I used to have to bring my dog home and trim up most parts on her face and body because my groomer just couldn't seem to get my yorkies wispy hair just right. When I arrived, my dog was cut perfectly and I didn't have to bring her home and trim anything. The ladies working at the salon were friendly and related my special requests to me upon dropping my dog off. I've had some trouble situating a groomer who knows how to cut a yorkies very specific hair type but I think that's come to an end. Great job and thank you so much for taking good care of my girl!

She always puts bows on my dog's ears (or bandana if wanted) which most groomers do not do anymore. Chelci went above and beyond this holiday season by making personalized paw print ornaments for the owners! I feel safe leaving my dog at this location with the automatic locked doors (need to be buzzed in) and dogs are kept behind a gated area (cage free) so no dog can run out.

We took our bernedoodle in to be groomed and specifically asked for the hair in his ears to be…read moreplucked. His coat wasn't that long and he had been brushed twice in the past couple days. The place was a mess and smelled terrible when we arrived. When we picked him up he was shaved! They claimed his hair was too matted but we have had him groomed elsewhere many times when he was a lot worse and they cut him short but never shaved him. He didn't look like the same dog. They made excuses for everything including why they didn't pluck his ears. We will never go back and do not recommend this to anyone. Plus they charged extra! They took the easy way out of just shaving him and charged a $20 premium. Never again!
