I've been a client at Ideal Image at this location for well over 5 years, but after today, I will not be coming back. I showed up early for my appointment, only to see multiple "specialists" standing around doing nothing. Despite that, I was still seen late. This shows a complete lack of respect for my time and professionalism. Then, I was told by two different people 3x that the price for my treatment had gone up and would it be okay... Why was there a need for that to be asked to me when in the fact the price did not change and as if I had a financial issue. To make things worse, they demanded I pay before receiving my treatment, which has never been the case in my entire history there. I have a friend who also gets services at Ideal Image and was never asked to prepay, which makes me feel like I was being singled out. I strongly believe this treatment stems from notes left in my file during COVID--notes from an incident that was their fault, not mine. That issue was already resolved by a previous manager, yet staff today seemed to use it as an excuse to treat me unfairly. This is discriminatory and unacceptable. Im so frustrated. LITERALLY 24 hours before EVERY appointment I get a call or text saying they need to reschedule bc someone has resigned. I've asked to cancel and refund my money and they've refused. So my credit company has been made aware and will deny any future charges. I have been going to Ideal Image for years. I've had small issues in the past with appointments being rescheduled but today was a new one. I was sitting in the facility for my appointment at 9. I had been there early as the reminders instructed. I was told by the front desk after 9am that my appointment would have to be canceled because my nurse wasn't coming in. I was then told I could reschedule for June 24. I schedule my appointments 4 months in advance and they can't get me in any sooner? Today is June 9th for goodness sake. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were in a meeting. No regard for my time or apology. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning after today. They told me that you could be refunded and when I asked for my refund before any type of procedure a consultation was done they refuse to refund me. This place sold me on a "Lifetime Guarantee Membership" over the phone. When I came in, they did not offer the service I wanted but did offer one I did. I paid for the service they could do and let them know that I would like a refund on the Lifetime Guarantee Membership because I won't use it given I will switch to a business that offers the services I want. Erin (from corporate) was not helpful at all and wouldn't refund the Lifetime Guarantee so I will be disputing this charge on my credit card. Ridiculous. I would just avoid Ideal Image at all costs. The business just has a lot of fundamental problems. First of all, good luck getting a response if you have any issues because you will be put on calls forever and the issues just do not get resolved. I was supposed to receive a numbing cream for my sessions as it gets more intense. Supposedly the clinic sent in the prescription to the pharmacy, but no one ever contacted me. As a result I had to keep postponing my sessions. Second, When I first sign on to the services, they told me that as part of signing up for the membership, I should be able to get a free hair removal session or a botox. no one ever follow up on the free gift and then I was told I had 90 days to use that otherwise it is removed. Then, it gets better, for the 2nd year, they charged the membership fees and then told me that they took away the anniversary gift of free sessions each year. It is just shady business overall. There are a lot of really good cosmetic doctors in Dallas, so do not waste your energy at this place. not worth it. Find a clinic that put their services and product where their mouth is. read more

My 1st ultherapy appointment took 6 weeks to schedule and I took the day off work for it. As I was walking out the door to go to the appointment - you called and cancelled because you didn't have a tech. It took another 6 weeks to schedule. I have been out of the country and came home to find that the new appointment was auto cancelled because I did not respond to an email. Again, I had scheduled time off work. I immediately began calling to get my appointment reinstated. I dealt with some rude reps, hung up on twice and waited 6 hours and received no callback. Saw an email come through at some point and I got one of the appointments back. I can't get my second appointment until Nov 15th - 7 more weeks to wait and a third day I will have to take off work. Your auto cancel is crap - I will call if I need to cancel or reschedule. Most people have very busy personal and professional lives and aren't checking personal emails on a daily basis - I have over 50k in my inbox. No one called or text me but you could call me when you needed to cancel with no notice. Customer service is non-existent. You have no respect for people's time. I know no one cares nor will I get my money back - I have now read all the reviews of people complaining about their experience. I will complete what I have paid for months ago, but will not renew my membership. I already drive out of my way to go to your location - I am certainly not going to pay for crap service. I will absolutely share my experience with as many people as I can. Consumers should know what to expect - especially for your prices and purely clinical experience. Will be looking for a more high end med spa that actually cares about their customers and appreciates their business! This place ripped off my wife for her last cycle of cool sculpting. They did not honor the 2 cycles for the last treatment which would have made 16. The cost is over 5000 and they were not professional in rectifying the last appointment. Their contract agreement is very ambiguous at the discretion of the provider/assistant. I am still trying to schedule the last appointment and they will not honor it. It makes no sense to rip someone off. We paid the money already. We just wanted the contract agreement honored and to give my wife her last treatment!! read more

My fiancé who is a VA veteran was refused a full refund to a third party payee of 2300.00 when they had previously remitted 5000.00 refund to said third party payee. As of date he has provided the requested documentation from his medical doctor stating he could not perform said procedure and thus company still refuses to refund the third party payee (although nothing has been signed to perform said procedures). At this point we are tired of the hoop jumping and will pursue legal recourse. VA veteran fall under different laws for disabled veterans. And VA doctors will not provide classified medical details. I had Cool Sculpting done at the Plano location in November of 2018. I went back for my check up in March of 2019 and then in May of 2019 as recommended by them. Even though I had not gained any weight during this time, I saw no results. No reduction of fat or inches in the area that was treated. My problem is that the before and after pictures they showed me from Cool Sculpting all showed visible results after one session. The sales person also explained that I would see visible results. But I didn't. My request to them was to repeat the process at no charge for me. But they have denied it. Although they were very responsive and attentive before making the payment, they have been dismissive and terrible about returning my calls and kept passing me to different people. I am extremely disappointed in this branch. Anyone planning to sign a contract with them for a membership should be very careful. I was rushed into signing a contract during my initial consultation over zoom, realizing soon after that it was extremely overpriced. Not only was I rushed into signing, but $1,000 was already charged to my card before the end of the call. According to my contract, I have a right to cancel with a full refund within 30 days of signing, regardless of my reason for cancelling. I called the Plano branch to cancel my contract the very next day, and the rep I spoke to claimed they were not able to process my cancellation, which I later found out was untrue. The employee said the manager would call me to complete my cancellation, and has not happened. It's been almost 2 weeks now. Ever since I called and mentioned canceling, they have stopped taking my calls.... I call them several times a day, and have tried to reach them many different ways. I have a case opened regarding my cancellation request and have contacted many people within the company. I even mailed a written request to cancel the membership. By refusing to process my cancellation and release my refund, they are breaking my contract. I have already notified my bank and will have to take legal action if this isn't resolved soon. I no longer trust this company, and I DO NOT recommend bringing your business here or signing ANY type of contract. Beware!! read more

I'm honestly disappointed in myself for wasting thousands of dollars with ideal image. I've been getting laser hair removal for almost 6 years! I'm not getting the results so I asked for a different laser sense I was getting the highest setting on the YAG why not try the LACE. I'm mixed and I get pretty fair so when I went to the on each in San Antonio they allowed me get the LACE. No problem good results but when I asked for the same thing at the Garland TX, location they looked at me like I was stupid. Ever sense management has been rude, inconvenient and I'm at a loss for words with how much money I lost dealing with ideal image. Still waiting for a call back from corporate. I was asked about what pace I wanted and was provided with a thorough explanation of the areas getting lasered. I went in beginning of January just to receive some information on their prices. I have been doing laser for a long time now so I just needed to know their prices. I came in, 2 ladies were at the reception desk apparently unable to give that info. Even if I told them specifically I only need that info, the rest I know and have been doing it for some time now. But still, prices depend on the face of the customer I guess. So I waited for a long 15-20 minutes, nobody was there apparently to give me that SIMPLE piece of information. Buyer Beware!! I had cool sculpting done which had a reverse reaction which is called PAH for short. Ideal image did file a claim with Allergan who makes the cool sculpting equipment . The director and nurse there 100% agreed that I was one in a million and said I should get compensated for the damages . Kendra in Plano was difficult off the bat , made me run thru hoops to get a copy of my file, misplaced before photos and then refused to reimburse me the $3000 I spent for the procedures. When I asked to speak to the next person above her, she just ignored my request and has not responded at all. DO NOT GO TO PLANO IDEAL IMAGE!! I have heard of some people getting reimbursed but they do not treat everyone the same. They know there is a problem and yet they talk you into doing more treatments. Do your research. read more

Ideal image Plano is always very clean and the receptionists are very kind! I had a bad experience for two laser sessions with a specific nurse so I requested someone else and it made a world of a difference! I was bawling in tears from pain and this nurse wouldn't stop the laser and told me to stop moving. I now do my laser sessions with Kim and she is amazing!!! My entire laser experience has changed due to her, she's is extremely knowledgeable and sooo good with clients. She's extremely patient and wonderful at her job! Highly recommend read more

Big waste of time I'd gotten laser hair removal at a different company near where I used to live, and needed a couple of touch-up treatments. I filled in the online form, was contacted by someone, and explained what I wanted. Instead of giving me any pricing over the phone, they had me come in for a consultation. After making the time, driving all the way there, filling out the paperwork and waiting, the woman explained that they only offer all-inclusive packages and the only way I could get a couple of treatments on my legs was paying $5,000+ which is the same that someone who had never done laser before would pay - obviously not a good option - and that they had zero flexibility to work anything else out. I wouldn't be upset had the person I spoke to on the phone just told me this, but instead they misled me and wasted hours of my time. read more

I signed up for a membership and I was ready to become a lifelong member but the service was insane. Botox was not good and the specialist was rude, wrinkles started showing up two weeks after. I tried contacting corporate multiple times and they never solved my issue or offered to give me a refund or tried to help me solve my problem, they just wanted to charge me more to fix the treatment they gave me in the first place after I already signed up to be a member with them. I keep trying to contact them and they're now saying they have no openings for any service until February. Overall, horrible, horrible experience. read more

First, I want to say the people who work at Ideal Image are very nice and have great customer service. But that's not why I'm writing this. I'm writing about a product that they sell, which I am greatly dissatisfied with. Cool Sculpting. Back in June of 2016, I went to Ideal Image to get Cool Sculpting. I went in for a consultation and they sold me on it. The consultant said I'd be a great candidate because I'm not obese and I work out all the time. I thought it would be a better alternative to liposuction. I went through with it. I paid $4k for this. It was so painful!! The worst pain ever for four hours because I had different sections done (upper and lower abs and flanks). 3 months later I went for a follow up and nothing. No results. My body looked the same exact. They told me to come back in 1 month so I did. And I went and very little change! I still look pretty much the same. I was very unsatisfied with my results. I contacted the managers and we spoke. They worked with me and offered me a second treatment for free. I had my second treatment completed in December of 2016. This time it was my lower abs only and not all four sections that I had done before. I just went back (April 2017) for my follow up. While I do see very little results, there is nothing great about this. They claim that you will have 20-25% fat cell reduction, but they do not have a scientific way of showing that that is the actual case. They look at pictures and try to show the difference. While, I do admit that there was a small reduction in my look, I will also say that the results are not worth anything near $4,000. (Also, for the record, I work out everyday, I had a personal trainer and have been eating a lot healthier, and still very little change). For only $2,000 more, I could've went and had liposuction and real results. After this, all they did was apologize to me that I'm not happy with the results and question if I knew that it was only going to be 20-25% fat cell reduction (which they have no true measurement for). Nothing further. So if you're looking into this product, I do NOT recommend it. It's very painful, very expensive and the results are not worth either of those. It was huge waste of money and an expensive lesson learned!!! read more

Going here for hair removal, so far really happy with the results, the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the communication as far as pricing/payments, when signing the contract I was told I'd be making payments to Fortiva, which I did, but upon arriving to my appointment the lady at the front desk (who was kinda rude) was making it seem like I couldn't afford my payments because I apparently had a past due balance with ideal image. I began explaining to her the situation and confusion but she didn't care to listen and told me she wouldn't be able to check me in at that point, so I had to COMPLETELY reschedule, she then split 2 body parts (which would take like 10 mins each) and split them into 2 different days at 2 totally different locations, disregarding everything I was telling her. I don't know, like I said I'm happy with the treatment so far, but the front desk staff could use some trading in the customer service department. read more
