Update: 10-09-2022 I have not changed my opinion on the horrendous Lake Elsinore store. However , my opinion regarding the Murrieta Store has changed, and sadly because of ONE employee there. I was having a discussion with the lady at the checkout, there were some issues I was trying to figure out and resolve regarding ordering and use of a TSC card. No biggie, no harm no foul, she was very nice. But when she turned to ask the "manager?" or whomever , named "Kimber" about the issue, after I had stated that the Elsinore store had helped me with it, "Kimber's" snitty, snarky response was "Well go to LAKE ELSINORE then!" Seriously? Rude much? Wow. Totally uncalled-for, and obviously NOT helpful. The nice lady at my check stand apologized several times for the rudeness displayed by her co-worker. You could see her cringe. I felt badly for her. Dear Tractor Supply, where do you find these people? Is it a problem here only in your Southern California stores? It seems to be. Sadly, not only was the issue not resolved, but this person , embarrassed herself, her co-worker, and the store. If I had wanted to be treated badly over what was to be a large delivery order, I would have gone back to Elsinore. At least I expect it, there. Really, not good. What a shame. Some people REALLY should not work with the public. Case in point. On the up side, the people that deliver to us, and it is HARD WORK, are TOP NOTCH, and are to be commended. The 2 stars is specifically for Lindsay. They were great- everyone else was extremely unhelpful and it was super understaffed and the other employees are rude. They have a good selection but the employees are awful. Again, Lindsay is excellent but everyone else needs to check their attitude. read more

For this bargain shopper I was pretty happy to see the selection of clearance they had with some pretty good stuff!!! I got a few things that were clearanced out and the things were of great quality! I mostly got decor which was very rustic. It was also cute seeing the baby chicks and ducks they have there! And when people were purchasing them, they let a few grab the chicks from the tubs! The store overall was very clean and organized! The employees were friendly and there's a lot of cool things to see and buy! Some stuff can be a bit pricey but at decent prices if you get the sale items! read more

I did an online order for curbside pick up and was called by a store team member saying I could change it to a free same day delivery. I was then charged an extra $19 which I would assume was a delivery fee. I called the store and got in touch with a rude manger telling me basically it wasn't his fault and I would need to take it up with customer support. Visited store on March 13, 2020, to purchase catfood. My cats love the foos! During my visit each person working on the day I visited was top notch. Amanda was the cashier but also helped me on the floor with choices of cat food. I was surprised to find her at the register at the end because cashiers rarely go help out on the floor and still have a wonderful attitude about doing so. They were all fantastic! I enjoyed my 1st shopping experience at Tractor Supply and I will definitely be returning soon. The organization of the place is A-1. The cashier seemed under the influence, she was talking to herself out loud and rambling off at times, very much in her own world. When I called to talk to a manager I was left on hold for some time the first call, the second call a cashier said they were going for a manager but got another cashier. So all around disorganized and undisciplined staff. It is safe to say there needs to be more managers readily available or a better trained staff. read more

Nothing wrong with the card, just the incompetence of the manager. Went to to get a kennel & ordered online for curbside service. Workers came out on a timely manner and loaded the item .... It's a brand new Retriever kennel I paid over $449 + taxes. So I trusted that everything was good and took it home. Put it together and noticed several good size dents and scratches that already showing rust. O well, I complained via their email survey to see if TS will make it right. I'll update with their response. There's no reason to sell a new kennel to a customer in that condition. read more

I should've known better than to get hay at TSC but since I really enjoy the store I like to give it a shot sometimes. I've bought hay from there before and it was terrible but yesterday was the worst. All thick yellow stems, no flower, rock hard flakes, dry as dirt. Garbage. My horse won't even eat it. The last time I bought hay here I called to complain and they said to bring it back and they'll refund me. That's not the point. I don't want to load it all back into my vehicle and spend another couple hours driving back and forth. How about you do all of us a favor and stop buying garbage hay. Went in today to buy some paint, was waiting for 20min after I asked for help not even busy, all the employees where just chatting away laughing having a good old time, so when my son went to ask for help for the second time the older lady behind some computer by the paint looked annoyed that we asked for help, she seen we where standing there waiting for help, all she did was tell us about her husband that hes sick at home and the everyone should stay way from her dont come any closer so on and so on we weren't close to her at all but apparently if you ask her for help your to close, so if you have a sick family member maybe you shouldn't be out working?..anyway will never go to that store again thanks to her. read more

Awesome customer service! I purchased a yard trimmer from here with an extended warranty. After 5 uses it started running really bad we checked the oil and it was black. We called the cub cadet co. because it was so new it was still under their warranty. They had me drive to one of their lawn tech co for service. While my machine was there they seized the engine during testing and blamed me for not properly lubricating it (which was not true) but since they put it on paper like that. They would not fix it and now cub cadet will not replace it and my extended warranty that I purchased wont kick in until one year after purchase. So basically I was screwed BUT Tractor supply agreed to just exchange it for me!!! no problems!! no runaround!! you guys rock. read more

I asked the cashier, Christine for some fly spray for my dog. The flies this year are killer. Jan or Jen ( Store manager) assisted me and recommended a spray and ointment for my dog that was organic and safe for my 13-year old German Shepard. I've never been in this store but I found it to be interesting. They have a lot of items for sale from clothing to bird food. I was in a hurry but I will return to see what else they have to offer and take my time looking. All the store employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. read more

I have been in this store several times and each time the customer service is horrible. When you can find an employee they're rude and not really helpful. During one visit I had a lady named Christine follow me around the store like I was going to steal something. I ended up purchasing a few items and the same lady checked me out and was very rude when speaking to me. After this particular visit, I will never return. Kinda sad because the sore is actually clean and fun to look around. They have decent sales and attractive decor. But the lack in customer service has me going elsewhere. Don't come to this place if Christine is working, especially if you are not Caucasian. She treats you like you're about to steal or rob the place. She doesn't smile or help you out. She brushes off any questions you have. She tries to avoid you, but will follow you around just to make sure you don't steal anything. Went in a week before Easter to buy my son a coleman mini bike. Bought one on display. They held for me until the sat before easter to pick up. Let's just say that first store experience left a bad taste in my mouth just because a few guys working there were jack asses. Fast forward a week later upon pick up, I noticed the same bike I bought just days earlier was on sale for $100 off. Great I'll just ask for an adjustment. I was told by the guy working the register that he didn't think it'd be possible. I'm thinking it better be. Well I got an attitude from him and the guy who went to retrieve my bike in back. Well 20 min later, he just left us standing there. Again I let the guy (in the gas mask) at the check stand know, well again he was a smart ass. That's when I had enough of his b.s. and had to raise my voice to him which I think surprised him. Well the only decent guy in the place (I think the mamager)went and got bike for me. Just a shitty experience from start to finish. I own a general contracting co and always shop at home depot. I was surprised to know this store was just a block away, and it was nice inside. To bad I won't be giving anymore business to them because of their employees bad attitudes, for absolutely no reason. read more

Visited this location last week and picked up a trailer....5 stars to Joseph...he was amazing. The trailer I bought was brand new, however there were some scratches, dents, and the ramp was installed crooked. Joseph made it ride and we're stoked for the new trailer. Would make this a 5 star however after getting home and installed a utility box on the front, not only is the front brace on the trailer crooked as well, the side rails weren't installed properly either and one side sticks out further than the other. Kinda disappointed but for the cost, was worth it. read more

We were so excited when this store came to town. The first time we shopped here we were impressed! So much to see. We have since been in several times and been disappointed. We have had the floor sales men walk right past us never asking if we need help. We literally had to find him and ask if he could assist us. We have been in 3 times to buy pellets for our wood stove which they never have so we end up at Home Depot. The customer service is definitely lacking.
