(professionally installed) I called tractor supply they had me call US Stove it took over 100 calls and I had to threaten with a lawyer before they replaced the stove late spring with different model (which I believe it was a floor model many missing parts) I had the new stove installed Nov, It would not even light would not run at all Tractor supply "manager" would not even speak to me, Nor would she speak to the Attorney General's office. USStove had me running the stove with PAPERCLIPS!! for 2 weeks while I waited for the parts to come wrong ones of course, Plus the stove did not come with all it's parts. they were shipping them out as well as a check for my trouble. I hired someone to come change the airflow because one person from Us stove thought it was that (It was not) I have not yet to date received the check or the missing parts. I replaced the other parts the stove ran for about 2 days then started acting up I started calling then stove stopped 1 week before christmas . TS or USStove would help or even talk to me till after Christmas didn't matter I had no heat in my kitchen. I hired someone to come again they worked for hours now it runs for 12-24 hours before a complete shutdown error message 1 2 0r 3 never know but 2 hours of cleaning inside and out it will go again. 100s of calls and emails they will not refund my money. BBB has 96 complaints against tractor supply, TS told the BBB i am the ONLY one out of over 200 stores complaining.

I had time to look around at everything I needed. I was stopping in to find a test-kit for my fish tank since I am having issues. I have gone broke trying to get this 29 gallon tank!!!!! So I was very surprised when Dan, had a 30 minutes talk with me, answering my questions, steering me down a sensible path and saving me a lot more money then I was needing to spend. I thought their tanks were great for a busy store. Fish were pretty and looked very healthy. They had a superb selection of live plants, tank backgrounds, fish foods, plant foods, etc. They did have pricey tank decor but that is the #1 observation I have made everywhere, tank decor is as expensive as gas. This store is 35 minutes away from my house, I will be going there and considering this my "GO-TO" fish store. Out of the 5 I have been to, they are reasonable in pricing all around. They could be a little less, but they could also be a little more. This price issue is a reason I will continue to return for mostly affordable fish tank needs. Dan is GREAT! I hope to grow a long term relationship with this staff member as his knowledge, kindness, willingness, and courtesy to save me money, made this a 5 star review! Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. i have to comment however on my experience with a recent Spa appointment for my dog who was sprayed by a skunk. Admittedly, I tried to treat her at home right after the spraying incident and thought I had done a pretty good job at the time. But, the following day. the odor was still very strong. Two days passed, I decided to inquire about a treatment for her at the Spa at One-Stop, and, they were able to take her in right away. I retrieved my dog after the hour long treatment and noticed an overall improvement but the next day. the odor remained albeit not as strong. I called One Stop to inquire, to ask if my expectation was too high. The young man with whom I spoke assured me my dog had been bathed as I had asked them to do, in other words confirming it had been done, which, of course, I already knew. This is not a note of complaint but to alert anyone who might read this review, to simply learn from my experience...:and to tele the utmost care to keep your pet away from skunks!

There was a line of people behind me waiting who overheard him say I NEEDED to tell him if I was adding a tip first. I said no. He continued to press and told me I'd have to sign something extra. I did. By this point he was clearly out to prove something. BTW, my bill was OVER $200! I'm sorry, are they unable to pay their employees? A tip should be for service that is exceeding what's expected. I would have happily tipped my groomer had this not happened. I'll not be returning to PETCO.

We called and spoke to the district manager who initially laughed at my boyfriend for being upset and then later apologized for doing so. They stated they would review the video- and get back. They never did. There is nothing this company can do for our family- we just wanted the acknowledgment that this occurred and apology, along with a promise that this won't happen to anyone else. This company cannot do that... each day, they put dogs in harms way; it's disgusting.
