Everyone knows how much I'm obsessed with my dog and how much I care for her! I'm not one to…read morecomplain very often about a business... but this one set me over the edge. Most people know doodles are very hard to care for their hair. I absolutely do my best to care for her. Yes, she was matted, and I was okay with shaving her for the summer and keeping her comfortable. Me and my husband dropped her off, and my husband picked her up because I could not. It cost us 200$!! I know my husband paid the bill he didn't know what to do since I wasn't there to back him up on it. Yes, my doodle was matted, and I was aware, and she needed shaved down. They charge way too much for services they charged 50$ for matting, which she was shaved completely down, so they didn't demat her. She is a 25lb mini golden doodle. Her face is all chopped up uneven cut. Her ears are dirty they were never cleaned, and nails are sharp and not buffered, which was included in the service. Also has razor/clipper burns. I left a review on facebook explaining my opinion and experience. The owner, Danielle, blocked me from the Facebook page, After she came up with every excuse in the book for each complaint I had. She also didn't groom my dog. Our groomer stated my dog did great during the grooming, and Daniemle said she didn't and has video footage, which she will not show me. All I asked was for a refund, and I would be gone. She said no refunds, which is nowhere stated on the website or forms. They offered to fix her, but I refused to go back after they botched her. They also removed my review from google. I also posted a photo of Leela previously groomed at another groomer that was done correctly!

I had about the worst experience you can imagine with this company and I would advise anyone who…read morecares about their animals to stay far, far away. Or at least make sure you have someone else lined up as a backup. DEFINTELY DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS THAT NEED MEDICINE. The owner, Becca, talks a big game about the experience of her staff - as evidenced below - but when I hired them to come stay at my house when I was in Europe, they lasted all of three days of the two weeks I'd hired them for, then literally bailed out on me and my animals (cats and horses) - completely leaving me in the lurch with no one else lined up to help care for them. This was because despite their claims to be experienced, they could not get two tiny pills (we're talking pills that are literally 4 mm wide, that are given in wet cat food) down a 17-year-old cat. And then proposed to send the cat to "medical board," which would cost me an extra $60 a day (the petsitters cost $75/day) and probably break my old cat's heart. The whole reason I hire people to actually stay at my house is so my cats get a lot of attention and care, not so they have to be kept in a cage at the vet's for two weeks. I was overseas, six hours ahead of the east coast so it is literally the middle of the night when they announce they are abandoning my animals. Nightmare. Luckily, I have family and friends who live locally who were able to help me out for the rest of the time. The entire story can be seen in the text messages we exchanged, which are here: https://bit.ly/3WHlqCx Judge for yourself.

Dr. Sidorsky saved my best friend's life…read more After having had consulted with our previous vet, and having been provided with questionable advice, I contacted the good doctor in order to seek out a second opinion. He provided me with excellent advice via phone, and after being refused further treatment by my previous vet, Dr. Sidorsky offered to come by my home and provide me with some options. All of our animals, including my sick dog, felt comfortable around him, and he provided me with detailed 1 on 1 instruction in administration of the antibiotics and use of equipment that he provided me. He followed up with me on a daily basis regarding progress, and made a second house call to confirm that my dog's health had improved. At the initial visit, we were discussing hospice and a shot in the dark to save my dog's life. Now we're discussing how much he has improved. His prices were on par (if not lower in some ways ) than my normal vet, and his bedside manner professional and compassionate. I've found my new vet, and am recommending him to all my friends. Having a vet do house call may seem a bit odd at first glance, but I can say from experience that it's my new preference (no more having to load the animal into the car and have them terrified at the smell of the regular vet). Try his service out. You won't be disappointed.
