I've been using the Tulsa Poop 911 Franchisee for nearly a year now. Everything has been going really well up until today. I sent an email asking why I was being charged when they had not come out as they didn't trigger any of our cameras front or back, which is impossible and they always trigger them. Which is how I know they've always come. Claudia Serna responds saying she checked with her tech and came be out yesterday (Thursday) and did he leave a pile. I was confused and sent her footage of our backyard camera from Thursday and asked what did she mean a pile (as I did not know what that meant). She responded by insinuating I was requesting a refund because I was having financial issues and he came Wednesday and did he leave a pile of waste and she felt that was a reasonable question. But the issue is she didn't ask did he leave a pile of waste, she didn't initially say he came on Wednesday and what kind of respectable business owner speaks to their clients this way? read more

Booked a visit online, the day before my appointment I received a text message from Claudia to verify my 1st appointment, no one showed up, but I was "charged" at the time of the service, on the service receipt I got via email, it says my yard was serviced from 7:05am until 8:10am. I looked at my security cameras and at 7:05 someone pulled up into my yard for a minute (I live on a dead end street) and then at 7:06am pulled out. I called today and was told that they don't service my area which I understand but why did someone show up and then leave at the exact time that's on my receipt, I wasn't supposed to be charged until they were en route to my house.
