I took my dog here several times. One time was great, another was terrible, another was ok, etc. It depends who grooms your dog. This last time I took her to a girl who did her twice and did a nice job. However, this time was HORRIBLE and I won't be taking her back! She has long hair and we had a very detailed conversation about how to cut her. They were supposed to take 1/2 off the length amongst other things. They shaved her down! It's freezing here and my dog was so upset. And to top it off, they did a crappy job at that too! She's so uneven, it looks like a beginner did her. The groomer wasn't around when I picked her up so I didn't even get to discuss it. I'm guessing she left and someone took over and ruined my dog's coat. Cut off all her eyelashes, ugh.. she's a mess. The only thing they did right were her nails. I might take her for that, but nothing else, ever again. They've lost me as a customer. read more

I have been taking my pup here for the past few years. They always do such a fabulous job with him. I generally take him 2-3 times a year for a full groom with de shedding treatment and then 1-3 times for a bath and brush out. All the girls are super friendly! And the prices are very reasonable! Girls did great job with my dogs twice before. I left instructions that if my pup was afraid to wait to do her feet until we came back to pick her up. We walked through the door and heard our puppy crying. When asked what happened, the male owner told me my black lab puppy was vicious so he muzzled her. My dog has never even growled at anyone let alone be vicious. I asked.to see the marks my dog left on him and there was none. Please save your dogs from this needless abuse. read more

I brought my cairn terrier here for grooming. From the time I walked into the door he would be a hyper mess. They always were nice and friendly to us. They also did a good job and my dog is a challenge along with a moving target. He doesn't like his nails clips - hates scissors only time he sits still is the bath. Always explained the service and cost and I found them reasonable. They have a self serve bathe arrive as well. Highly recommend them. I plan on bringing my new dog here as well. read more

I took my 2 dogs to be bathed because I was having a party for my daughter and wanted them to be fresh and clean. I normally wash my dogs myself or take them to another groomer but I had a lot to do to get ready for the party and my regular groomer was booked, so I thought it would be easier to have them out of the house while I get everything ready, so I took them up the street to Diggitty Dogs, I was hesitant since I had an issue with them in the past with my maltese, who has since passed, but I figured that was a fluke and I'd give them another shot. I asked when they thought my dogs would be ready becuase I had to be somewhere at 3pm, was told my dogs would be ready by 1pm. Around 1:20 pm I received a call from the groomer informing me that my dogs were infested with fleas so they had given them both a flea bath. I found it odd that they could be infested when they are on Trifexis which is not only a Heartworm preventative but also controls fleas, not to mention that I have never seen a flea on them (and mind you, my dog is white with pink skin so I would have definitely seen something) additionally, my dogs sleep in our beds and none of us had a single flea bite. So I said "ok, do what you have to do I guess, but I have never seen a flea on them", then she said again "They were Infested!" I received another call around 1:58pm, telling me that my Lhasa is being kind of difficult with trimming up her face, so they were going to have one girl work with her. Around 3:00 I had called asking when my dogs would be ready, because I had to be somewhere for my daughters b-day and I was late. They said "Oh, they've been ready". When I picked my dogs up, I was in a hurry so I did not get a good look at their face. I put them in the car and hurried them into the house and left. It wasn't until I returned home that I noticed my Lhasa's eyes were shut and full of pus. I posted a pic on fb and asked if anyone else had experienced anything like this with Diggitty dogs and I received numerous responses telling me that the same thing happened to their dog and that I need to get her to the ER immediately before she goes blind. I had to leave my daughters B-day party to get my dog to the nearest Emergency Vet (which btw is not very close). The ER vet stained her eye and said that her cornea was definitely burned and most likely due to the flea bath. I had reached out to Diggitty Dogs and told them what had happened and asked that they reimburse me for all the costs incured do to this mishap, they did not believe that it was due to anything caused by them but they hesitantly did pay for the Vet visit and part of the grooming cost (REALLY, only part of the cost). My grooming bill that day was $83.00 and they only reimbursed me for $38.00. I would have thought that they would have compensated me for #1 missing my daughters b-day party, #2 having to drive across town to the nearest ER vet and #3 taking time off of work for my dogs follow up visit. I have had several friends and family that also went to Diggitty Dogs and they were also told that their dogs were infested with fleas and needed a flea bath (for an additional cost) and their dogs too are on heartworm/flea preventative. Sounds like they have quite the scam going. read more

PLEASE READ!!!!!!! Three times we have dropped our dog to be bathed, dried and shaved. His coat in not matted or long. We dropped him off at 3pm his appointment time today. After not receiving a call to say he was ready we called them at 5:27pm and they informed us they were just getting ready to groom him. Our dog is never crated except at the groomer but shoud never be crated for more than an hour to dry. I asked to speak to the owner when I called. The owner answered the phone with an attitude and was EXTREMELY RUDE for a business owner. This has been the third time this has happened and one time they forgot to let us know he was ready he was there almost 5 hrs. WE SHOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN HIM TODAY. HE WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER. ESPECIALLY to an owner who acts like she is doing me a favor. My business is what pays her bills. read more

Great place to take your pet for grooming, I would rate them a thousand stars if it were possible. They really do a great job and the staff is very friendly. Both of my dogs have alot of fur with a very thick undercoat, Shannon does such an amazing job on them.. I never have to worry about picking up fur bunnies around the house. They really did a great job with my dog. They were able to get her in the next day, which isn't usually easy to do. When I took her in to be groomed, the place was clean and bright. Plus, the owner and staff seemed friendly. When I picked her up only 90 minutes later, she was well groomed and the owner gave her a special shampoo "because it's Christmas." If that weren't enough, a bath, blowout, teeth brushing, nail trim and gland check was only $28. read more

I love this place! It's little doggie boutique in the front is so cute. I like how the grooming tables are visible so you can see your dog being groomed and bathed. My only complaint is that she cut my dog a little to long, it's just short enough so it looks good for a week but grows out fast. I asked for shorter the next time and they cut her a bit too short. I That's the only thing though, the atmosphere is great, the ladies are very nice to the animals, and they smell great after it all. My dog loves to go here too. read more

She was called a brat by another worker. The others laughed as we told them this story. They tried to turn the story around as well. read more
