One of my tires had a slow leak and I needed a good used tire and was recommended to Spadafora's Used Auto Parts in Malden by Woody's Tire Service in Everett because Woody didn't have my tire size. At first, I went to Town Fair Tire in Everett to have it repaired because they were originally purchased from them, and are covered by their lifetime flat tire repair warranty. Wrong! They told me a nail in the shoulder of the tire was too close to the sidewall, was unrepairable, and needed to be replaced with a new one. I ask why couldn't it be plugged up? They reiterated the same story and said the plug would eventually pop out. Charge for a new tire for my Scion xA is $69 plus all the hidden charges. I was skeptical about the nail in the shoulder story and declined purchase of a new tire. I'm glad I did! So to make a long story short, I called Spadafora and spoke to Ray about a good used tire. They have a few good used tires in the correct size in stock and said it'll be about $45 plus $10 to mount and balance it. Upon careful inspection of the bad tire with the nail, Ray said I don't need a new tire, that it's still perfectly a good tire, and could be repaired. Cost? $15! In and out in no time. Spadafora is great - the BEST! I can't say enough about their great service, professionalism, and above all, HONESTY!. Many thanks to Ray, his wife Beverly, and technician Jeremy. As I approached the front desk I wait in line for no more than 1 minute I see one of the employees come out the back and greet me with a smile and very good eye contact his name was nick he asks me what I need help with today I say I need new tires he ask to see my car to check the model of the tires he was very polite as he does what's is minatory he gets my car ready to get new tires as we go over what I'm getting and so forth I come to my sense that I'm dealing with a person who is very committed to his job and loves to give that customer satisfaction well he managed that thank you nick I will be stopping by if I need anything else P.s nick had all the right requirements in working in a customer one on one setting like that I wish more places had a nick I would be going a lot more ... We started bringing our cars to TFT 2 years ago and have been happy ever since. The mix of variety, great prices, quick service and friendly staff haven't been matched anywhere else. By way of example, I have an Audi, and of course it has some special tires, the tire I needed to replace a flat wasn't in stock and had to be shipped in. I wasn't sure what to do in the meantime, get a non-matching tire and risk the damage or park my car (and get to work how?). One of the staff, Tim, offered to (and did!) took a tire from his PERSONAL vehicle which was a match for mine (he didn't need the tire) and "lent" me his tire so I didn't have to choose between damage or getting to work! I can't tell you what a relief this was and this is my first yelp review because that kind of service is extraordinary. read more

I got a flat tire over the weekend and went over on my lunch break. I was helped by Nick who patiently checked the numerous account names and phone numbers that my car was under from a different store location. He made sure he found all of my information and helped me find a new tire and get me scheduled for an alignment. They could have taken me same day but I had to get back to work, so Nick put me in for this morning and was there to assist me and make sure my vehicle got squared away! I even asked if they knew of places to go for brakes and sure enough Nick had suggestions on local places. Everyone working was extremely pleasant and helpful. Hopefully I don't get another flat tire anytime soon, but if I do I will certainly return to this store location!! read more

I am writing from the Town Fair Tire waiting area on a Sunday after these guys saved my bacon. I had a blowout on one of my six month old Sears bought Hankooks after hitting a pothole and had a tow truck come get me. The truck brought me here, assuring me they were open, then left me here before I could get in the front door. Surprise, surprise, they are closed Sundays. Well, I just happened to get stranded on the one day people are here doing spring cleaning. I saw a guy in the window, asked for advice as to what to do, and he said he'd take care of me, Sunday be damned. What could have been an utter nightmare is now merely an inconvenience, and I should be back on the road shortly. These guys are awesome! read more

Purchased tires today. Chris was a good help in guiding me in the right direction. He was knowledgable and took the time to explain the good, better, and best. After finding the right tires, I left my car to be picked up later (decent idea during the busy winter months...) In the meantime, I researched prices and was able to find a lower price. I returned and dealt with Chris again. Against my expectations, he didn't hesitate to check my price and honor the lowest price guarantee. I went in the other day to get some tires last time I was in customer service wasn't that good. This time I was attended by rose she was very courteous, and let me know she'll be with me right after she's finished up with some paperwork. She let me know about a missing lug nut and made sure I got the same tires as I did last time. She had noticed my veteran plates and gave me a discount and even helped me out with the tires to my car. Anyone who goes and has rose just know she'll treat you like family. read more

Very Satisified with the Service at the Everett Location! Dennis was beyond helpful and accomodating. I purchased a new set of tires and rims for my SUV. Dennis gave me useful suggestions and advice on my car. Con: The Rims took an extra day to arrive. Really grade A customer service at this location from Dennis and his team. Dennis, Erik and Jurrell (sorry for any misspelling) were quick to help when I arrived with a donut in place of one of my regular tires. They not only serviced my car quickly, but it was all within two hours of closing and they even made sure that I was in and out within an hour.
