She didn't make a big deal about cutting my dog's nails and mentioned that she just had another colleague hold her while she cut them. She also did an awesome job on the cut. This was a new style for my baby, but I really like it. She seemed to be really good with my dog. She was done in about 2 hours and gave me a promo code for the luxury shampoo and conditioner add on so it was free. The store itself is nice. It feels a little smaller than other Per Supplies Plus, but maybe that's just the layout. But it seemed clean and well organized. They have three self serve wash stations which looked really clean and were labeled as disinfected. My pup made a boo boo on the floor as we were departing and the workers were really kind about picking it up. I'll definitely be back. This was probably the best grooming experience I've had in a while with my baby and the prices are great!

Humane Society and Willoughby police were contacted already and have received numerous complaints but the place still seems to be in business. Owner is kind but nasty and in denial when confronted. Stop giving these people money to mistreat and kill off more animals. If you care for your own animals and still financially support this place, you are apart of the problem and you are helping continue this cycle.

I really appreciate Ally and the guy last night on 11/10 who helped suggest me products for my Syrian hamster that developed wet tail. They were able to help me with explaining what I needed to help her and were very knowledgeable about the subject when I wasn't. Ally is amazing and she always has such a cheerful attitude and is more than happy to help whenever I have questions. She really is phenomenal and I can't say enough about how amazing she is! I came into today because I was hoping to get a disposable container to take my hamster to the vet in since what she has is contagious and I don't want spreading to my other hamsters, and they let me have a carrier box to take her to the vet in. I am really grateful! This store goes above and beyond. I also will say I have gotten all of my hamsters from this location and have been coming here for years. The hamsters are so well behaved and personable. They also have many options for food and treats. I would recommend coming here for your pets needs!

From the moment we approached the register, he rolled his eyes and appeared visibly annoyed. While checking out, I noticed a young employee leaving the store in tears. Out of genuine concern, I asked Jaden if she was okay and whether she had been fired. Instead of responding professionally, he told me to "shut up and mind my business," then continued the transaction. After completing my purchase, Jaden immediately walked into the office and spoke with a woman I assumed was a manager. They both laughed while looking directly at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. As I waited for the dog wash to become available and browsed for dog food, I overheard Jaden discussing the interaction with another employee, seemingly portraying the situation as though I had done something wrong simply for expressing concern about a coworker. I found the entire experience unprofessional and disrespectful. There is never an appropriate reason for an employee to tell a customer to "shut up and mind your business," especially when the question was asked out of concern for another person. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses it appropriately so future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

Ashley is the groomer they have there and she is AMAZING, like seriously! She always asks how you want your dog groomed and makes sure to listen to what you want. She is also extremely talented!!!
