we noticed we were charged $219, the dog house we picked was on a giant pallet with a stack of them marked $149. We went to the pick up gate to get the dog house and double checked the pallet, yep $149, manager says oh these are different. They're actually $219 so we asked him why are they on a pallet marked $149 if they're different? Maybe take the sign off? He was completely annoyed with us. My mother has been shopping here for years and this is one of her favorite stores so I tagged along and now it's one of mine. The customer service @ Tractor Supply is some of the best I have experienced; in- store and over the phone for on-line internet support. You don't have to live in the rural country atmosphere to benefit from this farm supply store as they have a really expansive selection of clothing, farm feed, domestic animal food, tools, and some amazing canine (dog) food around. They carry much more than just what I've noted here.I read the reviews of many about 4Health on their website & decided to change my beloved pups menu & the reviewers were spot on; my pups loved it! Has probiotics in the recipe too! :) Even my lil' guy who weigh's under 8 lbs & is a senior citizen so I smash his small bites (another selling point is that the kibble is nice and small so far regardless of what variety of the food I get for them;) so I take a mallet to a baggie full for him and he self feeds by grazing; loves the powdered texture the best once I'm done whacking it a few times :) Both of their excrement's have changed notably as well; much less; this speaks volumes for the high quality of this food. They also sell cat food & I'm working on selecting the variety for my kitties as I type. Spartan Mosquito Eradicator, 2 pk. sells for $24.99. This item and each cylinder is supposed to last 90 days each. They also carry another item that has fantastic mosquito killing ability and reviews especially if you have water troughs and standing moving or non-moving water; kills their larvae too; sells for $10.49 and here's the details: Summit Mosquito Dunks, 6 Tablets. Works for swimming pools too I've read. Safe for animals too. Will update my review once I have used the Spartan variety. So excited because where I live we are attacked horrifically with them covering your legs and arms and face; whatever isn't covered; its scary. Mosquito abatement can only do so much. Plus we've got to protect domesticated and wildlife too from these blood sucking transmitters of disease. Fly"s? RESCUE brand disposable fly traps I've been using for 20 years and they work 100% of the time. Ordered online for curbside pickup. They draw fly's like nothing else. My husband and I had a very bad experience at the Turlock store. The manager ripped our shirt while taking sensor off and was pretty rude about it, he expected us to walk out the store being ok with the incident.. Worst customer service at this location. Never going back to this location! would not even give it a star! read more

After contacting BBB regarding Tractors supplies lack of compentance I did receive my trailer plate yesterday which is like almost 7 months later. All they could do was compensate me a $40 dollar gift card. Smh. read more

Very disappointing that Yelp won't let me generate the categories because the limitations in choosing the categories would leave one thinking this is not the magnificent store it is. First off, they have tractors, trailers, feed....farm and ranch supplies, things for pets and wildlife. They also have very cool clothing and boots, home and garden products, and a little or lot of everything else under one well-lit and very clean roof. The particular Tractor Supply Co in Turlock is stocked with wonderful finds (see photos); but it also has great employees. One, who is exceptional, is Liz; she was patient, thoughtful and so helpful with a problem I had. Because of her skill, knowledge, and genuine compassion for animals, she directed me to all the right products and explained how to use and why. Because of that exceptional dedication, she saved the lives of at least three animals. I drive two and a half hours to this location each week now, because there are closer stores that pale in comparison. If Liz isn't on the floor, I'm disappointed - but everyone there is nice, friendly, and warm. Stop in for a cool blouse, gypsy cowgirl boots, hummingbird feeders, tools, equipment, and even beautiful small plastic (I think...) animals. This review is for the manager Dwayne. He was extremely unprofessional and made remarks that were racist in nature and extremely degrading. His rude manner and taunting behavior was sickening to witness as a business owner. There is a way to speak to people, especially customers and he has no idea how to do it. I know good help is hard to find but you are better off having no management rather than having an employee like him. I will not be going to this location while this manager is there. read more

The staff is very unknowledgeable about what they are selling. They tried to tell me i didnt know what i was talking about when i asked for a product i bought from them 2 months prior that they didnt know they had. i was told they never carried it. I showed them my receipt. Then another time i asked about a shot they carried. I was asked if i would like to ask the manager when it would come in. I said yes.
