Well, I'm a loyal customer when service is good. If you want poor service, people with a bad attitude and don't care for the little guy with just a bottle to fill them this is for you . Start my story with their web site. Open until 4 pm Saturdays 9 am to 12 noon Wife goes on a Saturday, doors are closed. Door sign said open Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 PM , My wife shows up at 3:40 pm the next Monday, "Sorry We turn the pump off at 3:30 Pm" Strike two ... I pick up the phone and call , yes we are open on Saturday. So Today I show up at 9;30 am Doors are closed. I call and no one answers. My message to their machine I leave is " your web site said open on Saturday 9am to 12 noon . I just drove 25 miles to get my Bottles filled . Please change your web site. " I go to turn around to leave and a guy walks out of a building across the lot. His jacket said JUST CO2 on the back. I ask him three times if he was open as he's opening the door to the store , " Just CO2" He said yes, if you need service just ring the bell right here. I said ok, so I park, open my trunk Grab my two bottles to be filled and the girl , Blond, young proceeds to tell me that she will have to see if their pump is on. " She tell me " we don't fill tanks On Saturdays... Again Information that would have been important on their web site and when I had called in the past . Third trip, no CO2 and will never ever go there again. Young Blond girl , you have no clue what customer service is and to the owner, if I could sue for false advertising I would just to cause you the same pain, inconvenience and cost that I had. I have been in the service industry for 40 years. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I guess My fault for giving them 3 tries. I just wanted CO2 for my beer keg. No I'm not drunk. I would give up my beer keg if this was the only place to get CO2. Guess what, there are people out there that want my business. JUST CO2 just wants the big sale, not us little guys read more
