    Meat lovers pizza
    Shawna M.

We came in for the first time to order a pizza to go for lunch. Kobi promptly helped us at the counter and asked us if this was our first time. He gave us a paper pamphlet that included the pizza toppings. We had a few questions and he was so kind and patient with us. Unfortunately many establishments completely lack customer service these days but Kobi went above and beyond for us. We ordered a meat lovers and it was delicious. The quality of the ingredients is amazing. We also got hot wings that were cooked and slathered to perfection. We will order again!

    Rangoli slice in the bag

I've been wanting to try R Pizza for a while now, and I'm glad we finally gave it a shot! First of all, the prices are great. Second of all, the quality of the pizza is REALLY good. Our pizzas were loaded with toppings and the crust was great. We ordered the Paneer Tikka pizza and a Hawaiian, and then two slices of the Rangoli cake. My one comment on the pizza is that I wish the Tikka pizza was saucier--it was a little on the dry side but still good flavor. The Rangoli slices were served in a bag, and I couldn't get the slice out of the bag without mangling it so I do wish they'd find another to go solution for that but the taste was very good! I'm a sucker for anything with sprinkles, let alone things flavored with rose and cardamom so this is exactly what I look for in a dessert. Yum! Don't skip out on R Pizza--I'm going to try to Spicy Korean pizza next.

    Ultimate Vegan Pizza to go

This place is a brand new pizza restaurant in Springfield, when I went last night I was told they've only been opened for 10 days. The staff is so friendly and helpful and eager to be open. It seems to be a family run spot which I love! I ordered a vegan pizza for pickup using Doordash. My one critique of the restaurant is the confusing ordering system through Doordash, I was confused about what toppings were already included in the pizza and what I should add or remove. I ordered my pizza and asked for about half the veggies (I don't like mushrooms or bell peppers much), and the pizza I got had all the veggies on it. This isn't a huge deal, I was able to easily remove the mushrooms and peppers I didn't want to eat. But I think more clarity on the pizza toppings, especially on a third party food ordering app, would be very helpful. Besides that small mess up, I loved the pizza! I got a medium and was happily surprised by the large size and abundance of toppings. The vegan cheese tasted like the daiya brand maybe, it was good and I appreciated the vegan option. My favorite part of the pizza was the crust, it was so fluffy and delicious and I normally don't love pizza crust. My pizza was also ready 5 minutes later than Doordash told me, but I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. I was impressed by the variety of unique pizza options, like chicken tikka and vegan tofu toppings. You can customize any pizza!! There's definitely some room for improvement but overall I was very impressed and satisfied with this spot. Side note: When I visited I overheard that they accidentally messed up a pizza order (used red sauce instead of alfredo) for a grubhub delivery driver and to help they offered to either give the wrongly made pizza with tons of coupons for future purposes or remake the pizza and give the delivery driver a free slice. The person ordering was ok with the small mess up, so they picked the first option and got lots of coupons with their order, which I found really awesome that the restaurant was so accommodating and helpful when they made a mistake.

The coolest fusion pizza, amazing flavors and crust, excellent customer service. Don't miss the chai. We'll be repeat customers any time we're in town.

Tried this place tonight for the first time, it's been on my list for a while now. I got the barbecue chicken pizza, family size, $20 with a coupon I had from school. Pretty quiet location. Very solid pizza! It's normally $35 though, I saw on facebook any family size pizza comes with a free 2 liter though I didn't receive one. Also didn't ask though, so maybe should've asked. Didn't get any cheese or peppers though, but also didn't ask. I think those things should be a given, but it's not that serious, be sure to ask if you want it. Also no ranch, didn't ask and didn't get offered like the other things, but I don't know if they even have any. Used my own. Overall very good pizza, I enjoyed the crust and the crisp factor, sauce and toppings were good. Pieces are very big, fills you up quickly for sure. Very good value with the coupon! A bit out of the way for me, but solid choice for a huge pizza. Ranch would've made it that much better.

Best pizza we've had since living in Eugene for a few years. Lots of great options. Husband ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and I ordered a thin crust nutty pesto. Would highly recommend both! Also got the salt & pepper fries. Not at all what I expected but good & the spicy ketchup that came with them, although not spicy, was so good! Couldn't stop thinking about my pesto pizza for a few days after trying it for the first time (on Thursday), so I was very excited to see they had delivery on Uber eats in our area & ordered it tonight (Sunday). Wish the place was a bit bigger so we could dine in comfortably but take out/delivery have both been amazing and love that they're open late!

So good... best vegan pizza in town... no contest! Love all the fresh topping and the price is not bad... a very hearty medium pizza with 3 extra topping was 25 bucks and there's 2 slices for later!

    Not garlic parm wings
    Laura B.

Pizza was mediocre at best. Ordered pepperoni and added mushrooms. Got a total of about 3 mushroom slices. It was seriously like a sprinkle of miniature mushroom pieces. Also ordered the garlic parmesan wings, but got some wings covered in a spicy peanut type sauce, covered in cilantro.... Like wtf? Don't waste your time or money.

If you want quality pizza - this is the place to order from. The crust is delish, great amout of sauce cheese and toppings. And the people are always nice. So far our favorites are the classic pepperoni and the bbq chicken pizza. Don't forget the ranch - it's so good.

    Spicy Korean Pizza

The spicy Korean pizza is amazing! The flavors all work together so nicely and it's the perfect level of spiciness. The crust was crispy and soft and was super warm and fresh, definitely the best I've ever had.

I opted for a slice of the "Marge" which had fresh mozzarella, charred tomato and pesto ($9). The slice was huge! I took my first bite and was absolutely amazed. The crust was light and airy and reminded me a bit of sourdough, while the cheese had that perfect slightly-chewy texture. The sauce was robust and flavorful. It is obvious that there was a lot of thought behind the making of this pizza. I was initially worried that it would sit heavy in my stomach, but somehow that didn't happen. I also tried their weekly pasta special which used a cool volcano-shaped pasta with a spicy arrabbiata sauce and meatballs. This was also excellent and nicely presented. I was so impressed with the food that I spoke to the chef. He told me about the years-long process of experimentation that went into the pizza dough, with the use of several high-quality flours and a multi-day fermentation process. He also told me that the pasta specials will use innovative new pasta shapes invented by an award-winning company based out of NYC. I was informed that the restaurant will have their own dedicated space in downtown Springfield in the near future. I am excited about Italian food again and can't wait to come back next weekend to try more stuff of the menu!

And Track Town Pizza... well, that place doesn't just serve slices it serves time itself. Let me set the scene. I'm posted up at the Hayward Inn, a stone's throw from the sacred ground of Hayward Field. Every visit, no matter how many years pass, there's a ritual: lace up the memories, walk the same streets, and end up right where the legends linger under the warm lights of Track Town Pizza. You walk in, and there he is... Steve Prefontaine... staring down like he never left. Not just a photo more like a reminder. Now here's a little flavor for the soul: Track Town Pizza opened back in the late 1970s, built right in the heartbeat of what folks call "TrackTown USA." It became a hangout for runners, students, dreamers anybody chasing something. And yeah, over the years, plenty of local characters passed through bartenders, staff, regulars who became part of the story. Guys like Steve Fontaine? They weren't just pouring drinks they were part of the era, part of that gritty, analog Eugene vibe. We're talking decades back now roughly 30 to 40 years ago when this place felt like a clubhouse for the track-and-field faithful. But for me, this isn't just history it's personal. When I was younger, I didn't have much... but I could run. And like a lot of kids trying to find their lane in life, I found mine looking up to Prefontaine. The way he pushed, the way he talked "To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift." That stuck. Still does. So every time I walk into Track Town Pizza, it's not just about grabbing a slice it's like shaking hands with that younger version of myself. The kid who believed grit could take you somewhere. And let me tell you the pizza? Still hits like a victory lap. Old-school, no nonsense, loaded the way it should be. No gimmicks. Just honest, legendary pies that have fed generations of runners and late-night thinkers. So yeah... five stars doesn't even cut it. Because this place isn't just my favorite spot near campus it's a time machine. It's a shrine. It's a reminder that dreams don't die, they just wait for you to come back and visit. And every time I'm in Eugene, I do just that.

Like if the pizza gods held the Olympics and awarded gold medals for cheese, crust, and pure happiness, this place would sweep the podium. The crust? Perfect. The cheese? Glorious. The toppings? Honestly, if aliens landed tomorrow and demanded to know the pinnacle of human achievement, I'd skip the pyramids and just hand them a slice from Track Town Pizza.
