Very unique and traditional Italian menu! I highly reccomend the much special with the complimentary pizza, burrata, and salad. Great flavors. Great service and beautiful setting in the Moore building.

Had brunch here and it did not disappoint. $80/person and the food was perfect for brunch. Had the East coast and Cacio Pepi. Both plates were very well presented and full of flavor. Have to say the Cacio Pepi was the better plate.

I went to the new location of Torno Subito in the Design District. I have to admit the first location was nice but this new location is absolutely stunning! It is on the first floor of The Moore building and not only is the architecture beautiful but the design is gorgeous. The food did not disappoint, we ordered the veg pizza and the salad. But the salad was truly surprising, it had so many different dressings that all complimented eachother perfectly.

We went to Torno Subito to celebrate our anniversary and I would say it was the best decision because they truly made that dinner feel special. First of all, the service was impeccable. From the very beginning you feel truly welcomed, everyone is so attentive, your glass of water never gets empty. After we made an order, they brought a small complimentary amuse bouche consisting of freshly woodfired pizza dough and a heavenly delicious sauce to dip it into. It bursts with flavor in your mouth and sets a very high bar for the rest of the dishes. For the dinner we ordered a lobster roll, Cacio e Pepe, Colpa d'Alfredo, and Torno Subito pizza. Everything was so delicious but being picky I would definitely skip the lobster roll because it wasn't anything special. And truffle pasta wasn't as creamy as I expected, so I would go for cacio e pepe with an orange twist (this is a must try!). Pizza was the best in my life, the dough was so elastic and the apple mostarda blowed my mind with the flavor I didn't expect in a pizza. For dessert we had the signature Tiramisubito, which was very light, foamy and pretty good, but I'd go for something more adventurous. Honestly, what we ordered was a bit too much for 2 people, so 1 app and 2 pastas would have been enough. The atmosphere is gorgeous, whether you're sitting indoors in a thought through interior or outdoors on a terrace watching the city - you will enjoy it! And attention to details is in every single aspect here, so you can with confidence come here for a special occasion. We enjoyed it so much that we came back on Valentine's Day. Yes, it is pricey, but if you make smart decisions it can be not too much and it's definitely worth it for a celebration.

Fantastic! Some of the best service I've had in Miami recently. Our server had great recommendations and was so attentive, it was so wonderful to receive such hospitality and attention. The drinks are outstanding, and all of the food is delicious and fresh. Funny enough, we all thought the welcome appetizer was one of the best bites of the night. Another great touch of hospitality. I highly recommend Torno Subito to grab dinner and catch up with friends, as it is a fun and lively atmosphere without being too crowded or loud. Very impressed and will be back!

Great feeling being at the roof top surrounded by buildings whether it's day or night. Service is standard, no more or less. And food is good, but very pricey for what it is. If you're willing to spend $40 on a pizza and another $30+ for pasta, sure give it a try :)

Downtown NEW SPOT ALERT! This rooftop Italian fine dining spot is such a fun switch up for downtown. This place is chic, high end, attentive and so scenic. The prices are elevated here- but so are the food and drinks. The service was ABOVE and beyond. They are new and trying hard + succeeding at pleasing.

If not already the best Italian restaurant in Miami, it soon will be. Came for a soft opening dinner and was not disappointed. I ate at Massimo Bottura's Cavallino in Maranello this past June and can say this restaurant is better. Started off with the Modena salad that was delicious, if not a bit small to share with 2 other people. The complimentary amuse-bouche served with the bread was amazing, outstanding texture. We shared the pork ribs and each ordered a bowl of pasta--my pesto fusilli was excellent as was their tagliatelle ragu. My friend's wife ordered a passion fruit aperol spritz whereas I had a glass of ripasso valpolicella. We finished dessert with an excellent tiramisu that was light and delicious. The ambience was cool, retro chic, relaxed, and colorful with floor to ceiling glass windows that allowed us to enjoy the cityscape view from our table. They have indoor and outdoor bar seating with a light bar snack menu that includes pizza bites. They will offer outdoor dining on their beautiful rooftop once the weather cools down this fall. Overall, an outstanding meal with great food, service (there's a story told by your waiter with each item), and decor. The General Manager, Gianni, is from a small town outside of Florence and greeted each seated table. Molto Bene.

I had such an an amazing experience at Torno Subito! The first impression sets the scene, with a hostess stand on the ground floor of a building in downtown Miami, who sends you in an elevator up to the rooftop. From there, the unique decor and rooftop views are charming. There is an outdoor bar, as well as outdoor and indoor seating. The waiter explained the twist on typical Italian dining to us. We loved the welcome dish, which re-purposed food that they did not use previously. We indulged in the carbonara pasta and it was delicious. We would come back again! A bit pricey but not too unfamiliar in the Miami dining scene. Perfect place for a date night.

Everything was outstanding! We started with wine and the Parmesan infused martiti. They brought out a complimentary amuse bouche that was made using ingredients from the day before, Massimo is passionate about reducing food waste. It was absolutely delicious- a pizza dough and Parmesan foam with tomato. We started with salad, octopus, and a pizza. Then carbonara and a delicious short rib-Massimo's take on American bbq. For dessert we couldn't decide between 2 choices but ultimately chose tiramisu. Then the waiter came out with both choices and an additional balsamic and chocolate lollipop. Such a lovely gesture. Everything was presented just beautifully, there was so much pride in the food. The decor was very unique and fun, the bathrooms are out on the rooftop patio (which we could not use due to horrible weather). Overall it was such a great experience and we will most assuredly be back! One could easily walk right past this place, not realizing it is on the rooftop of Julia & Henry's. It is worth the elevator trip up!

The vibrant, colorful and playful esthetic of the 80s was reflected in both Versace's South Beach and in the Memphis design movement in Italy. Torno Subito Miami's gorgeous dining room and terrace capture this exciting time in joyful decor and created a menu that pairs well with it. The carbonara was textbook creamy, rich and one of the best executed al dente pastas I've had in a long time. The noodles seemed hand made and had an elasticity that's seldomly found in this city. I would go back just to have that sensation in my mouth again. The lamb was tender and well seasoned, but my decision to split it with my dining companion left us feeling that like it was so small it might get lost between molars. We took advantage of the in-house, wood burning over and ordered a focaccia. I'm a sucker for a prosciutto, arugula, parmesan pizza so we split the parmigiana focaccia and were glad we did. It was delightfully crusty and spongy at the same time. Topped with springy eggplant and a dense foam of parmigiano, it was comforting and satiated our appetites. After feeling happily carb-loaded, we skipped dessert and went straight to dessert drinks. I had a lovely espresso martini. If Italians complain that we shouldn't drink capuccinos after noon, then this is the perfect alternative for an afternoon caffeine fix and then some. This is a restaurant set in a seaside resort dreamed in the style of Ettore Sottsass with an audacious yet easily enjoyed menu. If only the dream would spill onto the rest of the Miami. Don't wake me up just yet, "5 more minutes, Mom!"

When I heard Massimo Bottura was opening a resto in the States, I said to myself, "Oh man, it's time to make a trip out the Miami!" So there I was without hesitation to buy my plane ticket during a time that coincided with Miami Art Week. I couldn't make a reservation, but luckily my hotel was a block away so I popped in and the hostess allowed me to make a ressie for the next day. Perfecto - right before I leave for the airport! Once you step into Torno Subito, you definitely feel the Miami vibe. The resto is decorated modern with a color pop. Perfect for a GNO or business meal or classy brunch with friends, Torno Subito was made for you to enjoy modern Italian food with vibes for sure. I opted in for the tasting for brunch and needless to say, I don't think I need to eat dinner, haha. Yes, it's a bit pricey but you definitely get your money's worth. The meal started off with 7 appetizers, 1 entree & 4 desserts. The meat in the slider was so tender & flavorful and the salsa verde worked so well with the meat. The salad was PERFECT. The textures played well and the crispy pieces of prosciutto matched the greens well - not too thick nor salty. The burrata is freshly produced locally. I chose the Southeast Coast as my main since I wanted to try something different and fish ragu was definitely different - flakey, buttery and paired well with the breadcrumbs & parm on top of spaghetti al dente. Lastly, the desserts! The coconut dessert had some fine meringue (and I'm not usually a fan of meringue since it's usually too sweet for my taste). The hazelnut gelato was worth the indulge. And last but not least, the tiramisubito was such a delight - I loved the chef's take on tiramisu with crispy cocoa cookie wafer & oozing espresso! The decor? Gorgeous. The service? Top notch. The food? Memorable! Thank you for a great experience, Torno Subito!
