If I didn't shout to stop and let her go... he would have broken her leg. He looked up and laughed saying "oh is this your dog" she was visibly shaken and in pain. We left immediately- the fee was waved for the hack job they did, but more than that- the physical pain and trauma they did to my dog. We contacted the veterinarian who stated she was very fortunate I walked in and they monitored her for damage. She was sore and had a limp for 2 days following our trip for a simple nail trim and grind. We called and spoke to the district manager who initially laughed at my boyfriend for being upset and then later apologized for doing so. They stated they would review the video- and get back. They never did. There is nothing this company can do for our family- we just wanted the acknowledgment that this occurred and apology, along with a promise that this won't happen to anyone else. This company cannot do that... each day, they put dogs in harms way; it's disgusting.

I am new to aquariums. I have been to 5 different pet stores in the past month. That said, when I…read morewent to One Stop (OSCP) and walked in, I was not pounced on by staff. I had time to look around at everything I needed. I was stopping in to find a test-kit for my fish tank since I am having issues. I have gone broke trying to get this 29 gallon tank!!!!! So I was very surprised when Dan, had a 30 minutes talk with me, answering my questions, steering me down a sensible path and saving me a lot more money then I was needing to spend. I thought their tanks were great for a busy store. Fish were pretty and looked very healthy. They had a superb selection of live plants, tank backgrounds, fish foods, plant foods, etc. They did have pricey tank decor but that is the #1 observation I have made everywhere, tank decor is as expensive as gas. This store is 35 minutes away from my house, I will be going there and considering this my "GO-TO" fish store. Out of the 5 I have been to, they are reasonable in pricing all around. They could be a little less, but they could also be a little more. This price issue is a reason I will continue to return for mostly affordable fish tank needs. Dan is GREAT! I hope to grow a long term relationship with this staff member as his knowledge, kindness, willingness, and courtesy to save me money, made this a 5 star review! I will call ahead if I can to see if he is working, so I know I am getting consistent advice of how to be a aquarium hobbyist. Thank you OSCP!!

Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. i have to comment however on my experience with a recent Spa appointment for my dog who was sprayed by a skunk. Admittedly, I tried to treat her at home right after the spraying incident and thought I had done a pretty good job at the time. But, the following day. the odor was still very strong. Two days passed, I decided to inquire about a treatment for her at the Spa at One-Stop, and, they were able to take her in right away. I retrieved my dog after the hour long treatment and noticed an overall improvement but the next day. the odor remained albeit not as strong. I called One Stop to inquire, to ask if my expectation was too high. The young man with whom I spoke assured me my dog had been bathed as I had asked them to do, in other words confirming it had been done, which, of course, I already knew. This is not a note of complaint but to alert anyone who might read this review, to simply learn from my experience...:and to tele the utmost care to keep your pet away from skunks!

The owner Brian is amazing - I have been going there a while, as I have an older cat and he's very sensitive to certain foods. He generously gave us a can of cat food for NO charge, as he felt badly if the cat didn't like it. What a great guy! This is the beauty of a wonderfully owned small business in a local neighborhood.
