I was leery about steering outside of the comfort of standard pizza menu....I am thrilled I ventured into R Pizza. They are truly the Bomb! The thin pizza isn't really thin which is perfect and it is flavorful in it's own right. We had the Paneer Tikka Pizza- Goodness it was so delicious. Very flavorful, crunchy crust bottom and soft doughy crust middle... perfect. We also had the BBQ pizza that had a BBQ drizzle on it in addition. We added hot peppers to it... added even more perfection to it. The service was incredible. Prices are fair and in today's economy, you can't beat that. You get what you pay for and you pay for amazing pizza for a great price We took our dessert to go- definitely must try the Rangoli Cake- A must try if you haven't tried them yet. read more

This was my first time trying R pizza. I had the personal pepperoni pizza that is hand tossed. I also ordered the homemade lavender lemonade and I chose the tamarind chutney as dipping sauce. The pizza as simple and regular as it is, was absolutely delicious. The right amount of tomato sauce, great mix of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and not too much. I did ask for extra pepperoni which there was one in every bite. The crust delicious! The pizza as a whole....mmwah! Chef's kiss. I absolutely enjoyed this pizza and will be dedicated customer. The lavender lemonade was interesting and delicious and went well with the pizza that I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised The tamarind chutney was delicious on its own. It had enough sweetness to balance the tangy tamarind and was a great addition to the pizza. Additionally my order was ready on time and my interaction with the staff was great! I first experienced R Pizza when It was brought in to our workplace for lunch. I'm not usually a fan of BBQ chicken pizza, as I'm more of a traditional pepperoni guy. I've always found there was too much BBQ sauce on the pizza. I was very pleasantly surprised with the more of a drizzle of BBQ sauce on R Pizza, so I gave it a shot. I have to say it was easily the best BBQ chicken pizza I'd ever had. That leads me to tonight...it was one of those nights where you don't feel like cooking dinner and pizza sounds great. I was running through my normal list of pizza restaurants, and then I remembered R Pizza. I searched for them online and was quickly taken to GrubHub for ordering online. I loaded up the GrubHub app and R Pizza came up and even had a coupon on top of their great pricing. I didn't need my order for a couple of hours, so I scheduled it and waited to get off work. I arrived about 5 minutes ahead of my scheduled pick up, and walked in. I was greeted promptly with a smile by a nice woman at the counter while a couple of men in the back were working in the kitchen. I told her I had a GrubHub order, and she knew my name and said it would be about 4 minutes. I sad down and listed to the music that was playing while I waited. I noticed something almost immediately, how clean everything was, and how clean everything smelled. As I looked around, it was obvious they care about the cleanliness of the restaurant. A few minutes later, the nice woman al the counter said everything was ready for me with a smile. I picked up my boxes and proceeded to my car. Everything smelled so good, I had to try the garlic cheese bread. It was super-good and I was excited to try the rest when I returned home. Once home, I opened up the boxes and everything was perfect and my order was exactly as I ordered. I added ranch for dipping for 75 cents and was impressed I had 3 containers in the bag, not just one. The cheese bread seems to be made on some very fresh French bread, topped with garlic, cheese and pesto in the least. It was cooked to perfection being crisp on the bottom, doughy in the middle, and cheesy on top. The flavors all blended incredibly well, and I would buy this over and over. I'm not sure what they do with their dough that is different, but it's great. It's not something you will get at any other place I can think of for pizza. It was once again cooked to perfection, crispy on the bottom, cooked thoroughly through and the toppings amount wasn't too much, or too little. The sauce is subtle and blends great with the amount of cheese and toppings. I would call it more cheese-heavy than sauce heavy. Everything is balanced correctly. Needless to say, I'll be returning to get more pizza here. The pricing is correct, a the product is obviously fresh and the employees know how to cook. It's so refreshing to find a clean place where employees obviously care about quality and customer service. read more

We came in for the first time to order a pizza to go for lunch. Kobi promptly helped us at the counter and asked us if this was our first time. He gave us a paper pamphlet that included the pizza toppings. We had a few questions and he was so kind and patient with us. Unfortunately many establishments completely lack customer service these days but Kobi went above and beyond for us. We ordered a meat lovers and it was delicious. The quality of the ingredients is amazing. We also got hot wings that were cooked and slathered to perfection. We will order again! read more

I've been wanting to try this place for. While and finally had a chance tonight. They have a lot of unique options, but I kind of wish I had tried the basic pepperoni (since that's what I get other places). I noticed when I got there that they have desserts, salads, sandwiches and rice bowls. The rice bowls are an interesting option for a pizza place, but they sounded good! I work close by, so I might have to try one for lunch one day! I had the pesto cheese bread and the bbq chicken pizza. The cheese bread was okay, it seemed more like basil leaves on bread vs an actual pesto. I had hoped for garlic flavor, because I didn't taste any, but it was fine. The pizza was pretty good- the crust was decent, it was a little dense/heavy, but it worked with the toppings. They put a good amount of toppings and I liked the flavor quite a bit. Overall, I would go back again and if you are looking for a unique option this is a great place to check out! But if you want something more classic, they've got you covered too! read more

I'd been sick and decided to call and order whatever they suggested hoping they wouldn't say BBQ chicken pizza. Well... that was the suggestion. Against my better judgment... I went for it. With the Alfredo, as suggested. Against everything I stand for in a pizzeria. Let me tell you... every single bite was heaven. Their thin crust is actually pretty thick... so, go with that. This is one of my favorite pizza spots of all time. The crust is absolutely perfect, it's got a crunchy bottom while still having a soft doughy crust. Mozzarella forward cheese and a nice slightly sweet sauce. Good solid amount of cheese and sauce. Website isn't perfect. For example, they didn't have all toppings listed. My wife likes pineapple which wasn't listed as an option, but they do have a hawaiian pizza. We just asked them to add it via the comments section and it came with the pineapple with no extra charge. Our pizzas were loaded with toppings and the crust was great. We ordered the Paneer Tikka pizza and a Hawaiian, and then two slices of the Rangoli cake. My one comment on the pizza is that I wish the Tikka pizza was saucier--it was a little on the dry side but still good flavor. The Rangoli slices were served in a bag, and I couldn't get the slice out of the bag without mangling it so I do wish they'd find another to go solution for that but the taste was very good! I'm a sucker for anything with sprinkles, let alone things flavored with rose and cardamom so this is exactly what I look for in a dessert. Yum! This place is a brand new pizza restaurant in Springfield, when I went last night I was told they've only been opened for 10 days. The staff is so friendly and helpful and eager to be open. It seems to be a family run spot which I love! I ordered a vegan pizza for pickup using Doordash. My one critique of the restaurant is the confusing ordering system through Doordash, I was confused about what toppings were already included in the pizza and what I should add or remove. I ordered my pizza and asked for about half the veggies (I don't like mushrooms or bell peppers much), and the pizza I got had all the veggies on it. This isn't a huge deal, I was able to easily remove the mushrooms and peppers I didn't want to eat. But I think more clarity on the pizza toppings, especially on a third party food ordering app, would be very helpful. Besides that small mess up, I loved the pizza! I got a medium and was happily surprised by the large size and abundance of toppings. The vegan cheese tasted like the daiya brand maybe, it was good and I appreciated the vegan option. My favorite part of the pizza was the crust, it was so fluffy and delicious and I normally don't love pizza crust. My pizza was also ready 5 minutes later than Doordash told me, but I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. I was impressed by the variety of unique pizza options, like chicken tikka and vegan tofu toppings. You can customize any pizza!! There's definitely some room for improvement but overall I was very impressed and satisfied with this spot. Side note: When I visited I overheard that they accidentally messed up a pizza order (used red sauce instead of alfredo) for a grubhub delivery driver and to help they offered to either give the wrongly made pizza with tons of coupons for future purposes or remake the pizza and give the delivery driver a free slice. The person ordering was ok with the small mess up, so they picked the first option and got lots of coupons with their order, which I found really awesome that the restaurant was so accommodating and helpful when they made a mistake. read more

Tried this place tonight for the first time, it's been on my list for a while now. I got the barbecue chicken pizza, family size, $20 with a coupon I had from school. Pretty quiet location. Very solid pizza! It's normally $35 though, I saw on facebook any family size pizza comes with a free 2 liter though I didn't receive one. Also didn't ask though, so maybe should've asked. Didn't get any cheese or peppers though, but also didn't ask. I think those things should be a given, but it's not that serious, be sure to ask if you want it. Also no ranch, didn't ask and didn't get offered like the other things, but I don't know if they even have any. Used my own. Overall very good pizza, I enjoyed the crust and the crisp factor, sauce and toppings were good. Pieces are very big, fills you up quickly for sure. Very good value with the coupon! Best pizza we've had since living in Eugene for a few years. Lots of great options. Husband ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and I ordered a thin crust nutty pesto. Would highly recommend both! Also got the salt & pepper fries. Not at all what I expected but good & the spicy ketchup that came with them, although not spicy, was so good! Loved our experience from the second we were greeted to the end when we had to get to go boxes because we over ordered! We wanted to try everything since it was our first time. We've always loved Royal India but finally got over to try the pizza at this location, and we were so happy we did! We ended up having the whole place to ourselves (most people were getting to go or using a delivery service, it seemed). They had nice tables, I personally prefer booths, but the pizzas on the cute stands made up for the seating preference not being met. Showing my age as a Gen X'er....I'm sprung on the Chicken Tikka Pizza. I will aim to get one at least once a month. Really, it is THAT good. These people can cook! I love the buttery crust, the cheese is on point, they just lay out the veggies perfectly. Tikka pizza has just the right amount of spiciness and savoriness with good texture crust. I normally don't like the crust on a pizza...but the crust is just like extra cheesy bread sticks. DELICIOUS!!! Don't overwork these people though, save some for me! This is the best pizza in Eugene / Springfield. You will NOT be disappointed. Plus, there's just good vibes there in the restaurant. My daughter and I ordered a half cheese and pepperoni hand tossed crust pizza tonight. Both of us really enjoyed it. We both liked the light basil sprinkle and the pizza sauce....the ingredients just melded so well together. The pepperoni was not thin, soggy or greasy. It was thick and had some crisp to it, which I love and there was plenty of it. The top of the pizza is baked a bit darker than we are used to and we were a little worried at first, but it was really good. We ordered the hand-tossed crust and it was nice and crispy, We are looking forward to trying the thin crust next time though. The flavor of the crust is really good...some crusts taste too flowery or too sweet or salty. Each part of the pizza brought its own thing. We are really happy we tried them tonight! read more

I had my doubts about this place at first, but I was thrilled to be proven wrong. I can't eat gluten and this is the best gluten free pizza crust that I have had. It's light and fluffy and flavorful, unlike some others that taste like crunchy cardboard. I've had the tikka pizza with paneer, it was weird and delicious. I will definitely order it again. Found this place via Yelp after a late night flight from DC. Love the traditional and unique pizza options. They also serve a few Indian dishes. I was intrigued by the kimchi fries on the menu and the lady at the counter said it doesn't have actual kimchi in it, just kimchi seasoning. January 31,2023 I went to te soft open tonight I met the chef she is a super friendly woman and apparently she knows a little bit about the business. she made me a fresh strawberry lemonade which is really yummy and I definitely added a little vodka but made from scratch holy wow that's impressive. so I definitely will try them again, I ordered the classic pepperoni and it is definitely a decent pie and price is fair as well. the manager is also a very nice respectful young man who went out of his way to make sure that everything was there. We ordered R Pizza for the first time yesterday and we were excited to try it because it has pretty good reviews. Unfortunately, when we tried the pizza we were not happy. It was overcooked and the crust was almost inedible. It was like when you go to a convenience store and see that one piece of pizza that should have probably been thrown away hours ago but you're hungry and you try it anyway. I have never thrown any pizza away in my life but after a couple pieces we decided to find something else for dinner. So if you want a pizza that hurts your teeth and has most likely been waiting all day to find a home, this is your place. If you want a good pizza I would check elsewhere. read more
