I didn't realize she could be even more kind-hearted. She knew I was having a rough morning as I just picked up my grandmother's ashes from next door (Allen Mortuary), and she was incredibly empathetic. I picked up the flower pedals right before we were about to head to SF to disperse my grandmother's ashes, and she could tell I was struggling. She had tears in her eyes as I spoke with her. That's how you know you chose the right small business. I'll never go to a big corporation for flowers again. The flower pedals were bright and colorful, just as requested and just how grandma would have loved. Also, her shop is just so gorgeous. I need to stop by again soon. Thank you so much, Violette. I did not give them much notice and was told they couldn 't do it, but found out later that the arrangement was delivered for the viewing. Above and beyond!!
