I went back to seek help but they were both on their phones. I went back and seared through other isles and departments. Nothing. I went back to the front of the store to ask for help. And if you ever have to return an item you are met with resistance and distain. This attitude has been consistent for years and though people come and go this treatment remains. Heck, they even took the time to help me with a table lamp rewiring project! If I went to one of the box stores, I'd still be there looking for parts.
