Ok. I am not sure why it took me so long to finally eat Topthai Kitchen but I am sitting here mad at myself for it. I don't come on here often to talk about food but holy moly...this is by far the best I've had. I ordered the Drunken Noodles with pork which is my go-to for Thai food. The first bite actually made me smile lol. Things that place this top tier: - Fresh Veggies, cooked all the way through, some bits charred which gave amazing flavor to the already amazing sauce. - The noodles. Soft and NOT clumped stuck together. Wasn't and over oiled mess. Very common. - The pork. EXTREMELY tender. Sometimes you'll bite into pieces at other places and you almost get a light chalkiness in your teeth if that makes any sense? None of that here. Quite the opposite. - Meat to noodle to veggie ratio was perfect. Some places you'll get little meat, little noodle, and tons of veggies. Everything was perfectly balanced and the last bite had a little bit of everything which was nicely done. - Value. Spot on. Honestly I would have paid more but hope it stays the same Haha. Lincoln has some hidden gems and this to me is the prized jewel lol I mean, I've only been once so I guess it "could" have been beginners luck but damn, they just gained one happy and satisfied customer. Very quiet space. I love the location and plenty of parking. We started off with potstickers. They were so yummy and perfect crunch. I also had Thai ice tea was a little too sweet for me, but it was perfect with the food. Both chicken meals were so good. I prefer the chicken paradise because of tne crunch and all the veggies. I also had mango sticky rice for dessert which was even better. The perfect touch to end the meal. Amazing service also. I am not kidding when I say this place serves the best pad see ew of my life here. Like my ideal pad see ew brought to life. Super flavorful, with bouncy wok-crispy noodles. I've never had pad see ew noodles like that ever. They're generous with their noodle portion too. Service was also very friendly and attentive. The interior is very homey. Their music playlist is chill covers of pop songs, which was very relaxing. It was easy to make conversation over the music but also to eat in silence enjoying the music. My favorite Thai place ever! Food was authentic, tasty and spiced as requested. We had chicken satay which was lightly buttered and fried and the peanut sauce was delicious. Chicken satay is usual grilled but the fried one was good as well. We shared Mango chicken which was battered and fried in a light sauce with chunks of mango and pad Thai with chicken. Both dishes were mildly spiced and there was just a little kick to it. I can't handle spicy food. I had the panang chicken and it was definitely yummy in a mild sauce. My son in law had red curry chicken, in a mild to spicy sauce and it was just right for him. He was sweating though! There was only one server and she was efficient and detailed, very friendly. Last week, I stopped at Top Thai in Lincoln for lunch. Thai food has always been my comfort, and Pad Thai is my go-to. During pregnancy, I ate it so much my kid came out with noodles in his hand. This time, I ordered the Pad Thai, and it hit just right. Flavor was solid, not too sweet, and the noodles had a nice bite. One part was a little soggy, maybe the veggies, but it didn't ruin the plate. Most of the time, my son loves whatever I order, but Pad Thai is his favorite too. He kept pulling my plate closer like it was his. Only reason it's four stars is the wait felt a bit long, and the inside is simple. My order included Wonton Soup, Shrimp Tempura, Orange Mango Chicken and Jasmine Rice. The Soup was marvelous - it came loaded with meaty pork wonton along with shredded cabbage, carrots and cilantro. I very much also enjoyed the Shrimp Tempura - not too much batter on the shrimp and, more shrimp meat than often provided at other restaurants. Love this place .One of my friend recommended this place to me. I love eating thai food. I tried so many places and this place has the good papaya salad in the area so far. I tried so many places, in Roseville Rocklin Lincoln and Sacramento. They gave a huge portion and the food is fresh and tasted great. This is my second time came back to this place. I ordered the mango sticky rice, that one is definitely not as good but their papaya salad and chicken pad sew ew are amazing. Talking about the service, they have one lady that always works in the counter. She is pretty nice lady and she remembered people.Very friendly lady. Great food and service! I ordered takeout Yellow Curry (chicken), Larb Salad, Pad See Ew (Pork), Pineapple Fried Rice (chicken) and 2 sides of jasmine rice. The flavors were amazing, and the lady was very helpful in suggesting spice levels for my family that would work. She gave us some chili sauce on the side so our kids would be able to eat and we could get the flavors. We appreciated that a lot! Yelp comes through again. We were looking to grab some food in the area so of course we have to head on yelp. This is a little gem out in Lincoln. Seems like it is family operated. Place was slow since it was 3 pm. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. They give you the spices and other things on the side so that there isn't a question of spice level. We got the usual. Beef curry, pad Thai, fried roll and papaya salad. Everything was very good. Prices are very reasonable as well with most of the menu being around 13-15$. Just had lunch special today and I ordered the green curry with chicken and my wife ordered the red curry with chicken. They were both excellent Food came out piping hot! When is the last time you had a meal in a restaurant where the food is actually hot? This is definitely going to be our go to restaurant for Thai food. Last time I came I had the eggplant delight with pork and it was also very tasty. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu as the many excellent reviews from recent patrons all rave about the food. On top of this we were able to meet and chat with the owner. She is so nice and friendly. She's only been back for a couple of months so I encourage everyone to give Topthai Kitchen a try. First time here but will not be the last. Went in on Saturday at 8pm with my husband. We were greeted promptly and very kindly by the woman working. She (Dylan) was funny and very friendly. We ordered the pad se ew with beef, medium spice level. Definitely the best I've ever had, the noodles were so fresh and soft and our waiter informed us they're made fresh to order so that's why it takes a little while, though in my opinion it was not very long of a wait and 100% worth it. There are only a few Thai restaurants in Lincoln and I think Topthai is the best one there. Service was great and the interior is beautifully done and clean.
