They were great portion sizes, cooked to order/incredibly fresh, and had large chunks of protein vs deli cut style meats we had kinda thought they might be. The fries were SO crispy and seasoned nicely. The staff working that day were super friendly and came to check on us often to make sure we had plenty of water and napkins. The tables are already well-stocked with condiments, so we never needed to ask for anything, which was great. I also ordered a witches brew wine slushy and it was such a treat. They had 3 Halloween inspired flavors to choose from, but the neon green was calling my name. The inside is pet friendly and has a bulk-bin dog treat station to get your pups some treats, as well as a dog menu for them to have a snack while you eat. They sell dog toys, collars, leashes, and other merch inside, too. Outside is a big patio/dog park area for the dogs to play. Besides all the basic pet supplies, they have the sweetest collection of toys (purchased my pup a Cleveland squeak guitar), adorable accessories (Cavs jerseys, Cleveland Indians bowties, etc.), kitschy gifts (My Dog is a Democrat bumper stickers) and high quality, all-natural pet foods. You can even order your pet food online and have it delivered locally throughout the downtown area! I love that their foods and treats are all locally sourced. So literally the main thing I'm paying for is hot water a towel and a place to bathe. The water was ice cold. Seeing that dogs temperatures are higher than humans temperatures. I'm sure it felt worse for my dog. I've use this dog bath a couple of times on other occasions the water was ice cold too. On the other occasions, the water has been a decent temperature, but I have the cold water 100% off and it's hot only but it's luke warm. I was told they had a lot of dog washes today that's why it was cold. Maybe if you turn the hot water tank up a little so a bather actually had to use cold water it wouldn't use up all the hot water after a couple of baths. Do better!
