I am a Groupon user and found Total Med Solutions through them. I have used both locations but am rather fond of the Plano location. Dallas is by far closer to where I work in Richardson but the staff and building convenience are 100% worth my drive to Plano. I started out with and am still getting laser hair removal and adore Rosa, who is doing a great job but during one of our sessions Rosa told me about the Laser Lipo. I bought the first 8 sessions and was introduced to Cecillia Recinos. May I just say this young woman is adorable. She explained how the technique would work and we discussed where I wanted the lipo done. Cecillia then measured me and we proceeded with our session. When she measured me, after my session was finished, the measurement was indeed less than when we started. Cecillia emphasized that the exercise and nutrition parts were highly important to the loss of inches around my middle. Following those instructions, and using the pre and post instruction sheet, I do feel better and my clothes are less tight around my middle. I purchased the second 8 session package since I was on a roll and am pleased with the results. I bought a deal off Groupon for Botox and was a little worried and had buyers remorse the second I paid for it. I had never been to or seen a Total Med Solutions and I was about to let them inject botox in my face? I figured I'd keep the appointment and at least see what I had gotten myself into. If I was still nervous after arriving I'd bail with no second thought. I walked in and I couldn't have been more pleased. I received outstanding service, the staff was easy to talk to, they were very knowledgeable and informative on the service I was getting. I have since been back and recommended them to any person I have heard talking about getting botox. Deanne at the Plano location is outstanding and really knows their products. She doesn't try to over sell you on things but lets you know the pros and cons without any pressure. She is delightful and very helpful. I left there knowing I would be back again and that I had found my new place for botox and any other service they offered that might have peeked my interest. I have a laser hair removal appointment set for tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited. Hands down the friendliest staff around and you will leave there more then satisfied. After 2 to 3 year of frustrated doctor visits with my regular doctor regarding male hormone therapy, blood work, hair rejuvenation, and who knows how much my previous doctor billed my insurance company while billing me thousands of dollars. I was frustrated with the results and outcome. Then I searched on yelp.com and found Total Med solutions. I called on Monday, August 10th, 2020 to try to make an appointment. The receptionist that professionally answered the phone squeezed me in that day at 3:20 p.m. I went in and met Jasmine. She spent about an hour with me going over my needs, wants, and ego "what I wanted to get accomplished" at Total Med Solution. She took sample of my blood that day and sent it to their labs for research. In less than a week I was prescribed all the necessary hair therapy solutions, and male hormone replacement. The appointments for procedure take less than 20 minutes in and out. The staff is super friendly, the environment is clean & spotless, and the product is A++. Let me briefly detail what makes Kathleen Madsen someone who I will gladly spend my valuable time writing this review for: I have been going to a dermatologist for 10 years until I decided to give Total Med Solutions a try. I scheduled an appointment for Restylane and Botox. at the Dallas location. When I arrived I was really nervous for I feel my face is my first impression and anytime you are getting something done with someone you have never met before can be scary. I was greeted by Kathleen and she made me feel very comfortable right away. After she was done with the procedures I was very happy with the way she did the work. In addition, I was so very pleased with the final results a week later. Kathleen is by far the most exceptional at what she does!!! Her work was better than my original dermatologist. Six months later I was ready to have it done again only to find out she moved to the Plano office. NO PROBLEM... I originally tried Total Med Solutions after purchasing a Groupon and was very skeptical, but I'm really glad I did. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! The staff put me at ease, answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through the procedure I was going to have (laser hair removal). Since then, I have also purchased another laser hair removal package (without any urging or sales pressure from the staff) and have also taken advantage of getting to know the services administered by the nurse practioner, Ellen by having Restylane done - wow, she's great! I don't really do reviews, but after reading the bad reviews on here for Total Med Solutions I thought someone should speak up about how good their experience has been. Not every place can be everything to everyone, and sometimes things go wrong, but I've never experienced anything but good people and good services while here. I've struggled with my weight for years and finally decided it was time to seriously concentrate of my health. Just prior to this past Thanksgiving, I decided to go on the HCG Diet. Mind you, this is the worst time of the year to begin. The first 20 days was rough, but with the support of Ashley and Sonja, I was slowly able to lose weight, but most important the lost of body fat. My second round of the HCG took me through Christmas and New Years. Now this was a struggle, but I didn't give up. Going from 53 lbs of body fat to 36 lbs is an amazing feat for me. My goal is to get my body fat to 29, or lower, which I now believe is possible. I enjoy being weighed in every two weeks to see the progress and enjoy the success. I have been a patient of Total Med Solutions for six months. I drive 120 miles round trip each week to get my Testosterone shot at the Plano/Windcom office. The staff has been wonderful on each visit and has always accomodated my appointment needs. I am always greeted warmly on each visit and made to feel like a special patient. That makes the drive worthwhile. I was tested before any treatments and counseled on what options were available. After starting the treatment I have seen and felt significant improvement in my well being. My moods are better. Loss of body fat. Increased libido and a bit better mental clarity. My age is 54 and my Testosterone levels were about 1/3 of where they needed to be prior to starting treatment at Total Med Solutions. During the course of the treatments the staff has continued to monitor my progress with frequent blood test. I went in for my first IPL Facial and the staff was extremely polite and efficient. As soon as I got my consent papers signed staff member Lisa Reyes took me to the room where she explained every thing she was doing from having me lay my items down to having me lie on the table. I was very nervous because I had never had anything like this and I heard it hurt, however Lisa made me feel very very comfortable. The treatment was actually very relaxing and didn't hurt at all, but made a remarkable difference that I could see just being my first visit. They offer many other services from weight loss to botox. Lisa also explained to me the benefits of doing 3 to 6 regular treatments and I know it's truthful because of the difference I saw after one treatment. I was given clear after care treatment and I would highly recommend visiting Total Med Solutions for future treatments. I am 43 and have been on testosterone therapy at Total Med Solutions for almost two years and I have never felt better! The staff at the Plano location is great! Deanne, Ellen, Kaitie, Stephanie, and Cassie are not only very knowledgeable and professional, they treat me like family. I do not like the way that Yelp handles the reviews on their website. They have only one positive review on the main page when the over whelming majority are rated 5 stars. You have to look close to navigate to the "filtered" reviews to read the positive testimonies. I think this is very unfair and is not an accurate representation of the wonderful services offered there. Total Med Solutions is a great place staffed with great people. The professionalism and customer service are second to none. I would and have recommended the services they offer to my friends and family or anyone wanting to feel and look better. I've always been super athletic, super lean; and high energy. I turned 40 last year and with my heavy work load, and other projects, had found it difficult to sustain the same energy levels that I once had. I started slacking on workouts and trying to attain my energy from high carb foods. This obviously has caused the weight gain that we all hear about after 40. I finally started taking the B12-a/k/a skinny shot at Total Med Solutions in Plano and feel much higher energy levels, and am able to do more than usual. My food cravings also subside while as I stay committed to the shot. I wanted to write this for others who had bought the Groupon for juvaderm XC and for Floria, who did an amazing job with my lip injections. On Groupon, Total Med Solutions had great reviews, but after purchasing and looking further into yelp and google I felt concerned. I even contacted Groupon for a refund and was told no. I decided to look at the reviews again and kept seeing Floria's name pop up with positive reviews. I called the Plano location and requested Floria for my injections. Once I arrived the process went smoothly, only a little delay in appt time to going back. Once I was taken back and counseled with Floria, my nerves were calmed. She did an amazing job, even stopping in the middle to ask if there were any places I felt I would like to place the remaining juvaderm. I can't speak for the other services or staff, but if you feel trapped with your Groupon I suggest you visit her. read more

Rosa, Rosa, Rosa!!! Let's see, there are not enough nice things I can say about Rosa. I have a blast everytime I go to an appt for photo facials. First I'll say that I've had 3 treatments, with the last one being today n i have amazing results n i haven't even seen the results from today's treatment yet (because it takes about a week to see) I love my face once again n am very glad I made the choice to get these treatments for myself because I deserve to be add petty add I can be =) After the first session with Rosa, I asked for her to do the rest of my treatments. She was getting a little fussy in the waiting room and when we went back into the room we were greeted my a very sweet nurse named Charisma Ebling. She saw that I was having a hard time keeping my toddler happy and occupied so she offered her 2 year old sons tablet and raisin snacks to my daughter to keep her occupied during my procedure. SHE WAS SUCH A LIFESAVER! She turned a potentially stressful situation into a fast and easy process. Not to mention, the injections didn't even hurt (in the past the have been uncomfortable from other nurses). I will be coming back to see Charisma again :) read more

I got a Groupon for Restylene and Dysport. I had never had anything injected into my face before so I was a nervous wreck. I went to the Plano location. The girls at the front were nice and the wait wasn't long. The best thing about my experience was Allison, the nurse who did my injections. She was so knowledgable and knew exactly what to do with me by looking at my face and seeing what needed treatment the most. I had a million questions and she happily answered every one. The filler injections were not pleasant, but she kept telling me I was doing a great job, in such a soothing voice, that it made it easier for me.
