She didn't make a big deal about cutting my dog's nails and mentioned that she just had another colleague hold her while she cut them. She also did an awesome job on the cut. This was a new style for my baby, but I really like it. She seemed to be really good with my dog. She was done in about 2 hours and gave me a promo code for the luxury shampoo and conditioner add on so it was free. The store itself is nice. It feels a little smaller than other Per Supplies Plus, but maybe that's just the layout. But it seemed clean and well organized. They have three self serve wash stations which looked really clean and were labeled as disinfected. My pup made a boo boo on the floor as we were departing and the workers were really kind about picking it up. I'll definitely be back. This was probably the best grooming experience I've had in a while with my baby and the prices are great!

Communication during scheduling was difficult and confusing. Tammy, the owner was abrupt and basically laid out a laundry list of things we needed to do. Including medicating my dog if we choose to use this place again. She also mentioned using a muzzle too. I understand not all dogs are going to take well during a grooming session. I felt as if they had no idea how to handle an anxious dog. My husky developed skin hot spots shortly after. Also, his behavior regressed too. From the moment we approached the register, he rolled his eyes and appeared visibly annoyed. While checking out, I noticed a young employee leaving the store in tears. Out of genuine concern, I asked Jaden if she was okay and whether she had been fired. Instead of responding professionally, he told me to "shut up and mind my business," then continued the transaction. After completing my purchase, Jaden immediately walked into the office and spoke with a woman I assumed was a manager. They both laughed while looking directly at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. As I waited for the dog wash to become available and browsed for dog food, I overheard Jaden discussing the interaction with another employee, seemingly portraying the situation as though I had done something wrong simply for expressing concern about a coworker. I found the entire experience unprofessional and disrespectful. There is never an appropriate reason for an employee to tell a customer to "shut up and mind your business," especially when the question was asked out of concern for another person. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses it appropriately so future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

After my groomer, who was coming to my home, decided to take a hiatus ( without any warning or…read morenotice) We were left somewhat panicked. That groomer also worked at a dog Salon, which was an option, but the recent YELP reviews were awful. Our dog is a puppy mill rescue, who had been abused and can be fear aggressive when confined with anything around her neck. She's never bitten anyone but gets snappy if you pull on her. So we need a groomer who gets that..... 95% of the time this dog is a lap dog, desperate for affection. She's also actually afraid of people and other dogs, terrified of cages,( she was in a cage for the first two years of her life)which is why going to a regular dog Salon was the least favorite option. So enter Furryland! We have had two groomers. Both were excellent. Both listened beforehand to her history and her trigger points. Amanda now has been her groomer the last few times and the actual grooming is terrific. She really did what I asked regarding her ears, which is difficult on a Doodle. Our original groomer just always kind of did it her way. Lol. But most importantly, our dog wasn't stressed. And before anyone asks, we have always used vet prescribed sedation to reduce anxiety. But it didn't yield the same results with our prior home groomer. So overall, the grooming results were terrific, the commutation via text while your pup is in the van is excellent, the personality and listening skills of both Amanda and staff have been so pleasant to deal with.
