This place has been so wonderful for my two dogs. We first brought in our poodle-ish pup when we…read moregot home at 16 weeks. Such a scared little thing. matted and his tail looked like a rat tail. Cassie cared for him and even helped grow the hair out on his tail. The best thing was that *when we came back he was eager to go in*. That was it for me! We brought our other dog, soft wavy hair, the day after we picked her up from the rescue. She was about two and had never been groomed. She looked like the most mop- like you've ever seen, shaggy & dirty, no joke. we hadn't really seen her eyes. We knew they'd have to shave her, but they took care to give her a cute cut anyway. Cassie told me they'd found a lump under her eye when they shaved her. I asked if she thought it could wait for our vet appointment in a few days and she said if it were here she wouldn't. So we went to the ER and it was a horrible infection with a cracked tooth. They gave us meds and the regular vet did surgery to remove it. I'll always be grateful to Cassie for finding that and for her advice. They are busy, and the pandemic made things weird as for all of us. But as for that guy who drove 45 minutes without talking to anyone and then left a one star review, I strongly suspect there are two sides to that story. I don't imagine Cassie would put up with somebody being an entitled a-hole. Just saying.

Great experience for our five month old Labradoodle Ozzie. Would highly recommend the owner and…read morestaff

From the moment we approached the register, he rolled his eyes and appeared visibly annoyed. While checking out, I noticed a young employee leaving the store in tears. Out of genuine concern, I asked Jaden if she was okay and whether she had been fired. Instead of responding professionally, he told me to "shut up and mind my business," then continued the transaction. After completing my purchase, Jaden immediately walked into the office and spoke with a woman I assumed was a manager. They both laughed while looking directly at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. As I waited for the dog wash to become available and browsed for dog food, I overheard Jaden discussing the interaction with another employee, seemingly portraying the situation as though I had done something wrong simply for expressing concern about a coworker. I found the entire experience unprofessional and disrespectful. There is never an appropriate reason for an employee to tell a customer to "shut up and mind your business," especially when the question was asked out of concern for another person. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses it appropriately so future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.
