I've ordered several cakes from Tour Les Jours now and I'm in love! These cakes are not over the top sweet or covered in frosting. Just the right amount of everything! The first cake we tried was for the MIL birthday and the cake was a success! She usually never likes us fussing over her for her birthday. Nothing over the top like going out to a fancy dinner (we have to run it by her first if we even try!) or getting an extravagant or even a regular birthday cake from Ralph's. We usually get her a small bundlet and that's it. (Meanwhile FIL gets a fancy birthday cake every year!) I was over it! No more minimal for the MIL birthday cake! I was looking for a simple semi-fancy cake, nothing more than a couple of tiers, 5-8" overall that will easily feed 4 people. Nothing with over the top decorations, overloaded with tons of frosting and overly sweet. Came across Tous Les Jours which is a French Asian Bakery. This location is inside H Mart off of Balboa. They have a website to be able to see all the cakes and bakery items they offer and what the cakes consist of on the inside, which is great! Absolutely love it! For the MIL cake I decided to get a buttercream cake, the Heart Choco Cake #2. Layers of chocolate buttercream and chocolate sponge cake. It looks like you can order for delivery or pick up, but not able to find the Balboa location. Not sure if it's because this location is inside H Mart. Since it didn't look like I can order online, I called the Balboa location. They require at least 1 day in advance to place a cake order. You will also have to prepay for the cake to place the order. They open at 8 am but pick up times are after 10:30 during the week and 11 am weekends. I needed another cake and decided to order a Chocolate Cloud Cake (#3 size) cake for my sister's birthday. I bought this cake just for my sister to have so I didn't get to try it, but she has nothing but good things to say and how delicious it was! The last cake I bought was for Easter. It was a Strawberry cloud cake (#3 size). It was a beautiful strawberry layered sponge cake with cloud cream and a layer of strawberries. It was so deliciously light and fluffy! It was like taking a bite out of the cloud! All the cakes were a delicious success! MIL loved her cake so much, she kept it and I didn't have to take it home and the best part... she ate the rest of the cake herself without sharing that night! Each cake was about $50. Staff are friendly. H Mart parking lot is crazy busy all the time! Don't forget to order at least a day in advance. Enjoy! :) Simply the Best! Series: 12 2026: 21
This bakery is located inside HMart in Kearney. They have different kinds of delicious bread, cakes, and pastries. The birthday cake I bought for my son was perfectly delicious and freshly made. They have different kinds of freshly baked croissants. Love the fresh strawberry filling that tastes so yummy. The staff are amazing and they are polite and courteous. Their cake packaging is so elegant and they offer free birthday candles. Recommending this bakeshop for your baked goods needs.
Picked up Taro Cream Bread for a Bible study gathering. I knew it was sliced but didn't realize it every other slice was filled with taro cream. It reminded me of a cream sandwich. It was yummy and I would buy again but slice it all the way through (hard time separating the slices) and serve as sandwiches rather than keeping it as a loaf.
After trying a couple other bakeries like this recently I was intrigued to try this one. It's inside a market, amongst a larger food area. Get this for dessert but also try the other food places.... They looked AMAZING! I liked everything was in individual bags. Everything was marked well. So many varieties and not just sweet, but added in savory options. Worth a try if you are liking these types of bakeries.
Inside H-mart is the Tous Les Jour bakery, they have a lot of pastries for grab and some drinks. Amazing how quick they can sell out on some pastries. Because I got here around 10am and some of the items that sounded delicious were already emptied on the shelves. I just got the hazelnut croissant and a hazelnut latte. Service was quick. Croissant had a good amount of hazelnut and not too overwhelming. Latte was decent.
Tous Les Jours (TLJ)... French... I guess it means every day or something like that? They make delicious pastries. Think a long the lines of 85 Degrees, Paris Baguette (PB), and Sunmerry Bakery. Their website says, "French Korean inspired pastries." They are located inside of H Mart near the front of the store entrance. They have a huge selection and it can get difficult to decide what to buy. Some of the things I like include their Pain Au Chocolat, Strawberry Croissant, Hazelnut Croissant, Yuzu Pie, and Caramel Apple Pie. Aside from pastries, they also sell some bread, cakes, and drinks. I haven't tried any of their cakes or drinks yet, but I have heard they are okay. Their pastries are pretty much on par with all the other bakeries I mentioned above. TLJ does offer some pastries that other places don't make or have and vice versa. One difference that is noticeable are their prices. TLJ is selling many of their pastries for $3.50 and higher (as of time of this writing early 2025). I'd say 85 Degrees and Sunmerry provide better value... charging $2.00 - 3.50 per pastry. So if you're wanting to save some mulah, 85 or Sunmerry has better pricing and also offers delicious pastries. TLJ is pretty clean. They have clean trays and their pastries are individually wrapped, of course. Service here is okay. I feel like they are friendlier and more personable at 85 and Sunmerry. The parking situation here at H Mart can get crazy during peak hours and some people create their own parking spaces in front of the store and in other areas of the parking lot. Overall, TLJ has some unique delicious offerings. With the parking situation and value... I pretty much only come here if I'm craving something 85, PB, or Sunmerry doesn't offer. 4 / 5: Pastries 3 / 5: Service 4 / 5: Cleanliness 2.5 / 5: Value 3.4 / 5: Overall

I've been to Tous Les Jours in the OC. I wasnt impressed. Since i was at Hmart and craving sweets I thought i would give it another chance. It helps that I came early and they had plenty of goods to choose from. They have so many options that it was hard to choose. Service was fine. I got the strawberry soft to share but ended up eating the whole thing myself. It was so good. The bread was so soft. The cream was not too sweet but very light. I also got the milk pillow bread. It was also light and airy. I liked them both. Their prices are not bad at all. They might be slightly higher than 85 degrees. I think their quality is good.
I absolutely adore this place! Anytime I shop at H Mart I have to at buy at least a couple of macaroons from here before I leave. They're each so unique in flavor and I always wish I had bought more. & the store front is so cute! Everything is displayed nicely in the cases. The girls who work here are so sweet and complimentary! In the photos are two of my birthday cakes (different birthdays)- both from here. Also there's a photo of some macarons my boyfriend bought me for Valentines Day. That's how much I love this place!!
My brother and I were laughing because we both thought that Tous Les Jours was a nice find in Alabama and Connecticut and here they are in San Diego!!!!Lol Anyway, this place is located in H Mart. We bought a chocolate cake here for a birthday and it was delicious. We also got a beverage iced Matcha Latte and hot Chocolate Latte . Both were good. They have so many pastries to choose from!
We had Strawberry Lychee Cake Strawberry Chocolate Cake Milky Bread Chocolate Pretzel Croissant Tiramisu Strawberry Tiramisu This bakery passes the Asian standard of desserts not being too sweet or sugary. Everything is well executed, light, fluffy, airy, buttery and high quality without being overly expensive. The cakes do not have fruits in the middle layer. Just jam. The fruits are only on top. This bakery is located inside the H-Mart in Kearny Mesa and there are several disabled parking spots near the bakery.
Line gets pretty busy during some times of the day but the workers are very efficient! Pastries are on the more pricier side, but the chocolate pretzel was flakey and sweet, and the warm croquettes were a hit, especially the curry one! I asked for my matcha to be less sweet, and I reccomend asking for less ice because it became very diluted.
This Bakery is located inside the H-MART grocery. Went here to pick up some fruits and on my way out passed by this Bakery, and got a Curry Croquet for a snack, you guys won't miss out on this Bakery because this is what you will pass first before going inside the actual grocery area. The filling of my Curry Croquet was tasty, the curry flavor was really in there but the pastry itself was greasy. Not my first time buying here, they have a lot of good selections of food and drinks here.

Came and got a few cakes for a work birthday. I got a few because everyone likes different things. I got the mango, cloud, triple chocolate and cheesecake. Coworkers oohed and ahhed over the mango and cloud cake which were fruit based. I preferred the cheesecake and the chocolate, maybe just because thats my preference. The cheesecake was nice and dense, i really liked this one. The butter cream frosting on the mango was rich and creamy. Everyone found something they liked. I'd go back for the cheesecake. The cakes were not overly sweet which was nice. Tous Les Jours is a Korean based chain which is why its located inside the H Mart on Balboa ave, they also have individual pastries for your daily pastry fix, just grab a tray and tongs and grab what you want and bring it to the register. Theres lots of parking in their private lot. read more

This place is in the same location as the Nobel Drive trolley station. Stopped by here after yoga to get my mom some pastries. Everything looked so good. Ordered the banana soft, melon soft, and banana soft. They were really fluffy soft and not too sweet. Will definitely come back again to try other pastries. read more
Love going to H Mart as Tous Les Jours greets me with its beautiful desserts. This place is on my rotation when I'm craving for sweets that aren't too sweet. Their cakes are beautifully decorated and always taste delicious. If you want to impress someone with a beautiful cake, this place always deliver. Service is always friendly and quick. One of the servers even went out of her way and opened up a bunch of candles just so she can give me all the pink ones for my little one whose favorite color is pink. If that's not service, I don't know what is. read more

This shop is located inside the Hmart Shopping Center. I was excited to stop by. They have Tea, Tea Latte, Beauty Ade, Smoothie, Expresso, and Frappe. They have variety of drink menu selection. We ordered the Iced Honey Citron tea, Yogurt smoothie and Assam Milk tea with Boba. It is our first time trying this place and I must say, it is not bad. The staff was friendly. From the bakery, we got some delicious apple pies and cream white bread loaf. Give this place a try if you haven't already. read more

One of my favorite bakery! My friends and I frequently get their cake for birthday celebrations! My favorites are their cloud cakes. The cream is light so it makes you wanna eat more :)) Their pastries are also must tries! read more

Their blueberry yogurt cake is amazing!!!! Our favorite birthday cake for a while & we love their pastries too. Definitely worth the price. Blueberries are really fresh. This cake never last longer than a day at our house. read more

This Tous les Jours has a good selection of bread inside Hmart on Balboa. Many varieties that are not only sweet bread but also savory ones. The salt and butter roll is my favorite! The chestnut bread is a lightly sweet bread with huge pieces of chestnut in the middle. One can also get coffee, latte, or tea to go with the bread. We just got the bread to go but will go back and try others. read more
Absolutely love this bakery! I've been coming here ever since it opened and it is truly one of the best Korean bakeries in San Diego! Every single item I've tried has been ! It is located inside the hmart on Balboa ave. They have freshly baked goods every single day! Highly recommend their taro cream bread, their sweet potato cheesecake, their strawberry croissant, their milk bread, and don't forget to get their whole cakes! They are truly delicious, light, airy and not too sweet! Love their strawberry cream cloud cake especially! Free parking in their lot! read more
Tous Les Jours (aka everyday) is a Korean bakery franchise that has set up shop as a vendor in the food court of the H Mart on Balboa Ave. Their arrangement was just like that of 85°C Bakery Cafe and Paris Baguette. The display area was smaller than the former and was about the same size as the latter. I was looking to pick up some baked goods for a snack so I focused on those as opposed to other confectioneries like the cakes, pies, macarons, etc. My choices were the Custard Cream Soboro, The+ Milk Bread, and the Red Bean Bread. The best of this bunch was The+ Milk Bread because it had the proper ratio of sweetness to carbs. The prices for their products were similar to the other two places. Overall, I rated Tous Les Jours between three and 3.5 stars. read more
This was my second visit to the bakery inside H Mart, and I must say it continues to impress. The items are consistently fresh, the selection is good, and I appreciate the attention to detail with everything being individually wrapped. The check-out process is quick and friendly, and there is plenty of parking available. Well worth a visit. read more
3/2/24, Saturday. At around 11:30am, we purchased several items to try. Everything was fairly priced as in Europe and really nothing over $5. Everything was well organized and clean. Grab a brown food tray and walk around and place items on it and check out at 2 registers. Everything was great. See photo. read more

It is hard for me to go into H Mart and not stop here to grab some snacks on the way out!! It's a trap and it gets me every time! They're also the only place on convoy open before 11am that sells coffee and pastries so make them your go to mornin stop, it's worth it. I have tried many things but I finally took a photo this time. Todays visit was to grab coffee and snacks while waiting at Subaru. I grabbed the mocha bun and the sweet potato cake as well as a cold brew latte with almond milk. Mocha bun: soft and chewy! The filling in the inside was the perfect amount and it had a thick consistency that held it to the bread. The mocha flavor was dominant and I could've eaten ten more. sweet potato cake: soft and fluffy pound cake! Melted in my mouth. It wasn't very sweet potato'y but it was still really good. Cold brew latte: I really liked it. I didn't add any sugar, just the almond milk they put in. Way better than the only other coffee shop open in the early mornings (Starbucks). The one item that I would always recommend grabbing if you see it is the TARO BREAD!!! I love it!! So much. So yummy. As toast, French toast, just plain, toasted with cream cheese. Any which way you can eat it I'm sure it'll be a happy experience. You need it in your life. Also the yuzu roll is really good too! read more
11/20/21 around 11AM PST Located inside H Mart Balboa, Tour Les Jours is located on your right when you walk in. They are across from the food hall consisting of Katzya, Boonsik, Bann Korean Cuisine, Zzang Rice Hot Dog, and Kangnam Chef. They have a selection of breads and pastries and also serve coffee, drinks and smoothies. Bathrooms are also located right next to them. I wasn't looking to get full and chose a sweet potato cake after analyzing all my choices. Some of the ones I would have gone for were out of stock. As for drinks, they had a new one that caught my eye called 'Strawberry Latte.' I asked for the cashier's recommendation, and she said it's pretty good cold. I went with her suggestion. There were plenty of seats in the food hall, so I sat down. They were playing contemporary music in the background like 'Listen to your heart' and some old school songs. Sweet potato cake was a good choice, it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet but also not too filling. To me, it was just right. Very soft and melted in my mouth. The strawberry latte was different and something I haven't had before. It tasted pretty similar to a strawberry smoothie. Plus there were actually strawberry pieces in it! I had ended up randomly coming here as the first Tour Les Jours location was in NY. So was feeling a bit reminiscent. The background music was a coincidental thing but nevertheless very nice. read more
