I decided to give them a call. I took Severus in for a full Grooming Treatment (which included a shower, haircut, nail clipping, ear cleaning, etc.). While I won't be doing the haircut again, I couldn't be more than happy with the service. The staff called me to let me know how things were going mid service and to let me know when I could come back to get him. I've already scheduled his next two appointments. There is outside and inside with no crates that I saw. They needed to interview her to make sure she played nice. I picked her up after 2 hours and we now have a day care boarding place.
