Guess he forgot he was towing a car behind him because it almost slammed into my car and I had to swerve into the next lane to avoid it, and he flew off. I already said I was going 60, imagine the chaotic wreck that would have happened if he did hit me and my car spun out of control on a busy freeway. My clutch cable parted and I was stuck in first gear. I had a slightly complicated delivery uphill, at a weird angle on my driveway, sandwiched between another car on a little bit of driveway and grass. He was attentive to the angle that he left the bike at so that it would not fall onto the car parked next to it, all of this while the bike was stuck in first gear. Again he was able to pick it up without me being there, and took payment painlessly over the phone. I've never met him in person yet, but when I do I will be sure to give him a high-five & shake his hand and tell him thank you for his amazing customer service. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend using this service for all of your motorcycle towing needs. He dropped everything he was doing to come pick my bike up and quoted me a very reasonable price for that kind of service coming from the other side of the island.
