I brougt my dog in for grooming. The staff seemed a little overly familiar, but, i initially passed it off as that he had been there before, and he is beloved. He has been well cared for. Until I got to the check out counter when a seemingly mentally ill woman came up behind me and asked if Jack is "ok with cats" Well, no he is not. And as i didnt see any cats in the vicinity, i did ask "why are you asking me that?" She responded she didn't know why she asked me that The thing is, I both live and work in this community. And Jack killed my beloved cat. No one should have known that. So when the front desk staff seemed to find all this amusing, i was put off. i remain put off and then some. The thing is, about all of this. My dog is not really a predeator, but i protect him today, and every other day as I live. read more

My Terrier mix is a rescue who is very scared of men, the young lady who helped us was fantastic, he was in for a nail trim and shaking like a leaf. She suggested I hold him so he would feel safe, and she trimmed his nails. He did so good, the best I have ever experienced. He will definitely be going back for his next trim. read more

We recently welcomed a puppy into the family who needs grooming. The whole experience is new to us. Both Savannah and Leah have groomed him. They were both amazing. They answered all of my questions and took such good care of him. He looked great after each grooming. Deseret ( hope I spelled it correctly) just spent quite awhile on the phone with me. I'm trying to find a specific food for my senior cat who is very fussy. She is putting in a request for their supplier. I, also, have another food for my cats that they carry the brand but not beef which is all they will eat. I haven't been shopping there because they don't really have what I need. Now that I know that they are quite willing to work with me and will try to get it for me, I am thrilled. I went to the opening for this store with my 16 year old daughter. They sell lots of animal toys and food. They sell fish and some reptiles but that's it for live animals. You can bring your pet and they even have a bath station in the back that you can use for like $10 or you can get like 5 on a card for $25 I believe. They did not have the dog-food that we use but they said that they can order anything that they don't carry. read more

I hate this store. Never again! First girl at the front doesnt even say hi. The lead manager was so rude. Been 3 weeks and there tanks still have sick fish but yet they continue to order knew fish! The manager 3 times told me by the next day they should be fine and still. She had the never to ask me if i knew how to use a phone!!! I will make sure that something will be done. There have been way to many times these people wanna treat me like crap! Last week i had my 2 year old son and the worked were annoyed that he was there. Im done with this place!!! read more

Went to give my dog a bath this morning, after waiting 45 minutes to an hour I'm told I have to pay first and that 2 people who came in after me are a head of me. Never paid first before because I usually get his food and treats after and pay all at once. No signs saying you have to pay first. Even the woman grooming the dogs tried to stand up for me. Don't know if the employee is a new manager or what but he's rude. Won't be going back Tractor Supply offers the same self wash your dog with better setup. Tractor Supply has a tub that the dog can walk into verses a platform that the dog constantly tries to jump off. I should thank them for having me find a better place. Done with Pet Supply. read more
