Tractor supply is much better than Atwoods friendlier staff and they do whatever it takes to get you the product you need!

i'd visited the pet store yesterday because i've been looking for dog hair gel or dog nail polish,…read moreand ms juniper from petco recommended i ask at the boutique pet store dog dish. immediately, from the name and the corresponding sign in front of the store, i'm drawn to the store, as while i'm not opposed to cats, I'd definitely consider me a dog person. after perusing the store for a few minutes, i'd asked the two young women at the counter if either knew about the store carrying either dog hair gel or dog nail polish, to which i'd received a kind, polite response that neither had heard of such a product. then, displaying superb customer service, one worker, kayla, searched the products online and found that neither is carried in-store locally, but both appeared available on the websites chewy and amazon. nevertheless, not wanting to leave empty-handed, i'd decided to look more closely at the bulk food sort of treat section i'd noticed while perusing, and saw a couple kinds that looked appealing to me for the dogs at the crib, those being pumpkin and peanut butter flower-shaped treats and blueberry and peanut butter bone-shaped treats. then, after weighing the treats i'd selected, 3 of each of the 2 kinds, the aforementioned worker clearly informed me the bulk food treats, though mix and match, have a 1 ounce minimum, and those i'd selected so far had not reached that weight. so, rather than charge me for the minimum ounce price without bringing the treats up to weight, she added more of each kind of treat i'd selected to bring the bag to 1 ounce, definitely a gesture deserving of returning to shop again. and further, the second worker, alex, while her co-worker was filling the bulk food treat bag, gave an enticing description of the k-9 donuts on display at the counter, of which i'd expressed an interest. specifically, she described that the ingredients in the donuts are all-natural, and even friendly for human consumption. so, you know where i'm going next . after breaking the donut into fourths, which, sidebar, the one critique i'd offer is the donut was somewhat hard to break, i'd given a larger pieces to each of the two large dogs at the crib, and gave a smaller piece to the small dog . and with just a few seconds of hestation, i'd decided to taste the second smaller piece to offer a personal review, beyond that of the easy to please dogs, and i'd say that the donut, while not going to be a go-to for me to eat, did have a pleasant taste, and is a treat i'm very content feeding the dogs.

NEVER use this place for dog grooming. The entitled little brats who work there think that they're…read morebrain surgeons and are selfish, rigid, and rude. I've been using this Petco for a year, but I arrived 4 minutes late to my dog grooming appointment. There was nobody in the dog grooming area or the rest of the store, for that matter. After knocking and waiting I wandered around until I found a "worgker" who went to fetch the groomer. She eventually arrived and blithely informed me that I was 15 min late and she couldn't take my dog. Sure, "NOW" i was 15 min late but the bulk of that time was waiting at the grooming door and walking around trying to find somebody who worked there. She said there was no time but I pointed out that my dog is 10lbs and probably a fraction of the time they normally alot to appointments would be enough. She said 'no' but she was clearly more interested in sitting down with her lunch than her client. Here's the kicker: she offered to re-schedule me but I said "why would I ever want to work with you again?" at which point she shrugged, gave me the finger, and walked back to grooming to eat the bowl of whatever green-haired tatted millenials eat. I will never go back again. Just notice how many 1-star reviews here relate to grooming. Hire crappy workers, you lose customers. Period.

I also signed up for text messages to update my order status. In the morning I had received a text stating my order was cancelled. But my email confirmed the order. After calling the store to confirm they fulfilled it, I proceeded to pick it up. I've never shopped here, as it's about 15 miles from me. So I decided to look around. I also found the dog food I had ordered online, with the store price being lower. Umm, not happy about that! But they do have a wide variety of pet foods and supplies, as well as live animals. I saw a ferret for the first time! They also had Guiana pigs, and several other small animals. But they were busy cleaning their cages, so I just got a glimpse of the ones closest to me.

Bouse Fur House - Look at my puppies and how cute they are! Sam does an incredible job! She's so good with them and I also love her communication!

Any fears we had going in about putting Lilah in daycare were nullified as they have everything you can possibly think of to make sure your dog is healthy and happy! They also are very attentive in the way they monitor the pets, also being open 7 days a week is definitely a plus since I work two jobs and sometimes my days off rotate. Out of 5 daycare in the Broken Arrow area, they are the best hands down. The Weston's.

We are currently on our way to the emergency vet, as this has become worse and more infected the last few days. They failed to notify us of any wounds or change in behavior, and if there was some sort of altercation with another dog and a puncture wound - they failed to tell us all together. It's so unfortunate that it has come to having to take further steps and get him to the vet for this. When we just spoke on the phone, we were told the manager was not around. She asked us "No one told you?" but didn't elaborate on this. Hopefully the vet can fix this quickly, but this is such a hazard and so dangerous to trust someone to your pet who doesn't even notice the tiniest changes in behavior. Unfortunately, sometimes you have to take the risk of a place not really knowing what you're getting, or who is actually doing what they're paid to. Horrifying.
