The organization of the albums were very good as well as the grades listed on the each album. I slowly went through the selections and picked up about few. sedar did interact with us a few times and made the visit warm and welcoming. I actually bought a few more albums because I felt comfortable about the business style and layout. We bought 10 albums at about 200.00 and feel great about the quality. All of the inventory they have are traded in for or donated so it makes NO sense! It seems that the employees make guesses when it comes to prices, that or they are being told to overprice by upper management. By the gaming section there was a sign that claimed that all of the consoles and equipment is tested beforehand by "gamers with over 30 years of experience" whatever that means. I got an Xbox One Kinect from them back in December, and worked normally. A couple days later I wanted to try using its mic functionality, was not functioning. So it was never fully tested by "gamers with over 30 years of experience" lol. The worst part is that they give you a 3 day warranty... it's not like people have kids, jobs, or other commitments I guess. The media (dvds and blu rays) were also overpriced per usual. Usually only by 5-10 bucks. My main discrepancy today was that I saw multiple dvds and blu rays with dirt and filth smattered on the covers. Your telling me that they have the audacity to up charge, and still refuse to even spend 10 seconds wiping the cover with a lysol wipe? Is it that hard to do? Disgusting! I can't speak on their book pricing as I am not well versed but pretty much everything else is overpriced in this store. It really sucks because these type of stores are supposed to be for lower income families who can't buy new. And instead is being treated like a greedy gaming convention booth. I genuinely feel bad for kids nowadays who want to start growing a small gaming collection post pandemic. With greedy "thrift" stores like this, even the shovel ware games are off-limits.

We came here to get our Switch's charging port repaired. They were super friendly and much more affordable than other bigger franchises doing repairs in the area. There is a shortage of repair techs in the area, we were quoted a month for the repair which was the same as the other shops. Regardless, our repair was completed and at least 30% cheaper than the competitors. The shop is huge and had so much fun merch, my sons and husband were loving exploring their huge selection of games, while I was checking out their kawaii hello kitty plushies and caps. VDOT came, got efficiently right to work, found the problem and with pumps and rakes and determination pumped hundreds of gallons of water out of our street over the next 6-7 hours. Finally, they pushed the debris remaining through, breaking up the blockage and draining our "lake". While we may want lake front property for vacations, it is not fun when we have lessons, games, shopping and medical visits delayed by the careless disposal of leaves, sticks and grass. So please, call VDOT when you need help; be careful to properly dispose of yard waste somewhere besides your storm drains, and give a friendly wave to the next VDOT worker you see for all they do to keep Virginia moving.
