Horrible place. I regret spending $629 on new tires. I should've known they were going to cause me headaches from the beginning.
I went to the store last Tuesday, spoke to Eric I believe his name was. Very dry personality. Didn't really care what I was looking for, was more focused on year, make and model of car so he can find tires in the system that will fit my car. Tells me this will be your total for the tires, alignment, etc. I asked to make an appt. He then tells me I can make the appt but need to pay for services right there and then to be able to book me in. Who the heck does that? Why would I pay for services I have yet to receive and not sure if I would even be satisfied. Hello alot can happen between Tuesday to Saturday; car can be totaled, I can change my mind, I can find a better deal, the possibilities are endless. The then tells me he can override it and still book me, oooo ok, thanks please do. Saturday morning comes around. Im scheduled for an 8am appt. Place is filled at that time already, not kidding. About 10 customers in the waiting area already cared for and about 8 of us in line waiting to be seen. I had to wait in line with those who booked early and those who decided to walk in. After waiting in like for 45 minutes I am finally speaking to a guy, who asks me my name. I tell him, he tells me I do not have an appt scheduled. But I do, I came in Tuesday to schedule it and Eric who was right next to him scheduled me I say. Eric looks at me puzzled and cant recall anything, and the other guys process to tell me that I am not booked, that he does the bookings and he has someone else for 8am. And I tell him again I do have an appt. He tells me look at the time you had an 8 oclock, which I reply to i've been on the line for 45 minutes waiting to make it to the counter I was on time (mind you, there was no parking outside, my car was literally on top of some snow, next to a handicap parking spot which wasnt even a parking space) at this point im am mad, and Eric decides to help me. Only to find out I did have an appt scheduled, but the other guy was looking at the wrong date in the schedule. We proceed, I pay, sign a form, label my card with a number they gave me and finally get to leave at 9am. The only good thing about this experience was getting a text message at 1020am that my car was ready for pick up, they had given me a 3 hour window but managed to make it in an hour and 15 minutes
Now lets forward to today Monday. My car has been parked in the driveway all weekend long. I drove it from their shop to my house, no more than 6 miles down the road. Its Monday morning, I leave home and go to work, 4 miles from home. I arrive to work, everything is perfectly fine. Leave work at 5pm only to find the front driver tire FLAT. No air whatsoever. What the heck is this??? I call town fair and explain to them what just happened. Only to be told they do not have any openings until Wednesday and they cant guarantee I will be seen at 5pm when I get out of work because they might be too busy. Excuse me, I just bought the tires Saturday, its Monday and the tire is FLAT, I didnt use the car all weekend long, have some sort of sympathy, you might have sold me a bad tire. The guy who answered the phone tells me that I couldve been at fault and damaged the tire. O lord, yeah it couldve been me, but good customer service wouldve said we are sorry for that bring it in so we can see what we can do, it couldve been a defective tire. A new tire shouldnt be causing anyone problems. And their customer service sucks. Everyone I encountered in there needs to be retrained on customer service skills.
I just called triple aaa to come and change the tire to my spare, I have been given a 2 hour window for them to show up. I shouldve kept my old tires that gave me no problem unlike these tires. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY TIRES FROM THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE. read more
