As in any remodel there are bumps along the way--Having been through numerous remodel projects in the past--Joanne and I expect them. Avoid using this company at all cost. I had two bathrooms remodeled by them 6 years ago and both are having to be redone. Initially they had left a pipe that they installed dripping in the wall. I found it after about 1.5 years and after fighting they did come back to repair it. Unfortunately, their repair is as shoddy as their initial work. I had to have the bottom of the shower completely replaced. In the master bathroom, they used about a third of the backing that they should have to affix the tiles. Grout continually came out and had to be regrouted. When my current contractor pulled the tiles off the walls he found that they were put on in a shoddy way. Instead of a solid sheet of material to attach the tile, it was only attached in random splotches. ( see picture ). I am having to spend over half again as much money to have this terrible job corrected. read more

We are so happy with our master bathroom shower remodeling by Toscana. It is absolutely beautiful!! Contacted Erick Ab about a shower remodel we shared our ideas and he shared his ideas with us. He is fantastic with designing and he knows trends in the industry. He really listens to his customers and explains what and why. We got what we wanted and more! The professionals that came to do the work were great: Jesus and crew were beyond great, Martin the plumber and Ashly the glass guy - excellent workmanship, I think they are artists in their own right. They were all great at including us as we wanted to be and explaining what was to be done for the day and for tomorrow. I called Christina and talked several times on the phone. There were so MANY RED FLAGS HERE. First Christine has a real nasty attitude. I have been to 15 granite suppliers but she says they only deal with Hilltop. OK. I went there and picked the granite. I send every thing over and she says she will give it to her "project manager" and it would be the next morning. When I don't get a quote I call. Instead of a quote her man Erick the owner wants to come to my house in 30 minutes. OK Erick shows up and despite what you see about COVID on his website he is not wearing a mask. Then he acts like he doesn't know about Texas Tech even though he claims to have gone to Texas A&M. He says he played junior college basketball in Athens, TX even though he doesn't know Or heard of HENDERSON COUNTY JUNIOR COLLEGE! Right. I checked the basketball rosters and his name didn't appear for the last 22 years. He claims he has a Master's degree from Texas A & M but a quick check shows no person by his name holding a Master's. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GUY AND THIS COMPANY SCREAMS FRAUD, SCAM AND CON MAN. read more

We needed to match existing wood flooring in our home and found Erick to be such a professional and honest gentleman. He came out to our home (40 miles north) that afternoon and talked to us about this project and gave us suggestions for the future. He measured and gave us an all inclusive quote while on site. After having another quote Toscana's pricing was by far the best we had received or expected. They were able to schedule within a few days and his installers have been just as dependable and professional. Erick answers his phone and is always happy to hear from me. He was able to accomodate a few change requests with ease. We will happily recommend Toscana to our friends and also use them again in the future!
