Disgusting. They served us reheated food. And when we ordered a cheese pizza for my 4 year old it came with 1 slice of pepperoni and what looked like chorizo sprinkled on it. We told them we ordered cheese but they said they didn't have cheese but can pick off (whatever was on this) from the pizza. They also replaced one of my wife's margarita flights with something she didn't order because they ran out of what she wanted. Didn't ask, just replaced it. So gross. read more

I just wanted to say I'm extremely disappointed. Chimichangas were soggy, my plate came out completely wrong. Server Kevin seemed to not know what he was doing. I asked if there was anything that could be done since it was a 90$ check and we hardly ate half of what we ordered, and a whole meal was wrong. The server was very rude and they all stood around the bar and talked about us in their language! We asked for our check numerous times the server never came back we had to go to bar and ask for bill after 25 minutes of waiting and then the server followed us out side asking why we didn't give him a tip! I have been to Torito's a couple of times now and here is my review. You are greeted when you walk in and sat right away. They bring you chips, salsa and a dip right away. All very good. Here comes the downside. The wait staff is very slow to take your drink order, and nothing to do with covid as the restaurant was not busy. The margaritas are excellent and even come in a jumbo size. Once again the waitresses are slow and not friendly at all. Once you order the food is very good. We have tried queso fundido with chorizo, burritos, tacos and quesadillas. No complaints about any of the food, always hot and fresh.. Again, the wait staff never really checks on you to get refills on drinks or to see if you need anything. The price is reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. If you want fresh food that is flavorful then I recommend it. If you like good, fast, friendly and attentive service, you may want to think twice. If they improve on the service, I would give 5 stars. read more

Don't want to be a negative review but I am. How else can you help them improve? So, as I sit here in the bathroom, the morning after I can't help my regret going to Toronto. Torito's was pretty good. The place was super busy. We were getting takeout. The food came in nice containers. All of our food was delicious. We will definitely be going back. Having said all this, there were a few issues. We ordered a wet burrito and asked for steak instead of the chicken and shrimp it came with, but this did not happen. Also we ordered fajitas and unfortunately it came without the tortillas. Despite these issues, we enjoyed what we had which also included the del rio burrito and guacamole. read more

I just left Torito's. The food is average. None of us ate more than a 50 % of our meals. None of us took home leftovers. We knew we would never eat them. The service was the worst I have ever had. The waitress came to take drink order and she brought 3 out of 4 waters. We ordered apps. It took her about 30 minutes to come back to take our order. She did not take the empty appetizer dishes. I had to pile them at the end of the table. She delivered the entrees we never saw her again until we finally asked for the check. read more

We ordered take out and the order was missing items and we found a hair in my daughter's meal. The food was of poor quality to standard, portions were decent and chips were tasteless. I'd rather go to Chipotle, Temazcal or LONE STAR and eat better. If you're going out to hang with friends and get a cheap meal, then this place is OK. I feel like there are a lot better places. I am sadly disappointed in my favorite restaurant tonight. I have never had problems and always excellent service. My daughter and I came in for dinner, I ordered a margarita it came out wrong but the waitress was polite and fixed it. I ordered queso it came out 2 minutes before our meal so it was about 10-15 minute wait in which usually it's minutes after we order. The queso at the bottom had a large piece of what I believe was a chip or tortilla in it, which i understand could happen next to there service station. My daughter saw a sizzling fajita earlier when we are arrived and I said why don't we split that since you have never had it. It came out not sizzling and cold. There was a few shreds of cheese, tiny scoop of sour cream however a hefty amount of guacamole. I could of let everything else go but the fact our fajitas did not come out sizzling was so disappointing. I grabbed a manager i kindly said this is not the waitresses fault but there are a lot of mistakes at this point. He said he would give us a 50% discount and when I got the check it was 25%. I asked the waitress she said no that's correct I said ok can I have a new receipt. My daughter heard him say he would take half off, I was going to give the waitress $10 tip I was forced to change it to $7. I just think this was so unfair I use to be a manager and I would of just comped the fajitas. I would really like an apology of some sort because it's not about the money it's about hospitality. I hope this doesn't discourage anyone, like I said this was the first bad experience. read more

Toritos was highly recommended by a friend so the family and I decided to check it out. It was very busy but even so we were seated right away. Initially the waitress came right away, took our order and brought our food and drinks but she never came back until we were done eating which was unfortunate because my order was not what I had ordered. I ate it anyway but the pork did not look or taste appetizing...lots of fat and sinew. My wife found a hair in her food and that was pretty much the end of our eating. They seemed a little disorganized as they brought 2 orders of guacamole though not at the same time. It was ok as far as guacamole goes, kind of thick and tasteless. We also ordered the coconut margaritas and though they were tasty there didn't seem to be much alcohol in them. That was our first and last visit. read more

Ordered a chicken fajita salad to go yesterday. Description says: Choice of chicken, steak or shrimp, onions, peppers, iceberg lettuce served on crispy flour shell with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. Topped with shredded Jack and cheddar cheese. 13.99. When I called I asked what dressing they had for the salad? I was put on hold, twice, while they researched the answer. Finally told none because they include sour cream/guac/pico. So I asked for ranch dressing, and said they could keep the pico. What I got was about a cup of shredded lettuce, maybe 5 very thin strips of chicken, ( 3/8 inch by 1 1/2 inches) that I truly had to dig for to find and about a teaspoon of cheese in a small taco shell bowl; no guac, no sour cream, and the best, no utensils or napkins. And my mistake for making an assumption that the onions and peppers would have been cooked with the chicken so they were soft and caramelized...nope, hard and crunchy. The taco shell was crispy but otherwise, it was not a meal and more like a side salad. I was at work so having to use a plastic coffee spoon to eat it didn't help. I tried Torito because of the good reviews I saw, however, my experience was not the same. For starters the restaurant tables were not spaced out for COVID guidelines as much as I would have hoped, but my friend and I are vaccinated so we gave it a try. After waiting an hour they tried to sit us at a full bar and I said no as it was packed and they did accommodate us for a table. My friend and I ordered a pitcher of margaritas for $36 (a single margarita is $15.49). The pitcher filled our glasses for one each...a rip off if you ask me. We called our waitress over to ask if that's normal and she told us it's because we didn't have enough ice in our glasses...we had plenty of ice in our glasses it's the fact that the pitcher is overfilled with ice. We were annoyed but we let it go. Our food came out I ordered carne asada, not bad but the meat needed more seasoning. My friend ordered fajitas and as well felt it needed more seasoning and the fajitas were not even steaming. The bill was almost $100 for two margaritas, guacamole, and two entrees. A huge let down. There are better Mexican restaurants in the area. read more
