I am LAZY. To get me to write a review takes a major impression and typically negative but the staff, especially Patrick, are amazing. I do not care what other comic book shops may be more convenient to my wife and I, Tosche Station is a rare type of business that sadly there just isn't enough of. I would urge anyone looking for a great gift idea or who is just really into comics and collectibles to do themselves a favor and visit this store. You won't regret it. read more

What an awesome little shop. We found this shop today because my husband was in search of a TNMNT comic. Unfortunately, they didn't have it but they did offer to border it for us. I had a hard time finding Tosche Station - as I was looking for a store front in the retail shopping center where they are located. Know this - there is a small indoor "mall" of sorts at this shopping center - and that is where Tosche Station is located. So park at the Giant, walk in - and you will find the store! This is a real comic book store, but so much more. The employees are happy to chat about comics or games or anime or anything else you can think of. The selection is fantastic, and the store is laid out very well, so it isn't hard to find what you are looking for. This reminds me of the store I used to love going to as a kid. Nowadays, it seems like a like of comic shops have people who are stuck behind the counter and can't be bothered to help you, or are even blatantly hostile. Not the case here. The store is about an hour south of me, but I would rather make the drive than go to any of the local shops, just because of the customer service. Make the trip down and just enjoy a great time buying some comics, toys, and video games! read more

Tosche Station is an excellent local comic book shop tucked away in the indoor portion of the Huntsman Square shopping center. In a fairly small space it offers a very good selection of new and old comics, manga and toys. It also has a nice section up front for kids. I've always had friendly and helpful service from the staff. Tosche also hosts several events throughout the year that are fun for families and make excellent use of the shared space of the indoor "mini-mall". read more

My 7yo and I drove more than 15 miles to visit Tosche Station and it was worth it. I was pleasantly surprised by how much they could fit in a tiny space. We were able to pick up a bunch of single Pokemon cards and had a blast playing some of their vintage arcade cabinets. Be warned the entrance is not visible from the parking lot. You have to go inside what appears to be the grocery store entrance, but it's not... it's the mall entrance. I wanted to ask them if they had any "power converters" but thought they probably heard that joke a million times already. So I played it "cool"... or at least as cool as a middle aged man can be anyway. read more

Came here looking for two things: First was a gift for my girlfriend. She loves plushies, especially the Hello Kitty ones. I didn't see any of those here. But I did find Squishmellows which she also likes. Picked up a nice one for her and she loved it. Checkout was fast and the staff were friendly. The other thing I was looking for was a Gundam model for myself. I really wanted to find something cool but unfortunately they had almost no Gundam models to choose from. The ones they did have were kinda lame so I decided against getting one. It'd be great if they had more cause this location is conveniently located very close to my home. I'll definitely be back soon but I really hope they have a little more selection next time. All that said, if you're looking for Star Wars toys this is the place to go to. read more

Yes!!! This place is awesome. Need a comic fix, this is your place... Need to reconnect with some childhood action figures, they've got that, too... new action figures and collectibles, check... video games, yep... trading cards from back in the day, of course... friendly and helpful staff, they've got that, too. My young son, wife, and I all love going in there because there are lots of things for each of us to drool over (not on) and purchase (good prices). Still amazing after all this time. I called them over Christmas to see if they had something. They did, to my amazement! They then offered to take payment by phone and deliver it to mu house(this was at the height of the pandemic). Their customer service is awesome. We have recently discovered that their rewards program is A+++! We continue to be super grateful they are in our neighborhood and have fulfill a need I didn't even know existed! read more

I've been going here for over 3 years. I drive an hour just to go see what's new because these guys here have everything. From collectibles to comics. All the way to classic retro video games. It's definitely worth the drive. I've also traded my Funko pop collection with them for store credit and cash as well. I personally go store credit because they always have something that I want. So literally my first time ever posting a yelp. I only got the app to see their hours lol. The store itself is may seem small at first glance, but hidden behind the extremely limited window space is perhaps the most genuinely hard working and engaging staff. One that seems to truly value its mark on the surrounding community. That genuineness is in my option their greatest strength, and at times their biggest weakness. Yes this is a comic shop first and for most, one that is owned and managed by some of the truest fans of the craft as I have ever known. It seems like every time I walk in some new section boasting some kind of ridiculously heart warming find (I'm looking at you sealed in box ocarina of time). This is a really nice place with a good variety and selection.Employees were nice and helpful. I went here to stock up on my figurine collection and was hawkeyed and followed like I was going to steal something (Black male if you're wondering) As I walked around the store I had numerous items in my hand for purchase. Once I noticed that most, if not all of the employees there were watching me like I was going to steal something I decided I was going to walk around for awhile and mess with them. I stooped down on the floor to take a look at some figurines and noticed the employees were looking with panic like What is he doing? lol I proceeded to walk near the end aisle of the store and it was really funny to see one of the employees rush to the front as if I was gonna run out of there with everything in my hand. I came to purchase some figurines and alot of them for my collection. The employees here made me question myself " Self Am I here to steal something?' lol. I laugh because it's hilarious but there is also a seriousness to this. Not all BLACK males steal. In the wise words of Maya Angelou( "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will NEVER FORGET HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL." There hasn't been a single comic book store nearby ever since I was a baby, but FINALLY, after 17 years, there's one really close to me. The place is lined with comics, toys and video games. They are up to date on their stuff, they have pretty recent comics. My ONLY complaint is the fact that they have 1 copy of each manga volume, which sucks because it makes it hard to get them before someone else does :(. Overall amazing place though, go there on free comic day to get like 30 comics lol. read more
