Was so excited to try this place, my son had recommended it. I am so glad I did. The fusion pizza's…read moreare just unique and so good. These are far from your traditional pizza (which I'm used to). I was leery about steering outside of the comfort of standard pizza menu....I am thrilled I ventured into R Pizza. They are truly the Bomb! The thin pizza isn't really thin which is perfect and it is flavorful in it's own right. We had the Paneer Tikka Pizza- Goodness it was so delicious. Very flavorful, crunchy crust bottom and soft doughy crust middle... perfect. We also had the BBQ pizza that had a BBQ drizzle on it in addition. We added hot peppers to it... added even more perfection to it. The service was incredible. Prices are fair and in today's economy, you can't beat that. You get what you pay for and you pay for amazing pizza for a great price We took our dessert to go- definitely must try the Rangoli Cake- A must try if you haven't tried them yet.

This was my first time trying R pizza. I had the personal pepperoni pizza that is hand tossed. The right amount of tomato sauce, great mix of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and not too much. I did ask for extra pepperoni which there was one in every bite. The crust delicious! The pizza as a whole....mmwah! Chef's kiss. I absolutely enjoyed this pizza and will be dedicated customer. The lavender lemonade was interesting and delicious and went well with the pizza that I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised The tamarind chutney was delicious on its own. It had enough sweetness to balance the tangy tamarind and was a great addition to the pizza. Additionally my order was ready on time and my interaction with the staff was great! So glad I found a great pizza place!

If you've ever wandered the streets of Eugene, Oregon with a little nostalgia in your chest and a…read morehunger in your gut, you already know there are some places that aren't just restaurants they're landmarks of memory. And Track Town Pizza... well, that place doesn't just serve slices it serves time itself. Let me set the scene. I'm posted up at the Hayward Inn, a stone's throw from the sacred ground of Hayward Field. Every visit, no matter how many years pass, there's a ritual: lace up the memories, walk the same streets, and end up right where the legends linger under the warm lights of Track Town Pizza. You walk in, and there he is... Steve Prefontaine... staring down like he never left. Not just a photo more like a reminder. Now here's a little flavor for the soul: Track Town Pizza opened back in the late 1970s, built right in the heartbeat of what folks call "TrackTown USA." It became a hangout for runners, students, dreamers anybody chasing something. And yeah, over the years, plenty of local characters passed through bartenders, staff, regulars who became part of the story. Guys like Steve Fontaine? They weren't just pouring drinks they were part of the era, part of that gritty, analog Eugene vibe. We're talking decades back now roughly 30 to 40 years ago when this place felt like a clubhouse for the track-and-field faithful. But for me, this isn't just history it's personal. When I was younger, I didn't have much... but I could run. And like a lot of kids trying to find their lane in life, I found mine looking up to Prefontaine. The way he pushed, the way he talked "To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift." That stuck. Still does. So every time I walk into Track Town Pizza, it's not just about grabbing a slice it's like shaking hands with that younger version of myself. The kid who believed grit could take you somewhere. And let me tell you the pizza? Still hits like a victory lap. Old-school, no nonsense, loaded the way it should be. No gimmicks. Just honest, legendary pies that have fed generations of runners and late-night thinkers. So yeah... five stars doesn't even cut it. Because this place isn't just my favorite spot near campus it's a time machine. It's a shrine. It's a reminder that dreams don't die, they just wait for you to come back and visit. And every time I'm in Eugene, I do just that.

Like if the pizza gods held the Olympics and awarded gold medals for cheese, crust, and pure happiness, this place would sweep the podium. The crust? Perfect. The cheese? Glorious. The toppings? A majestic avalanche of deliciousness. One bite and I briefly considered moving to Eugene and building my entire life around being within a 3-minute radius of this pizza. Honestly, if aliens landed tomorrow and demanded to know the pinnacle of human achievement, I'd skip the pyramids and just hand them a slice from Track Town Pizza.
