The girl starting the IV was NOT qualified. I have VERY easy veins - and she dug around in my arm before sticking me two additional times. It was AWFUL. Once I was hooked up, another guy came in for an IV and I watched her have the same issue with him. She stuck him no less than three times in both arms. I'm telling you -- it was not good. My arm was bruised and I have never had an IV hurt the way that one did. For this reason, I'll search out another IV bar in the Frisco area.

I knew I came on a busy day, as it happened to be their 1st year anniversary, but I was attended to right away. Nalani took me into a private area and asked me what my goals were and what my problems were. She took her time explaining everything to me, as to why I felt tired and what she recommended may help with my symptoms. She did the same with my husband, we then started our IV treatments. The RN that did our IV's did a great job. As someone who also poked people for living, I'm a hard critic, but she did awesome. We had our kids with us, and we felt our kids were welcome also. Nalani and the staff brought us extra chairs in a private room of the spa with a TV while my husband and I sat on massage heated seats and our kids sat, watched tv, and ate snacks they got from the staff. After our treatments, we both felt great! It's been a week already and I am still feeling very focused and energetic. I was able to sign up for a membership for monthly treatments. I can't wait to see how much of a difference this makes! The spa was clean, well sanitized, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Glad we came by!

I initially purchased a microneedling package with exosomes. On January 30, 2025, I was then sold a Skin Brightening package for $804. Two days later, when I came in for Botox, I was also sold a membership for $299 per month. That same Sunday, I called to ask if I could cancel the Skin Brightening package I had just purchased two days earlier since I had enrolled in the membership. The front desk told me they would check with the manager. I called again on Monday and left a voicemail, and again on Tuesday and left another voicemail. No one answered the phone at the Plano location during these calls. I don't know if the front desk intentionally not picking up the call. On my third attempt, I called from a different phone number and someone finally answered. I was transferred to the manager and placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When I did speak with the Plano manager her, she said she would let me know whether the package could be canceled. I also asked that, if cancellation was not possible, perhaps the amount could be applied as a credit toward another service. It has now been four business days (not including the weekend), and I have not received any call back. I left another voicemail on Monday and also sent a text to the location, but I have received no response. I have continued calling, and no one answers. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially given how much I have spent over the years and the fact that I have referred several clients to the Frisco location. At this point, I truly regret signing up for the $299/month membership due to the lack of response and follow-up from the Plano location. I am asking for someone from corporate or management to please contact me. I should not be treated like this. I also owned a business never will or my staff will I treat my client like this. The first time was mediocre, but today was absolutely horrible. The young lady at the front desk was very dry and not super friendly when she got me started on my services. The red light room was filthy. The nurse wasn't friendly and gave me a hard time about the shot that I was getting. I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. My home store would never treat us members like that. My experience was poor and I will never return. Very disappointing.
