The beans were very good, but sweeter than I prefer. My wife had the beef ribs which were the best outside Kansas City I've tasted. She did not care for the mac and cheese but liked the smoke flavor the the white cheese they used. Order at the counter and they bring the food to you. It is a tiny mom and pop place so be there by 10:30 to avoid a line that steadily grows until opening. Lukes reminds me of some of the best small, local BBQ joints you find all over Texas. I hope to get back here when I'm in the Tulsa area.

The Slaw was a vinegar slaw that was a little heavy on the onion and celery seed, while the Baked Beans were sweet and tangy, some ketchup and mustard and I'm guessing but I taster Tamarind, delicious . Unfortunately, what I got was easily the driest brisket I've ever seen--let alone tried to eat. It was completely sapped of moisture, tough, and practically crumbled into dust on the plate. Waiting 30 minutes for fresh meat is completely fine if the quality matches the wait, but serving something this overcooked and dry to a customer is unacceptable. Sadly, I won't be rushing back anytime soon. Waitress was nice. Also paid for ribs, I got less ribs than I paid for.
